All the staff are good but hotel conveyance charges of drop is very bad…. They fooling U that other cabs will not came… N make their money by charging extra money… Very bad.

Just beside Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai. Very well maintained and clean rooms available. Complementary breakfast is also very good and tasty. Staff is also very good. Rooms are available from 6 am for 24 hrs check out, so if anyone arrives early and also will be checking out early then this hotel will be a nice one.

Just an ok hotel, room charges are a bit higher. Rooms could use a but more cleaning. Owner is really nice and very helpful.

At best three star hotel, lobby had the best Wi-Fi and air conditioning, the elevator is old accordian scissors type doors, that always makes people pause, I use the stairs! Rooms are in various States, somewhat clean, bathrooms ok, hot water and cold water hit and miss. Breakfast is basic but edible. If you want decent coffee then coffee day and MacDonald's is a short walk.

2 Star hotel, good location of you want and or need to be by the port. Close to the Victoria train station. Easily walkable. Breakfast in the morning is edible, but I would go out and find breakfast if you have a choice. Rooms are in average condition for this type of hotel, somewhat clean. Wi-Fi in the rooms is spotty but works good in the lobby, best air-conditioning in the hotel is in the lobby.

The rooms are good and amenities are up to the mark. However the hotel is a bit pricey. Breakfasts are good but repetitive.

I am staying in room 404, and enjoying the Nice breakfast this morning. The crew are very helpful, nice and polite. I highly recommend this place.

Situates at the prime location of Mumbai in reference to travelers and near to both Gateway of India and CSMT. The service is very prompt, behaviour of the staffs is also very good and polite and the rooms are all price worthy. The complementary breakfast includes upma, dosa, sambar, chatni, veg sandwich, toast, omlet, coffee, milk etc. Food quality is very good.

Located on walkable distance from CST (VT). It takes hardly 5 minutes from CST. Rooms & amenities are quite good. Complimentary breakfast & Big dining hall are features. Mostly, outstation people who visit Bombay for 1, 2, 3 days prefer d hotel.

Found cockraoches in room with superior plan. Cleaning and house keeping not good. Try to avoid.

BADD! CHEAP! VERYY SMALL ROOMS! NOT AT ALL WORTH THE 4000 BUCKS PAID! DON'T go by the online images — they'll only fool you! No restaurant. Room not cleaned even by 11 pm when checked-in. Staff is horrible.

PATHETIC! MISLEADING IMAGES ONLINE! The room provided (#402) is much smaller in size than the Superior room displayed on Goibibo (even after considering the single & double bed difference) — which cost almost Rs. 4000/ —! The room & bathroom were in a very dirty condition, even at checkin time of 11.30 pm —   1. Toilet drops on commode,   2. White stains on bathroom floor, 3. Dustbin full,   4. Dirty towel lying on floor!   NO RESTAURANT! The "rooftop restaurant" they say is on 8th floor, while the lift goes only till 3rd! Furthermore, the room service person sent to clean the room started watching TV, & when asked twice to clean the room by the guest, he indicated to wait using hand signal. Worst of all, they are lying to GoIbibo Hotline when I raised a conplaint there.

Good hotel, very well maintained, staff are also good. The food in the restaurant is superb. Nice rooms and bathroom. Tv, ac, refrigerator, complimentary breakfast make its more good and comfortable. Near to CST, cabs are also accessible. Also near to many tourist spots like gateway of India, etc.

Very shady place, you will realise the moment you enter in the hotel. The behavior of staffs at the front desk is bit erratic but the owner seems to be understanding. This place could be ideal for a person who just want to spend a night anywhere but on roads.

Wrost experience was their, The Room's door hadbeen locked automatically and we was in that room, after a long time… of 1hrs we was goes out from there, by break that door very bad and staff was told us we were do smthing ; door was going locked. Never recommended any one. Even my enemy.

Dirty bed sheet with stains. Wifi didn't work. Staff unsure about complimentary breakfast. Receptionist named Sharma was rude. Not going to stay here again.

Stayed at tent house. Place is good. Like food very much. Very much cooperative staff. Only had noise issues with nearby tents…

It was bad. That right there, is a euphemism. Hotel experiences do not get worse. The manager's sense of hospitality has never been more closer than this to extinction. A disaster of a hotel. When I gladly checked out of the hotel, I was wondering how it was surviving? Perhaps it has an owner with deep pockets or dumb customers like us keep stumbling upon mistakes such as these. If you want a hotel, look elsewhere. The photos in OYO rooms are usually different. The dimensions of the room are smaller.

Very bad service not worth for money. Please don't ever step in there. Very con people. My first time in mumbai at landmark hotel is yuck. Pictures are all fake. No proper cleaning unhygienic bathroom and very dusty room.
