I'm giving 4 Stars for Very Good Hotel to STAY but if the food is ordered in room and that too after 11pm then don't expect the food to be great or good. It would just be tummy filler, else 11am to 11pm you get very good food too. Overall everything is good.

It's a 4 star property with a 3 star Ambience. I mean, It could have been much better. Given the splendid location and proximity to all the corporate and commercial locations of Ahmedabad City, the expectations are high. The food is good and the rooms are also fine. Parking Issue haunts this one too and it is really an issue, in case of any event organized inside, so you might have to take a cab for a seminar or gathering in those times.

Awesome hotel with nice location I had enjoyed my stay during my visit to ahmedabad. Staff of hotel is very professional and courteous. Specially I would like to thank to housekeeping manager Mr. Sunny and his entire team you guys are doing very good job. Room was very clean and up to the mark. I really feel like home away from home. Surely I ll visita again and recommend this hotel to all.

Excellent stay and they serve you complimentary breakfast. Nice food and nice room service. There is a spa here… But I did not try. Located in a good area. One can enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Decent Place. Quick Parking Assistance. Food wise got to be better it in terms of taste and innovation. Very Clean and Tidy. Rightly placed in the middle of the Business Hub. Very disappointing buffet, utterly cold, not even warm — makes you think, is this what they are upto now. No regular serving of hot breads. Really wondering was that 'Pride'

Good hotel for luxurious facility. Here I was stayed and participate in conferences many times by my office. Aproximately it's good in our budget for communication activities.

It’s the worst hotel I ever saw in my life. The staff is blunt rude unpleasant. The room service is pathetic. All other reviews are fake and very much partial. All positive reviews are written by there own people. The rooms and beds badly smells. Very unhygienic environment. Car parking is so pathetic that you can’t even think of that. Served and surrounded by All meaningless people. There are so many other things which I can’ Share at this platform.

Hotel is very good. It's interior is nice. Very cooperative and humble staff. But parking is not good not sufficient lighting and marking for parking space. Too much noise at basement water leak ages and gas leakages.

Pride is the 5 star hotel located at Bodakdev. There are excellent rooms with nice facilities inside. When there is a cricket match in Ahmedabad, all cricketers were stayed here. VIP's, Film star's, Politician's very favorite hotel. The food served in Restaurant and Banquets is of best quality. I had attended 5 wedding functions ceremonies and 1 Lunch hosted by Jain Lotus Club.

Medium luxury hotel. Very good ambience. Good selection of foods. Nice rooms. Good room service. Some amenities like swimming pool is also available. Overall good places to stay.

Location is perfect and has a lot of restaurants around. Rooms are Good and clean would appreciate if bathroom had a little more space. Service staff is very gentle.

Stay was pleasant. Restaurant did not have buffet. Food quality was good but portion size was unbelievably less. Food would suffice for one person only! Hotel has a lot of nAtural sunlight filtering in. That mAkes lounging around worthy.

I have been there for some seminar work. I must say it was a nice hotel. I don't have any complaints. But they need to improve at few places. Like cleanliness. The underground parking lot is not proper. And from parking to the upstairs. They need to maintain cleanliness. It was pathetic. Also same was with the lifts. It's a nice hotel but compared to other hotel they must improve.

Reception staff was cold inattentive. Did not give a good vibe at all. Rooms were not clean. Had to get my bedsheets changed as they had hair on them. The room service was confused, sending the wrong order. Old property really needs some work. No view to speak of. Just a building right next to the window. No plug points to use. Had to remove their lights and charge my devices. Broken remotes and no HD channels.

The room is gross, there are stains on the bedding and shower curtain, the bathtub is dirty, and it just is so old that the whole room is just not clean. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. I tried to switch hotels it's that bad but everything was full. I've never felt so unhappy at a hotel before. I asked for a new pillow because mine was covered in stains, and the new one they brought me had stains too. The staff seem nice, that's what the one star is for.

Located very near a major highway. Convenient to get to. The sprinting surroundings are not very good. A bit of stink to be honest. The room is spacious. Bed, toilet, seating arrangements are fine. There are provisions for making tea and coffee in the room. The mini bar was empty. I missed the usual dental Care products in the wash room. The hotel gives you complimentary Wi-Fi for only 8 hours a day, which is disappointing. I had two dinners and a breakfast. They had a Hyderabad festival going on, so didn't get to eat any Gujarati food.

Amazing service… Had fun just reading the crazy names they had on their menu in the dhaaba restaurant… Best part was that they pro actively offered a packed breakfast when they knew we had an early morning check out… Small gestures that leave a positive impact on the overall Customer Service experience :) Well done guys!

The hotel is now aging a lot in its structure and the rooms. A lot of rooms are very poorly maintained and the staff is very clueless most of the times. If you speak up they will keep moving you to different rooms and you hope you find a room that you are comfortable with eventually. The location is good based on what part of the city you want to be in. However there are now a lot of other good branded hotels that you can choose from.

Excellent place for short/long stay on SG Road Ahmedabad… The place is happening with near by shops, Gym, cafe, … It is located in one of the upbeat area. The hotel offers pleasant rooms with good hospitality. The food quality is good… The staff is very friendly… We stayed there with family…

We celebrated the wedding of our daughter recently at Pride Plaza Hotel, Ahmadabad. We used the banquet hall for the function and also accommodated our guests there. We found the food quality and service very good. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. All our guests appreciated the arrangements.

The Stay was superb. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable Beds. The food was good but exceptional service by the Angar hotel staff. They went out of their way to serve me according to my taste. 4 on 5 for Stay 3 on 5 for food and 5 on 5 for staff service. An overall 4 on 5

The experience of stay at pride plaza was extremely bad. Room service is ridiculous, House keeping is bad and even other facilities are not even good. It's better to stay at any dormitory rather than staying here. It took more than 20 mins for check in process. Food quality is not up to the mark. Even for the basic necessities being provided by hotel, we had to call at reception and it took more than 20 mins each time for the same. It is much better not to spend our hard earned money over here as you will get nothing over here. Even the rooms provided to us were stinking all the time.

It's head chef left the hotel in lurch, along with all customers. Though they provided their best to compensate for this loss by giving individual attention to customers, but you cannot overlook the fact that their su-chef is running single kitchen now, Angare's kitchen is closed for now. Restaurant needed makeover it looked dated. And at night they switched off central Air Conditioners at night, around 11.00pm, in main lobby. I saw someone in vest and towel sleeping in their banquet hall. This is not how 5 star hotel is run anywhere in the WORLD.

Have been visiting the place since last few years for the buffet dinner. The last one was with a larger group. The buffet spread was really good and consisted a lot of items on paper. While the spread was good, the menu selection seemed to have some issues. A lot of mains seemed to have the gujarati touch and it became a bit difficult for many people to have a taste for the same. The main course had more than 4 items which were either made of Brinjal, Beans, Potato and cabbage, something you don't expect in a 3Star buffet. The service was really slow and had to literally ask for each and every item. Just feel the place no longer has the good buffet tag.

The first room I was given was supposed to be on a non-smoking floor but it had a strong cigarette smell. Took a while for the hotel to give me another room and since the room telephone was disconnected I had to call them from my mobile to figure out what was happening. I was subsequently given a nice room, which was larger. The room and bathroom were clean but the bath fittings had seen better days.

It's a very nice hotel. Good for social events. Rooms are nice, location is very good.

The service was really nice. But most importantly the food was amazing! To be honest the deserts part of the buffet needs some work.

It is a good star category hotel with contemporary facilities and amenities. It has a good elevation, look, location and premises. It has multiple restaurants, banquets, pool and other facilities. Rooms are truly nice and well situated. Staff is good. Food is nice.

As per brand name, service is not good. And air conditioning so poor for big crowd. Not expecting such thing from this kind of hotel.

Worst food and worst service.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2013. It is very conviniently located for venturing into the heart of city or travel to other parts of Gujarat. The rooms are well maintained & the staff is very very helpful. The quality of the restaurant has gone down over the years. But then you have a lot of alternatives nearby.

If you coming from airport yhen you should stay here. It is vrry nearby to sll kinf of transport services.
