Well-run, professional, and efficient.
Staff are polite, responsive, and clearly trained to handle both short-stay travellers and longer backpacker stays. Check-in was smooth, and upgrading from a dorm to a private room on arrival was handled without friction.
Rooms and common areas are clean and maintained consistently. The pool area is a real plus—good place to decompress after a long day out. Social without being chaotic.
Location works well for Kuta: close enough to everything, but not buried inside noise and clutter. Easy to arrange transport and day movement.
This place feels managed, not just operated. Systems work, expectations are clear, and nothing feels sloppy.
Solid choice if you want comfort, order, and flexibility in Kuta.

Lovely people and clean Hostel. Would recommend for people who are arriving in Bali and just want a good Sleep and a Nice Place to stay. Its close to the Airport the Beach and the big Malls. And there are a lot of cute Cafés around where you can relax:)

A fantastic hostel! Extremely clean, well maintained, the staff are lovely, extremely accommodating. The pool, common area, and kitchenette are wonderful. They have a lovely coffee shop attached and there's a convenience store right next door, and with the proximity to the airport the location is great. I will 100% come back and recommend this hostel to other travelers!

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and especially the bathroom was spotless. The water pressure was strong, the AirCon was cold — a perfect stay in Bali! I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Affordable too!

Very pleasantly surprised at this stay, wasn’t sure what to expect with it not having any reviews but it turned out to be very good indeed. Location is great, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room is within a hostel, however it’s to a high standard. Pool & reception area and Wi-Fi are all great, very clean. The room is immaculate as is the bathroom. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable so had a very good sleep before my onwards journey. Would definitely stay again, especially for the price, very good value.

This hostel is great, very clean, very accommodating, nice and chilled atmosphere. The pool area is well maintained, the pool is bliss and the staff are nice. There are nearby malls and local watungs and the airport is walking distance. Only bad thing I can say is the traffic nearby and the loud speaker across the road of some sort of prayer which is occasional. Over all this is the nicest hostel I have stayed at in the world. It's a chilled place so if you're looking for the hostel party every night it's not the place.

For those planning to stay in Kuta, Bali, this is a perfect place for y’all. They have shared rooms and private rooms too, so solo travellers to people travelling with family are welcome here. The interior is so nice, the garden/pool area looks sooo nice! This is also nearby restaurants and bars so walking around is easy. Will surely stay here again when I come back to Bali!

I booked 5 nights with two bookings online as suggested from the receptionists of the hostel, but somehow they throw all of my personal belongings on the ground like garbage and gave away my bed to another guest on my 3rd night without any informing. When I back to the hostel that night but I felt homeless. And the staff there and the owner cannot even rejected to explain well why and how this happened. I think the garbage bin here is the most helpful in this hostel. It is how they treat my stay and my belongings.
The 6 people room has some smell but no big problems. There is no small lamp beside the bed, so you may need cat eyes in the dark if you get back to room too late. Shower room is big with really hot water. With deposit, yow may use the locker in the room. Sometimes, the hostel will lose power couple times in a day without any explanation.
Located near the airport and beachside. Here is just a place for sleeping nothing more, so don’t expect too much from the staff.

And Interconnection Hostel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms were immaculately clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place clean and well-maintained place to stay! And you can walk to the airport.

Loved it! The perfect place to stay for interconnecting — 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was great! Would recommend and stay there again 100%

Cons:
— They charged me for four nights even though I only stayed for two because I didn't show up on time. I mean, one night would've been understandable, but 2? And they didn't even bother to let me know about this.
— The place is infested with mosquitoes. Even with mosquito spray, you can't even step outside your room without getting eaten alive.
— The curtains on the bed were hideous.
— You have to pay for a locker key to keep your stuff safe.
— There's a small fountain that's always on, and I could hear it all night long. Plus, people were constantly coming and going from the hostel, my room was near the entry so it was hard to get any sleep.
— The pool was not well-maintained. No one was swimming in it when I was there.
Pros:
— The location is pretty good. It's close to the airport and downtown/beach.

I had a great time at this hostel! Very clean and the staff were so friendly and took good care of the guests! Beautiful pool area with lovely flowers to smell and enjoy each day. So handy having the mini mart right next door too. The beach was a simple 15 minute walk away.

Highly recommended for tourist as a place to stay with low cost but maximum service. Its location is strategic, near the beach, restaurants and Lippo Mall. Bravo!

Cheap place with great ambiance, the staff are helpfull, walking to the airport, beach, mal, traditional market.
Love to stay longer 🤗
