Great ambience, courteous staff. Decent food options. Above all, great location and surroundings. You just can't miss this during monsoon. Personal suggestion is go for the room with bathtub, the view is awesome. A couple of places to roam around nearby, but nothing beats having a sip of hot tea in the gallery.

So we read a lot of reviews before we chose this place and we were not at all disappointed! It was an amazing stay. We stayed in the suite with the bath tub. Everything was perfect and perfectly working. The TV had all the channels. The bed was beyond comfy. The food was really good and good quantity. The staff was very good. They would call asking if we needed anything. The view from the room was also amazing. In all we had a lovely weekend and I would definitely recommend it to one and all.

Very calm place, if you plan to spend time with your loved ones this is the place you could consider. The ground floor rooms have a small private garden which is amazing. Best time to visit is at beginning of monsoon, you could literally see clouds passing which is amazing. Plus this place is in Bhilar village which is also called village of books 'पुस्तकाच गाव'.

Loved every bit of my stay. We got the corner room right next to the farm and it was amazing. They have a small farm with variety of vegetables and strawberries. You can take a take a walk in the garden but cautiously. In the evenings just relax in the lawn next to the farm and have a nice dinner. This place is not very big but is definitely appealing.

Great place for staying away from the crowd. Very competent and well behaved staff look after their guests for all needs. Farming around the place is delightful to watch. Juicy Strawberries hanging at arms length is a sight to long for. Overall, a superb place.

This is wonderful place to spend holiday, weekend. Rooms are good, well mantained. Staffs are very helpful and cautious. Room service is out standing. Good food quality. You will have strawberry garden in front of the farmhouse where you can take pic and sit. Have spacious parking area (for 10 cars approx).

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Beautiful, peaceful, clean place for stay. Food was yummy staff was very helpful. Only one thing I didn't like that the hotel don't provide laundry service otherwise it's a wonderful lovely place highly recommend.

Very pleasant farmhouse. Rooms are clean, well maintained and better than expected… staff is very cooperative… totally worth the money… They have a nice lawn, strawberry plantation, flower garden and science library … Owners are really humble and helped us to pick fresh strawberries from their farm for us to eat and get back home… will certainly come here again and recommend to family/friends…

An awesome experience in Mahabaleshwar. Extremely Superb Special arrangement by Staff for my First Anniversary. The way they decorated the room, the way they made arrangement of our candle light dinner, they they provided the room service was juz amazing. Commercial part was worth due to the way they presented and provided the service. Special thanks to the Staff who gave the timely room service. Must sure take experience once. Food quality found too good.

Best budget hotel. At the given price, it has all the facilities available. It has either balconies or personal garden in each room. The staff is very humble, quick and helpful. Would recommend to visit.

Nice place to stay with family. Though it is little far from other hotels and tourist attraction, fresh and calm air here will make your day. Private vehicle can be arranged for sight scene. Couple with their own car looking for cozy and romantic place will surely enjoy this place.

Good place for relaxation and budget accommodation and value for money for business travellers as well as leisure travellers. Hospitality is best and food and service quality is great I will definitely recommend this. Additionally they provide pick up from mapro garden in Audi for all travellers.

The room is good but the windows couldn't be shut completely. The cost of staying was more as compared to the facilities provided… A lil secluded… The farm was small and wasn't maintained properly.

This is one of the best budget hotels in Panchgani, located away from main road and is very peaceful stay. To reach you here make sure you are using Google maps. The place has ample parking for 4 wheelers inside and you vehicle is safe. The staff is very humble and mannered here and kidder excellent service. The name is farm house but service is as per 4 star hotel. They have inbuilt kitchen and provide you fresh and cooked food. I had tried their chicken masala in lunch which was very delicious. They also served phulka, the north Indians roti. The best part is, the food is served in your room and you can have it on our own dining table. We got 1st floor room, there is not much view but if weather is clear you can see a partial mountain from there. There is small garden and play area for kids. In case you have a noisy neighbour you can here there voices if they stand and chat in gallery.

Good property and great view. I was told that there experience during the strawberry season would be even better. But service is lousy. Took long time to deliver food orders. Despite several calls, no one came to clean the empty dishes from the rooms. The restaurant also kept saying that they don't have mutton and eggs, despite them being mentioned in the menu.

A small hide out. Clean rooms. Service is nice. Food is nice, considering their kitchen size and numver of rooms.

Good place to stay. A good budget hotel. Lies between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani! Can be used to visit both the places. I stayed there with my family. Services and food are decent.

Peaceful place, Good sized roooms, view is not that great, Breakfast was 2/5. Dinner was 4/5. Good location, easy to locate.

Lovely, cozy little place with great service. The rooms are almost perfect, with great maintenance. Staff go out of the way to help you in every way possible. Only 10 cars can be parked — but staff will manage parking. Room service is quick, food is very tasty and prices are reasonable. The owners are also very friendly and will take you on a tour of the adjoining farm and help out in every little way. Rooms could do with a 5-10% tariff reduction due to the location — slightly off the main route — but are still worth it, nevertheless. (The only reason why I reduced 1 star. ) To reach the main road is a 1Km walk, and Panchgani is 4 Km away). In all fairness, the owners mentioned the location was on the way to the strawberry / mulberry farms at Bhilar — so it may be perfect, after all. Overall, a great property — deserves 4.5 or more stars certainly.
