Where to start from when we walked in and checked out felt like royalty, friendly happy helpful staff, beautiful views and the most incredible breakfast, I whole heartly struggle to find a negative, couldnt have asked for a better honeymoon, thank you all so very much.

Thank you to all the staff and the Discovery Kartika Plaza hotel for yet another wonderful stay. This was my second stay and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff are truly amazing and so wonderful. Its a large yet peaceful resort with excellent restaurants and facilities. A special thanks to Ketut Martha our wonderful room attendant who made us towel animals and friends everyday. Also thanks to the wonderful medical team that they have onsite 24 hours a day — I developed an allergy and they took wonderful care of me. See you all again on my next visit.

Massive Hotel plenty of space beautiful lawns n Gardens. Large pools for all. Stayed here 4 times now.
Have noticed the rooms are ageing especially the bath rooms … could do with a make over.
Breakfast is to die for and staff are just so polite and always greet with a huge smile.
Swim up bar I found to be too expensive now so didn’t utilise this facility as I had hoped too.
Would I stay again probably but will be checking other Hotels cheaper and newer.

This has to be one of the best hotels for all that matters on a holiday. Friendly, helpful staff, amazing pool, wonderful rooms with amazing views and the best buffet breakfast. Just love this place.

This resort is Amazing! Definitely will be heading back. Just stayed for 7 nights couldn’t fault anything. Swim up bar is great lots of cocktails and drinks to pick from.
Buffet breakfast great variety. All the staff are so helpful and nice. Location is ideal for Kuta, heaps easy to walk to markets and beach.
Can’t wait to head back.

This is a great hotel. Clean, beautiful grounds, very friendly & helpful staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing, catering for all different nationalities. Theme nights are a lot of fun & great buffet. So very central to the Main Street. Had a wonderful 10 day stay, going back there for sure. Recommend it highly.

Large beach front hotel, fabulous swim up bar, amazing choices at breakfast, gardens immaculate. Facilities include various restaurants, spa/fitness (a bit expensive), kids club, plenty of space around the pool. Occasional themed evenings in restaurants but quiet in the hotel bar.

Highly recommend. This was my first time travel to Bali for scientific conference on human behavior. And this place so comfortable. You can see the view of the sea and look at the sun goes down behind the hotel in the evening. This place is easy to find. When you walk through Jl. Kartika Plaza, you will never missed the hotel.

Stay in discovery hotel 3 time, was lovely breakfast, pool with bar ❤️. Easy go to beach just opposite walk a long path. And massive dinner buffet front of beach. Was lovely atmosphere with traditional music.

Was very good stay. I prefer to book online for discount. It is total worth. I ate food mostly in outside restaurants so can't predict on food. Hospitality is 10/10. Great service. I would love to visiting again.

Very good hotel located in great spot just at the sea front. Access available from the main Kartika street and from the beach. Spacious rooms. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Near the shopping mall. Not far from the airport. Not vegetarian friendly but many different restaurants and bars nearby.

Nice big hotel with variety of room options. Rooms are big and airy. Was recommended by a friend and I will not hesitate to recommend it again. Location is fantastic with a mall and many good eating options close by. See the sunset from the back of hotel over the waves of sea. Go for a boardwalk. Spend time in the large pool. Air is of easy relaxation. Staff is courteous. The breakfast spread is the highlight even though they could have better live counters — both egg & others. The live egg counters are probably manned by kitchen trainees. We spent 4 days there and even though it is a hotel — it gives the feel of a resort.

There are good facilities, next to the mall location is excellent, and adjacent to the coastline, the night lights are very beautiful except the hotel bed is very wet and the hairdryer blowing dry hair.

Excellent place to stay, everything was good. Just beach is not good. But not to worry kuta beach is near to resort. Resort location is excellent near to market. Rooms are good.

Visited the hotel twice: in a casual setting to meet a friend and for a conference purpose. They have a Cafe in the lobby which served pretty good foods and cocktails but was still expensive. Service was friendly though. Quite a nice view of Kuta Beach, but it didn't really give special impression.

We had our seafood dinner there so I can comment on outdoor space there. It seems to be a nice place. Their pool is big with nice gardens and a playground. And the hotel is located in a quit part of Kuta.

Room with a view and staff were fantastic. Breakfast could have been more choices as cold slice salmon ect. Overall better tthan most in Bali.

One of the biggest hotel in Tuban area. The location is so convenient, it's close to the airport and Discovery Mall is just next door. Breakfast is one of the best.

Very cozy hotel with huge garden and pool. The beach is not private, but the pool pays off this oversight.
Prices for food here are high, so the visitor is not profitable to eat here. It is possible to go out and against meters 100 to the right where there will be small varungi.

Facility is little bit old but best hotel for family with kids. Also location of the hotel is great. Great fool with wonderful see view. Breakfast was not bad but little bit concentrated on indian and chinese food.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel. Staff are the real stars they are so friendly and helpful. Rooms was cleaned very nicely. I like old charm of hotel… I asked for a room change I didn't like interlleading room and I wanted a better sea facing room next day room was changed. Shower needs a mould spray to get rid of mould. Towels need replacing first day I got real old towels I told housekeeper next morning I am not happy with towels he apologized and made sure I got better towels either than that I have no complaints… Breakfast was a huge spread food was constant cakes and pastries was super yummy cappuccino was definitely hit point my favorite Illy coffee. Gardens was really beautiful love to stay again.

If u want the 5 star experience this is the place to stay. Absolutely the nicest staff. Clean and large rooms and the swimming pool and bar fantastic. Backs onto the beach. I can not recommend this place enough. Love it.

Location is very good, close to the mall, many restaurants around, traffic congestion, hotel equipment slightly old, but still maintain the size of five-star, the hotel behind the sunset is very beautiful, worth a look.

This hotel is immense, in the busiest area of Kuta. The service is very friendly. The great entrance to the left is the offices of Qatar. If you have a problem with your ticket, this is the place. I requested Wifi connection at the hotel reception and they gave it to me without any problems. Very grateful.

Wonderful hotel! We selected it because there is a bar IN the pool, and it was well worth it. The room was spacious with a very pretty view over the pool and the ocean. We could see the sunset every night. There are 3 restaurants on the hotel, each with their own cuisine, but all very friendly and great food. Really a hotel to recommend!

This was our first trip to Bali and we really wanted to stay in a good hotel overlooking the see. So, after a lot of searching, we selected this place and upon arrival happily found that our decision was correct. Everything about this hotel is excellent — room & sleep quality, staff behavior, service, food quality, swimming pool, ambiance, etc. The best part is the location — lots of restaurants, shopping places are just a minutes walk away and you can walk in the beach just by stepping out of the hotel from the back side. Did not explore Bali to its full, so will go back soon and will certainly stay at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. The room is spacious, clean and I've got the one with balcony facing the garden-swimming pool. I coukd even enjoy the view of the sea. Breathtaking. The breakfast has wide range of options from traditional food to western food. The staff is super friendly. If only the Wi-Fi connection is faster, it would be perfect. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Love it! The service was beyond satisfying, the ambience were great and peace, you can keep in touch with the sea and beach for 24 hours. They also serve one of the best food and beverages. Absolutely recommended!

My third visit here. Personally I find this resort comfortable. The reception staff greeted me warmly. The room is fully functional but not overly luxurious. The pool is obviously the main feature. It's big and more importantly, clean. Plenty of sunbeds and great view of the ocean. Breakfast is complete with different cuisines. One can sit inside or out. The Italian restaurant is also excellent for lunch or dinner. The staff throughout the hotel, in all departments are kind, helpful, very friendly and attractive. This makes a huge difference. A home away from home. Kartika Plaza is by far the best resort in Bali. From the moment you walk into the resort the staff are happy to see you and can not do enough to make your stay a five star experience. Pram at the front desk is so helpful, nothing is a problem to him. The boys around the pool Dyon and Happy looked after our every need. Yasa and staff at the Kul Kul bar were very attentive. The rooms were alway clean and fresh, food first class.

We loved this hotel. Upon check in we had a little issue with three I the room. They front desk wanted to charge us more. My tip is to always bring a print out of a fully paid room voucher. I clearly showed them that I had selected three people and paid my rate. This seems to happen often when traveling outside the US. Our room had a beautiful ocean view. There is a grocery store across the street where I would buy our local beer. We could sit on our balcony enjoying giant beers for like a buck. It's the best deal in paradise. The pool is big and nice. There is also pool of fish around the breakfast room where you can buy food and feed the Koi. My little one really enjoyed this. The morning breakfast was really good. We had a great selection on Asian dishes to choose from. They also had a young man playing piano and he was very entertaining. I wanted to sit here and eat breakfast all day long. There is a path along the beach and it is great to go for a walk. One night we had dinner at the restaurant here near the water. It was very good and the view was unbearable. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Everything is within walking distance.

Walking distance from mall, traditional market, Kuta beach, and restaurants. +Nice view from room (sea / beach / sea + pool + garden) -Room smells like thinner the first day, i'm guessing floor polish chemicals. -Bed smells musty. -Pool walls and waterfall pipes are mossy. -Metal parts (doorknob, hinge, etc) throughout the room needs polishing to remove rust. -Breakfast food is mediocre. Overall, hotel looks dated and needs maintenance.

Really liked everything. It is in this hotel, make the most delicious tropical cocktail. Rooms are good, Breakfast excellent. Moreover, it is one of the few hotels, which stands on the shore of the ocean, beach — people-50 meters and you are in the ocean. For those traveling in Kut go surfing, it is better to choose a hotel closer to the beach of Kuta.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday for couples and children, compatriots mostly Australians and the Japanese. The entire property is very spacious rooms, lobby. In the lobby only a roof, walls no, when you walk into the hotel you can see the ocean, on the territory of one pool with пулбаром and small pools, where flocks of fish swim. On the grass everywhere lying some stunning tropical flowers. And generally the area is very well-groomed, ocean clean enough, but for some reason without any living creatures, even algae is very salty. As for entertainment — the right of the hotel is located disco Musro for the guests of the hotel — entrance free. Enough room, in Moscow, its lack of space, this can not find. The local cuisine is delicious, very fresh seafood. In General, only positive impressions.
