Awesome place to stay fantastic staff super clean hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel so clean, service so good,

I can not imagin that one can suffer what we have experienced in this rubbish hotel in only one night stay like we did. Narrow unclean fraud and the hotel hires a gangster to force us use their cap. Will never ever go back to this hotel or the whole country.

. A relaxing place! When hospitality become a tradition. This hotel is near in Denpasar International Airport, Bali, Indonesia. If you are book in this hotel you can contact them to pick you up in the airport instead of using an expensive taxi.

Was ok. Nice and cheap, decent location within walking distance of everywhere. Breakfast options also ok, aircon not great but mostly effective. Bathrooms cleaned every day — though a cockroach in mine on my last morning was a nasty surprise. Also I never got a reply about an airport pick-up, which led to issues from the airport on my own.

Worst experience in a hotel. I have travelled all over Asia and the world and his service is the worst. A man named YOGI should not be working there as he is rude, uneducated and unhelpful. If you remove this employee your hotel will be 100 times better.

1. One of the receptionist (young male one) is very unfriendly. 2. The shower is not working, and if its miraculously working, the hot water is not available. 3. Maintenance staff didn't show up when I complaint to receptionist about the shower. We didn't take a shower that night. 4. The elevator also is not working when I need to use it. When I complain to one of the staff, he told me to take the stairs. FYI, my room is on the fifth floor. 5. The hotel can't control gangster in front of the hotel that prevent me to get in the online transportation I ordered. The security didn't even try to help me. 6. Overall, I will never ever stay in the hotel nor recommend it to my friend. I was very dissapointed!

Good value for money, the breakfast however is pathetic. They are clearly understaffed, I had to remind the waiter a few times to eventually get the omelette that I ordered. The fruit juice selection is watered down. We eventually started eating out for breakfast.

Clean, Comfy, and near Joger. Just around 300 meters by walking. Food provided at breakfast also delicious with enough variants (different each day — during my stay for 3 days)

The place is OK, but the room hygiene is relatively poor, lived for 4 days, also bed fleas bite itch can not.

Very Nice hotel. If you understand the specifics of the region. The Staff is excellent.

Not good! They don't even provide drinking water more than 1 litre per day.

Very cozy place. The lobby and the front side is pretty narrow but the room is big with nice design. All staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast service was really good with polite staffs.

Rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, but it was necessary to change the money urgently, gave me a terrible rate of 12900, at Obmennochnom 13550 and the prices in their bar for Cola 22k (bar that on the ground floor), with 10 meters of shop with a price in 8k, in total of all the places here the biggest Nakr Duck, bartender never, we must approach the front desk to be called.
Breakfast in the hotel-the bottom, the most niochemnye breakfasts for 80k, very small choice, coffee was not, 1 juice and 2 UPI, but the omelette did not spoil and on that thanks (for such like it is possible to go in café and to take a breakfast, 3 minutes from hotel there is a café)

Deluxe room is smaller than expected. Just an okay experience. The pool, room, and overall are clean. Bed sheets could be better. Pool is small but okay for small exercise. The plus point is the location and breakfast menu that is different everyday.

The staff here are so friendly, helpful & humble. They upgraded my family of 4 (2adults, 2 young kids) to the family suite at no extra charge. Originally, I had paid a very cheap price online. So happy with their service. We made friends also with the locals around the place. Would definitely come back here again!

I would say perfect all very cozy clean a wonderful experience I have been Benissima.

The room are nice, neat, and clean. The pool is not crowded at all. The breakfast doesn't have many menu but still they're yummy. The room service is good, even tho the food taste doesn't really delicious. The staffs are all amazing!

The staff were great, always available and eager to help wheb it's needed. The room was clean and very comfortable. There's a tiny pool and a few exercise machines that, I feel, is way to few in a tiny space to be considered a gym. It's a fair way to walk to the beach but it's in a tiny little corner out of the way that you feel like you're well away from the tourist area-which I found to be perfect. All in all a good place to stay.

For 4 nights very good price with a very good location, as it is very central the environment is a bit poor. However, the hotel itself is really nice and the staff is also very friendly. Bed linen was spotty but was immediately replaced. The breakfast takes some getting used to but also delicious. (Coffee is also more likely to take getting used to so do not expect latte macchiato or fancy varieties)
Otherwise, the price performance ratio is good.
So if you expect a 5 star hotel with sea views and European standards, you should consider whether Miami beach would not be better.
But if you want to see Bali and the people with the stress-free flair and have this extraordinary feeling, but you don't want to give up certain service, is the right place.

The staff very helpful, clean, the food was ok. Not okay only for local people near the hotel keep away our online taxi! Gggrrr.

Sheets, bath towels have a lot of stains, the room as a whole is also clean. Breakfast was not very good, the pool was very deep and the network was stable.

I stay with my wife for 3 nights. Room is big, cleanliness is acceptable but some improvement can be amazing. Small pool, but they have nice design and instagrammable with lighting at the evening. Breakfast is ok. Overall this hotel is value for money. I book voucher from fave/groupon which is cheaper than agoda and free airport transfer.

Not a bad place given the price, there is a nice swimming pool in the foyer, however I didn't see anyone swimming in it. Was able to book a car to take me to the airport. Some great local restaurant within short walking distance of this place. I booked a king sized bet but they were not able to offer it on arrival (got 2 singles instead).

Me and my fiance spent 4 days and nights here, and we loved it. The staff is super friendly, it's very clean, quiet, our room was big, the bathroom is super nice, the resturant downstairs is very clean, delicious food at very good prices. Would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Very affordable (370.000rp/night). Would gladly return!

Nice hotel, very good location. Nlmera clean, breakfasts for Bali Nlomalnye, buffet but not very varied. The beach is a 15 minute walk away. Very good location.

It is clean, close to the beach within walking distance with plenty of shops and local food to keep you entertained. There is a mini mart across the road for snacks and essentials and it's close to the airport.

Comfortable and clean. I had booked a room with terrace and it had them. Had to wait more than one hour in the check in. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly.

Ohana hotel is suitable for traveling with children. The room is clean. The staff are very nice. The pool is standard in front of room. The breakfast menu is just so so and not variously. The location is strategic to reach Kuta beach by walk. Since it is not located at around pub/bar as like Legian road, so the environment is very silent thru the night. Across the hotel, there is RM. Nasi babi guling which taste is very good. Overall, it's good.
