Stayed in room 437 for 3 nights. I can see that my room is an old room, but relatively clean and well maintained. I would give 5 stars if they would pay more attention to tiny details like shower curtain, add more pillows, change the curtain to plain fabrics, wipe clean the air vent, change the table lamp and the most important: add additional light in the room because I think the room is too dim. The rest is good. Good price, good service, friendly staff, good location, comfy bed, private beach, quiet room, nice kids club, nice tasty bfast with wide variety.

Amazing Hotel with great service. Nice pool, clean rooms and very polite staff. The food is delicious and the breakfast has everything that you can imagine (even sushi). From the beach you can see and hear the airport which is okay during the day. In the night it can be a bit annoying. For one night it's perfect.

One of the most affordable 5 stars hotel in Bali. It has very big and nice swimming pool to spend time in the afternoon while watching sunset. Very recommended to stay here with family. Breakfast also very tasty. The downside is the room is a bit dirty due to this is an old resort.

The hotel is large, there is quite beautiful with acoustics, too, all good, a lot of interesting excursions, but here with the beach somehow did not ask. I recommend this hotel. But I think only for the sake of bathing here it is not necessary to be ozuzit.

The best sunset at your door over the ocean. Staff very helpful and friendly, clean and tidy hotel inside and out oh and the pool with a swim up bar. Heaven.

The Patra Bali Resort & Villas offers serene sophistication that eludes formality. A mere 5 minutes from The Bali International Airport, this restful beachfront retreat set within a serene tropical landscape. The property is the largest of its kind in the Kuta area and has in the past been honored to host an extensive guest list of international dignitaries and heads of state. One of the favorite choice of Five Star Hotel amongst Kuta either for Traveler, Business or Incentive purpose. This tranquil resort of enchanted tropical garden and winding bicycle paths is a one-of-a-kind hideaway known, quite simply, as the finest resort in South Kuta Beach.

Could have been great, but just wasn't. It was the little things that shouldn't have been an issue that compel me to give only three stars. The facility is nice, but it's huge. The hotel is designed like an appartment complex. Our room was almost a 10 minute walk from the pool. When you're on vacation, that's a hike. It's also really hard to find your way around, especially at night, because the grounds are so large. It was too easy to take a wrong turn and miss your room; and all the units look the same, so there's no reference points to go on. The overall feel of the hotel was more like a Florida retirement complex where everyone drives around in golf carts. You have to sign out a beach towel, but if you arrive too late to the pool (say at 3 p. M. ) the towels might be all gone. So back to your room you go to get your bath towel. The pool also closes too early. The staff were friendly and generally helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the airport, so it's a good choice if, like us, you want to stay a night or two in town before or after spending most of your time in the Balinese countryside.

Nice hotel. My room is quite huuuge, 2 floor for one bedroom, massive! Facilities were great, nic pool, nice views. Unfortunately the food is quite standard.

Within walking distance of the airport. Right next to the beach. Three restaurants (only one has AC), Buffet breakfasts included, three swimming pools (only one is available for executive guests). Swim up bar. Bicycle rentals availble. Golf carts deliver you to & from your room (call in advance to arrange). Huge room, separate shower and bath tub for the women. Deluxe Suite for $80 USD/night. Really tropical landscaping. Some airplane noise can be heard some of the time, not a huge issue, didn't disturb us or our sleep.

Beautiful hotel. Very peaceful. Magnificent grounds spread over 10 hectares. Super professional staff.

Room furnishing and plumbing needs serious upgrade. Food is good and they took special care of our vegetarian demands. 7 stars for service par excellence! All the staff are super friendly, accommodating and they are ALL ALWAYS smiling. Indra at the reception is the sweetest girl ever!

The Resort Hotel/restaurant is spectacular, excellent food, great attention, fantastic rooms, the shame is that the beach is very dirty you have to go snorkeling.

Best place to stay in Bali. 5 min away from the airport. Right on the beach. Large swimming pool. Nice and healthy breakfast as well dinner, many choices to eat. Very friendly staffs. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Service. Staff always smiling and very helpful! A little bit of market to get to the center of Kuta because located south of bed at.

The staff at the Patra is absolutely amazing. Although we've experienced some very friendly staff in other hotels, the people who work at Patra (regardless of their job title) make sure you feel like a royalty. Breakfast here has everything you could wish for; ranging from western/European breakfast to nasi goreng. Dinner is good but not inexpensive (although in all fairness that comes with the territory of staying at a luxury resort). The hotel room and bathroom itself could be described as immaculate, just like the rest of the resort. The Patra resort is located near the airport. This does mean you'll hear airplanes take off and land. However, due to the beautiful and clean swimming pools and overall atmosphere you'll forget there even *is* an airport around the corner. If you stay at Patra I would strongly recommend booking a massage. The salon staff is very friendly and professional, and even though the 120min is longer than any massage you'll most likely have in your life you'll wish it would take even longer. That's how good the treatments are. The only downside of the Patra would be the sound isolation in between two hotel rooms. We could literally hear every word our of our neighbors' conversations. Especially when you or other guests have small children /babies this can be an issue because of the noise. It's caused by two hotel rooms being separated by two doors. I'm certain the luxury villas don't have this issue though. Everything is at a walking distance.

Place was nice, big property. Rooms are nice. Pools are nice, breakfast was incredible, a huge variety. Staff was helpful. Close to airport, which is a huge bonus. Overall pleasant stay.

I was only there for a social event so I cannot say anything about the rooms. The venue is nice and clean. The staff are very nice and hospital. The food catering was alright. Nothing bad but nothing to write home about.

Private beach, very near from the airport, bungalow type of room (spacious and cozy), reasonable price, delicious breakfast. 5 star indeed. The free internet connection is a little bit slow though.

Great old school resort. I was amazed at how they kept up with all of the landscaping. The gardens were beautiful, the pools were nice, and there is a nice boardwalk along the ocean leading to central Kuta.

Very nice pool and perfect sunset from the pool as hotel on the beach. Hotel is away from Kuta central (near airport, you can watch the planes. Do not take a taxi, 5 min by walk from airport Breakfast is excellent with many choices.

This is the best resort in kuta, bali.

Resort was amazing. Food is a bit expensive but you pay for amazing food and its a 15 minute walk to Kuta. Highly recommend.

Villas are great. Expensive but if you just want to relax you cant go wrong. Taxi every where from this location. You can walk to kuta beach along the beach. It will take about 45min walking comfortably.

This is very nice resort. They provided us a good services and the room are very clean! We will stay in this hotel when come again to Bali.
