Its part of famous hotel chain, restaurants are good, There are two restaurants. One at ground floor and other roof top, I like the ambience at rooftop. Continental is something you can try here. Its one of the few good place for sizzlers in Rajkot. Staff is courteous and knows how to treat each customer.

Location is nearest to highway. Good place to stay, best customer service, if you are looking for best hotels then go for it. Tariffs are high. As it's 3 star hotel. Overall experience best.

Good place, cozy rooms and conveniently located close to the railway station. Pick up and drop from railway station provided. Not very rigid on early check-in charges, and you could expect a waive off sometimes. Polite staff. Reasonable tariff on in-room dining.

Buffet was well spread and the items were all unique and delicious. The best part were the dessert items plus the perfect staff with wonderful hospitality! Amazing experience and a value for money! Worth a try!

Food was not of good quality. Each of our guests faced food poisoning. Other services were Fine.

Really a nice place to visit. Awesome food. They have both system buffet and alacart menu. Huge parking in basement and valley parking facility as well. Attractive ambient waiting lounge. TV in restaurant area. Service is awesome. Behaviour of serving staff is very much polite. 24 hour service. Lastly prices are set according to middle class locality.

It was a fantastic experience. The staff here is friendly. Staff does not see the post and hello but they try to help if they can. The best thing here is the accommodation and food. Pastries are best here made from natural fruits. Inspire of a big Hotel the pastries are off much less cost and food taste too.

The in-house restaurants serve amazing food and the rooms are comfy.

Very nice hotel with just one call room service and good food. Location is in the city so you will not get a sceneric view. But you will love you stay there.

Must say this is one of the best hotels in town. Breath taking ambience perticularly on 1st floor where they have made amazing sitting arrangements in a way that anyone with a damn busy day get refreshed. Rooms are nice as usual. Services are extraordinary. Staff is polite and greeting. What more… I really enjoyed stay during my trip to this city which is also called 'Rangilu Rajkot'.

It's a photogenic property of fern. Staff is courteous supportive. Ambience is good. It's really value for money. Amenities and services provided are much more than expected for the money charged. Awesome fern. Great going.

Breakfast was extremely good. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very comfortable. I wanted to know if regional channel on TV was available and they quickly arranged to subscribe in 30 minutes. This is a great gesture.

Starting with the cleanliness at the property, the place is apt in terms of cleanliness. The behavior of the staff working at Fern is very cordial as they seem to be trained really well. The manager gives a close attention each and every detail on the events held there. The banquet has got space for more than 300 guests. The ambience at the property is very stylish and contemporary. Nice corners arranged to clicks memories. Rooftop restaurant is well lit. Rooms are spacious and has got state of the art facility. Overall experience has been satisfactory. Standards as a national brand of chain of hotel are maintained very well. Thank you.

A dinner with family to celebrate marriage anniversary. Wonderful experience. Opted for buffet (550 per person including taxes, if anyone wants to know, but believe me you will able to recover every penny spent). Very large no of food items on table. Starters and deserts are mouth watering. A Paradise for foodies like me. Staff and services are excellent. Definately visit again and very soon.

I have visited the hotel meet a friend over a cup of coffee. The hotel is good. Staff is courteous. Amenities are really good. This visit was in Rajkot. Earlier I used to visit fern in Goa. The hotel stay was very comfortable. Food is also very delicious. I love to stay at fern hotels.

Very nice hotel. The Fern is a good standard hotel. It has many meetings rooms as well as restaurant also. There is wine shop also. Food is really good. Staff and service is also very good. For hotels the fern name is enough.

The Staff here seems to be Trainee. And in all possibilities this particular Fern Hotel seems to be a training hotel. Where the staff do not have any information or are not empowered to take small calls. Also they have some Bizarre rules such as do not leave opener for Glass soft drink bottles. Do not keep Any Tin Can or Plastic Bottles for guests and if I feel like having a soft drink late in the night they expect me to call house keeping and ask them to come and open the Glass Soft Drink bottle for me, never heard of such rules. Another bizarre example, in the morning when I asked them for News Paper, I was told that there is government notification to only give Gujarati Paper and when I told them that this is not the only place in Gujarat that I stay and pls don’t use Government names and told to show the notification copy, after few minutes they came up with new excuse that it is not available. Such answers are not expected from Staff of Such good Hotel. The hotel is good. The food is nice. But there needs to be change in Staff Attitude or may be the rule book. Whatever is right as an outsider I don’t exactly know what it is.

They had seprate smoking rooms on level 3. Which was fantastic. Though the place is expensive for food, they serve the best gujarati off the menu.

Located on main road, centrally located in Rajkot, decent rooms, sumptuous breakfast, restaurant is vegetarian.

Fern is my favorite place for late night chill with friends, lastly I had vegetable biriyani which was superb in taste. I love having Indian Masala Tea there. Best table service with always smiling staff.

Location is quite good because anyone can find it easily. And the service and food is also good. Even its a nice place to hangout.

The service is appreciable. Some of the best trained and most courteous staff. The hotel location is supposedly in the centre of the city and is very near to the Railway Station. The ambience is indeed tranquil.
