Hotel Malas is in Panchgani, which is about 20 kms from Mahabaleshwar. It is a Heritage Type Hotel very conveniently located near the Main Market and the Table Land with just about 22 rooms, some interconnected as well. The compound is Large, Full of Greenery and is Very Pretty. The place is Very Well Maintained as well. They also have a Restaurant that serves Very Good Veg & Non Veg Food. In addition, they also have a 24 hrs Coffee Shop that serves Veg Snacks & Non Alcoholic Beverages round the clock. There is plenty of area for children to play around with Swings, Slides & Gardens as well. The rooms are large, but with Basic Amenities — Comfortable, but not Luxurious. The TVs in the room are very old 21" Box Type but work and they have Cable connection as well, which is good. The interiors of the rooms, Mattresses, Pillows, etc, are a bit dated but are clean & fairly comfortable. The staff are also well trained & very helpful. The rooms are made up daily & the Linen is also changed regularly. The Service is of a high standard too. The Bathrooms are smallish, but clean & with 24 hrs hot/cold water. There is however no Swimming Pool. A Great Place to stay at, if you love Greenery & are looking for a Comfortable but not Luxurious stay at a Very Affordable Cost. Certainly worth staying at again.

Nice place, staffs are good. Parking space available. Food is also good. Rooms are well maintained. You will have duplex option as well in case traveling with family and kids.

Loved the food such a beautiful coffee shop the dinning hall was right in front of the play ground so kids can be supervised while eating, such polite staff especially Mr Abdul Rehman Shaikh! Not to forget how clean and we'll maintained the kitchen is! The perfect place for a hop great family vacation! We will definitely be going back!

Food was great. Service could have been better. First of all, the bathroom was stinking terribly. We had to call for freshners and cleaning three times. The room was not properly maintained either. Cracks on the walls. Food is the only reason I am giving 3 starts. Else it would be 2.

The hotel is at a good location and walkable distance to table land which is a tourist attraction. Food is good as well. The bathroom needs to be cleaner and they should have better lighting.

Beautiful amezing place to visit … in the heart of pachgani. Staff was co operative. Beautifully maintained garden lawn. Very tranquilling place. Must visit … you getup in the morning by birds chirping sound and also hear the leaves rusting. One draw back was less variety of the non Veg food for individual ordering. But the place is awesome.

Hi we stayed 3 days there. Ambience and and environment is good. Kids play area and surrounded by trees. It was nice staying there. I used to take Tea every morning it was really good. Order one Tea for 2 people it came in huge. We had lunch buffet one day it was ok kind off. We prefer eating lunch dinner out only. It seems costly for food there. Rest thing very nice hotel for stay with family and kids also will enjoy good Resort kind feeling. 24/7 warm water. Room service is good. Lights in room can be improved. They provide only Soap one has to carry all essential thins. We had our own things with us.

Best budget hotel in Panchgani. Service, is good and amenities like 24/7 warm water, TV electrical all work as expected. Rooms are very spacious Deluxe rooms can accommodate 4 adults easily as they provide 2 double beds in each room. Maintenance is spic and span with beautiful garden and 24/7 cafe inside. Food is also affordable and has a decent range good quality.

The rustic feel of this coffee shop puts you in a comfortable mood. The sit-out and lawn are well maintained. Staff is not so friendly though. Don't expect them to either smile or click a pic for you.

The hotel is good and one of the oldest. It looks awesome. They have a 24/7 cafe. They had a good offer on dinner /lunch/and breakfast buffet. We had dinner, the food was average not great.

A must visit place especially if you like Bohri food. Very child friendly great for families. Try the duplex room sometime.

An absolutely delightful place. Food was amazing Bohra speciality… Specially catered for us since we were a big group. The restaurant, the lawns, the rooms all are well maintained and hygienic. Very kids friendly place. A must visit.

Nice place sumptuous food, From what it used to be, Alyasger, the owner of Mala's hotel has taken the hotel to an all new different level. 24hr Cafe with a wooden theme was nice to visit. The food is awesome (buffet, at reasonable prices) and the stay is also as good with options of duplex too.

Good Property to stay. Overall rating for Rooms is 3. Specious rooms with basic amenities. Food quality at restaurant is good. 24 hr open Cafe is undoubtedly the best thing at hotel, for food at cafe I would rate 4 stars. Food quality and quantity is really good. U can hangout with friends n family. Play Carrom, badminton etc. Child friendly areas are really good.

Great place to have a quiet time with family and friends, has a big lawn with a few activities for kid's. This place has a nice cafe which is open throughout the day and and open through late in the nights, serves tea, coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, pizza, and many desserts. The cafe is vegetarian only.

The stay was just awesome. The food, ambience, hygience, spacious rooms, the room service and all the facilities were undoubtedly excellent. Will truly recommend all to stay at Mala's without giving a second thought. I just enjoyed my stay there. Overall 5/5 :)

The place is great in regards to location, rooms and the services provided. It has a restaurant which serves food 24 hours. The only reason I am not giving them 4 star is that when we reached there they said our booking has been cancelled long back though it showed confirmed on the app as well as when I had called them before hand to confirm the same they told it's all confirmed. We ended up waiting for an hour and spoiling our mood for the next few hours after which it was all settled. I would suggest a little more improvement in regards to such services would be highly appreciated.

The place is good with amazing ambience, friendly staff. Few shortfalls — they don't have room service for non veg, if guest are limited their kitchens don't function full fledged, last night was diss appointed as they did not give veg starters. Sheets and pillow covers were not clean, we asked the room service guys to change.

One of the very few best hotels in Panchgani has ample area surrounded by woods. Lot of recreational facilities and a 24 he coffee shop. It has a very good restaurant and good rooms as well.

There is no proper communication between hotel management and customers. We have to be very careful while booking and make sure we have proper physical proof by mail or other source.
