I love the risata and hopefully will get the chance to come back. It has everything, it's peaceful and calming, friendly service and good food. All this and your still in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. You hear non of the noise but you reap the benefits of being close to the markets and the food places. If your considering going with the Risata for your next trip, do! You won't regret it.

What can I say. They welcome us home and we feel like we are home. This place is fantastic for a chill out time and well located with plenty of restaurants close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful around the resort. This has got to be our favorite place to stay. Very comfortable rooms, great spa, fantastic staff and value for money. Just brilliant.

Excellent rooms and neatly maintained good bath rooms and towels. In the centre of the city what else you need. Brake fast is okay.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. The location is very close to one of the beaches near Kuta beach. Excellent food. You also have an Indian limited but delicious cuisine.

Rooms are very basic, Its very difficult to sleep here as you can hear everything from outside, from the next room, from the room above, this is totally ridiculous. They even charge if you ask them for spoon or plate, I mean seriously? Food is fine, ambience in fine, but everything else sucks.

Property good but very old (found lizard in our room they change the room but they said lizard problem is in every room as all rooms are in garden area) … no good options for vegetarians food in breakfast… swimming pool / hotel / room all neat & clean service slow … stayed for 3 nights. In the middle of the city. Nearer to shopping area … I suggest to go for some else property there is many good new properties.

The property is good. Close to Kits beach and 15 mins from the airport. The front desk staff should be trained to handle guests especially senior citizens better.

Beautiful location and very very comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Worth trying.

Located at One of the Best Location. 2Min walk to Segara Beach and 7-8 min walk to Kuta beach. Very Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is just amazing. Highly Recommended for those looking for cheap rates and Good facilities.

Ketika memesan hotel ini saya tidak berharap banyak, karena hanya transit semalam saja. Namun begitu masuk lobby, saya kagum dengan bangunan dan interior yang di tata secara apik. Tiap kamar dikelilingi kebun, sejuk dimata dan fresh. Kamar sangat luas dengan balcony ke arah garden.

Today is our last day of a 10 day stay. We have had a great time. Staff very friendly. Breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms are clean. Love the pool I cant find any fault. We fly out 1020 tonight so we have paid a small fee to check out at 6pm. We will be back.

Great relaxing Hotel. 24 hours Airport transfer. Very close to the Airport. No worries to catch any flights. Make sure you try the pizza. Very delish!

We were only there for a couple of hours there. Since we did not want to wait at the airport. We would have remained gladly longer.

It was one of the better resorts I have seen. The staff is courteous and friendly. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting options. The bathroom was clean and maintained. Pool was the main area of recreation had many options like a large chess board, darts etc. Being Indian means Vegetarian food is required. Which was a definite let down. Some Vegetarian options actually contained egg. But then they shouldn't have been called Vegetarian at first place. Other Vegetarian Indian options were also balanese in taste. No where near to Indian. Considering huge number of Indian tourists present. While in house food menu contained Indian options I would recommend against it. Rates were reasonable though compared to market. Beach is hardly 2 minute walk. A mini mart is just outside to get some daily need items. Overall a pleasurable experience minus the food.

Very Nice Resort, Great pool area, great room, very beautiful resort area. Front office staff was a little less friendly and just doing their jobs but no extra efforts for customer satisfaction.

The hotel was overall nice but the service was not that freat. The room had two bed joined together and you can really feel the edges of the bed in the middle. And to top all of the thgs there were two small lizards in my room… Terrible!

This hotel has plenty rooms are surrounding by gardens and plants. Therefore I didnt feel hot when staying here although it was dry season. The location is great closed to restaurants, mini market, beach, shops, mall, church, etc. It is very convenient and handy. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with many choices of food. I tried the fish for dinner and tge portion was huge. They has facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa. I had massage which was good which made me feel relaxed.

It's a good hotel. Good breakfast and decent rooms. Though the Wi-Fi is free, it cuts all the time. The spa isn't very good. We went for a 3 hour massage that was on special. During the time, I caught one of the masseuse winding the clock in the room. I compared the time on the clock to my phone and it was 10 minutes ahead — not very professional!

Enjoyed the stay. Good food and cosy rooms. Near the airport.

Risata was amazing. The rooms are good, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast is a great buffet, included with our stay. We got an hour massage at the spa but you could probably get cheaper elsewhere. It's close to the "strip" of restaurants and bars so location was good. Very close to the airport, walkable in around 15 mins if you can navigate. All the taxis charge $10 for a 5 min drive.

Amazing staff, superb hotel, great pool. Food is pretty good too.

Big hotel with lot of amenities, I lost my wallet in the pool and next day I call the reception and they had it, I really thank full to them, I got many important stuffs in that wallet.

Very nice hotel… great surroundings … very nice rooms. And the plus of staying 2 mins of the beach… definitely worth going back again.

Spent a few days in it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time, we'll come back here.

Relaxing, pleasurable and great friendly service. Great pool and location. Gardens are a credit to the wonderful gardeners. Well recommended.

Brilliant accommodation, family atmosphere, very friendly staff, some of whom have been here for ten years+. I first visited Risata in 2002 and have come back every 2-3 years ever since. I've had mixed experiences with other accommodation in Bali and have always returned to Risata. Considering the lower quality "backpackers" for $30/nt or the $150/nt Taj Mahal (*very* mahal), I feel that Risata is the best value for money on the island, and close to everything you will need (5 mins to nightlife, 100m to 24hr shopping, 200m walk to Lippo Mall, grocery store, Discovery mall etc). Daily room clean, fresh linen, free water, super fast Wi-Fi (1Mbs-download/5Mbs-upload), free Wi-Fi in lobby, pool and restaurant. Beer or food may be cheaper elsewhere (it *IS* a resort, after all), however, you can buy $2 beers and food 24hrs/day at the 7/11 (Circle-K or Indomart) without walking across a road. We LOVE Risata and will be back many times.

Forced to wait 5 hours for my "deluxe" room, turns out the difference from standard is a bigger bed. That's it. Most expensive beers I've come across in 3 weeks and that's during their so-called happy hour at 25% off (60.000rph). Room service came knocking on my door at 8am. Am I not allowed to sleep in at this hotel? After demanding recompense (previous guest had been sick in the room, stunk of disinfectant afterward), offered dinner. With "special" menus, half of the most expensive items taken out. And still had to pay for non-alcoholic drinks. Nice food, but over-priced. Friendly staff, but a bit clueless. Very old hotel, very rundown. Mouldy plastic shower curtains, an extraction fan that does nothing, noisy aircon, with a joke of a "balcony".

All staff are very kind. Customer service desk excellent. Breakfast magical, rooms cleaned to high standard. This swimming pool kept clean to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel indees, great room, great environment. Too bad I wasnt be able to fully enjoy my stay here coz of im on my business trip.
