Great little hotel with friendly staff. Close to the airport and Lippo Shopping Mall. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of small shops and eateries in the area. The Hotel is family run and the rooms are clean and tidy. Large bed and comfortable pillows. Breakfast is available and would suggest you pre-book. The hotel also has a swimming pool and I would suggest you visit the gardens at the back of the hotel. There are some beautiful Balinese Temples which will give you a nice introduction to the Balinese culture. Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay visits.

Staff are friendly and always willing to help. They also offered us welcome drinks upon arrival. Room is huge, clean with new furniture. Our room is in the corner so it does not have a nice view but we stayed for only one night and were outside most of the time so it was not a big problem. There is also a fridge, a big wardrobe and make-up table in room. We did not use the pool due to tight schedule but it looks great. The building looks modern but you can also see the traditional Balinese architecture in the back of the hotel. We have a late flight at night so after check out, we asked if we can put the luggage at hotel and their staff happily agreed. The hotel also provide a separate bathroom for guests who already check out. Location is ok, quite near airport so you can save some money for taxi, 10-15 mins walk to Lippo Mall. Check-in procedure was a bit slow but maybe because we arrived in group of 5.

In a really busy part of town but really close to the airport. The hotel is really peaceful and the Wi-Fi is good. The pool was perfect and the atmosphere here is nice. Rooms were really clean and modern!

Disappointing, pleasant environment, but modest services, minimal breakfast, transportation difficulties to and from.

I liked the area Otelchika, small but cozy, lots of greenery. On the territory there is a house temple and a few altars for offering to the spirits, very colorful it looks for tourists. Small pool, but a couple of evenings perfectly rescued us in terms of refreshing from the heat, but can only use until 8 pm. Friendly and helpful staff, very helpful with solving problems. But there are disadvantages-the rooms are very tired, gray bed linen with lots of stains, probably not updated with the opening. And the towels and the worse, grey-dirty, with stains, such impression was that they were not changed from previous guests. I had to change to go, but our cleaner was not found, I was given the opportunity of "dryer" to choose, and there was nothing to choose from. Such towels only under feet to put.

A great stay near the airport and walking distance to the beach. Rani and her family are very welcoming and king. Accommodations were above expectations in a beautiful property that is very quiet even though close to lively Kuta. Thank you for having me, Rani.

Nice budget hotel within walking distance of the airport. Unfortunately, they've increased their rates.

Very close to the airport under 10 mins walk. Rooms are nice loads of places to put stuff. Have to take away a star because we arrives 35 mins before check in and were told we would need to pay 50k to check in early which is ridiculous. Pool is nice.

Really nice and clean place secluded from the busy streets, down the alleyways. Welcome drink on arrival, complimentary water in the room, nice clean and modern bedroom and bathroom. Air con and Wi-Fi. Lovely little pool in the middle too. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little more than we wanted to pay but it was decent value for what they provided. Also very close to the airport, within walking distance but we only heard 1 plane. Did not get disturbed like I expected being so close to the airport, definitely worth staying here!

Very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff. Close to the city and beach. In the centre of most popular area in south Bali.

Was there for just one night. Didnt sleep well bcos aircon was making noise. No security box. Cheap but wont come back.

The hotel is small but the environment is very good, remember must bring the plug of the converter to be unable to charge. And dental to be owned.

Very civil and cozy. The room was very nice and Telefizor. The Territory is scenic and you can make a lot of good pictures to remember.
