One word: AMAZING! Book your stay here & you won’t go wrong! This was my second stay at The Travellers Inn & if I could, I would rate it 10 stars! The place is very new, having opened last year. The location is spot on, less than 5 minutes from the beach & walking distance from all the main points of interest. The place is spotlessly clean (definitely the cleanest place I have ever stayed at in India! ) ; the rooms have a super comfy bed, a desk which was great for getting some work done, hot water and a/c. They are just really nice, yet simple and there is Wi-Fi in the common areas. Plus… the absolute gem… the owners & the staff. Kumar and his team will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Friendly, polite, knowleadgeable about Fort Kochi & Kerala, they also helped me to arrange some great excursions and the next leg of my trip. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe and I can honestly say that I am now leaving some new friends behind. Highly recommended & would certainly stay over and over again. One of the absolute best places I’ve ever stayed at in India and would certainly go back! The owners are beyond amazing and Nuncia speaks fluent French, among other languages. Overall it was super clean, quiet in spite of the central location, Wi-Fi was great and I loved my room. I choose the balcony room overlooking Princess Street; it was great to just sit, read or simply people watch. It’s 2 minutes away from the sea and from everything else… including some delicious restaurants they suggested :) The airport transfer they arranged was just on point and to be fair, the best rate I’d been quoted in Fort Kochi!
