It's amazing to be able to stay at a hotel with almost no restrictions whatsoever and top quality service in Mumbai. I loved it. The rooms was cozy and beautiful to say the least. They don't have a kitchen but they will get you food from almost anywhere at no extra charges. The bell boys are pleasing and smart. Their breakfast buffet is too good. As with any hotel, don't forget to tip the bellboys for that extra mile of service.

The pictures in their website looks much bettwr than the hotel. The room was really small. The key kept getting demagnetized. When we first arrived at the hotel the sheets were not clean. The staff were friendly and attentive but the experience left much to be desired. They did provide breakfast but that got pretty repetitive and dull. I would not really recommend going here.

Best service I have in my life. Rooms are clean and amazingly designed even though the room I booked was small. The other room they bumped us up to a deluxe room free of charge so our two rooms can be next to each other. What a nice gesture. Breakfast is amazing as well.

Super Hotel is not necessarily in the amenities but the rest is very good. The staff is super helpful in all things especially helpful if you don't know your way around yet. Top location.

The place is decent for the price on south Mumbai. The rooms are decent and the showers are good. Breakfast was decent too. The reason I removed two stars was mainly because they put me up in another hotel outside the main hotel. Had to walk a few steps to get there. This other hotel has very stuffy common areas. No air-conditioning in the common areas. Overall a good place but there are a few quirks to keep in mind. Oh yea also, there is metro construction right outside, so you may not be able to get dropped just outside by cab.

Rooms to small and beds tiny for the price you pay. Window do not open and tiny bathroom. Overpriced. Won't come back.

Staff great. Rooms great. Breakfast poor. Very central. Check your account carefully. They made big mistake with mine. Took hour to sort. Staff made wrong payment amount. (Short)

Absolutely fantastic. Service was great by reception and concierge (Rajesh). Breakfast and serving staff excellent. Room clean and good size. Location was great. Only praise for this place and definately value for money. Service for nothing less than 5 star.

The lower floor was newly created. Taxi in front of the door for larger routes — first of all negotiate price! Everything else is within walking distance of the residency Fort Hotel. Mister YAPAU Taxi Driver during the summer time to reach here all day!? Inquiries per what AP India Eighty Eighty One sixty-four thousand a hundred seventeen to achieve. At the moment last digits in the taxi plate are thirty-eight Dreiunddreisig advertised MH. 01. At. 3833 Honda Black/Yellow Taxi! Hope numbers come up that read in the text. Absolutely for railway fans the Viktoria Terminal Museum Wecktags only from 14:00am to 16:00am at the side entrance of the main railway building at the left corner couple steps up the entrance, otherwise all barring closed, only a small sign on the wall! In the evening this building is beautifully lit, as well as the office building above the road by the same architect! For beer drinkers, the Leopold Café Upper floor is recommended, absolutely safe there — food tastes too!
MONDEGAR Cafè only Patern, but also equally good! For Spar Foxes and St. Gangloffer Thuringian Walking MOCAMBO Cafe in the Phirozshah Mehta Road 23-A, to find away.

Great location. Warm people. Hospitality at its best. There were minor hiccups. But they are ignorable. Very small rooms. Except the upper floor corner rooms, no views. Corner rooms are better in size too. Very clean and tidy, except the washroom at the reception. Restaurant works for breakfast. Other times they buy and provide you. Though the choices are limited, great breakfast. Almost everything taken care of by the hotel. Really courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Good service, one is anxious to fulfill the wishes of the guest. Rooms are mostly clean. Single room is a little small. There is a side building next to the main house, so you have to go over the street for breakfast. Breakfast is continental and Indian. Price-performance is OK.

Warm welcome, dedicated personal, welcoming, available. Room with shower room, in the annex, modern, spacious and very well equipped. Possibility of tea or coffee in lounges, machines for relaxing, Wi-Fi, free computer. Visit the India Gate on foot. Value for money unbeatable.

Hotel well placed to visit this part of Bombay. Staff to the small care, ask for a room in the annex at 20 meters because much quieter. Breakfast OK.

Big room, but with little external light in a separate building from the main hotel. Liked this hotel very much. It was extremely well located, but reasonably quiet for central Mumbai. Attentive, helpful staff and a good breakfast. Recommended.

Welcoming and very friendly staff. Good location. All top notch. Room a bit small. Breakfast was super. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the fort area. Did I mention the staff. They make your stay very special and personal. I can't compliment them enough.

We loved our stay. We had booked a standard double room but got upgraded to a very nice and brand new "club room", located in a separate building just two buildings down the street. This was a luxurious suite with an extremely comfortable king size bed and a marble bathroom. Very well appointed room with big flat screen TV, mini bar, tea/coffee facility and very quiet. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and it offered a good variety of Indian and Western items. To be noted that the building where the club rooms are located does not have an elevator and to get to the rooms on the third (highest) floor you need to climb 70 stairs. They will take care of bringing your luggages up/down for you. Not a problem for us as we are in our early fifties and in relatively good shape. Location is very convenient, with many stores, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Also CST and Churchgate stations can be reached on foot if you are traveling light. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a good experience. Good hospitality n welcoming personnel. lacknesses : 1. No water provided in rooms daily 2. Same bfast buffet everyday. Some Chinese n Italian cuisine would have been superb 3. Restaurant too small 4. Rooms also too small.

This place is a real treat. Located in a busy bustling area, it's nice to get out and walk around knowing this haven of peace exists. The staff are top notch, they will bend over backwards to help you. We came with euros and we were able to easily get our money exchanged and pay our bill with them. Room service is cheap, and I cannot emphasize enough how friendly the staff is. If we return to mumbai we would stay here again.

Modern hotel with a very busy staff. ALL wishes are met with pleasure.

Good hotel, breakfast is decent, but you’ll leave the breakfast room smelling of grease. I had to shower and change after having breakfast. So for this I only had the breakfast once. I was given their room on the top floor which was pretty big (upgraded), but you could never have your curtains open because the staff was always on that terrace next to the room. Bed was comfortable, you have to pay for water, bathroom was nice. I had one of their suites I believe, but otherwise standard rooms seemed pretty small. Staff is very nice, they always greeted me with a smile. I had a welcome drink when I checked in, I stayed here I think 3 nights, maybe 4. The hotel is very central, you’re within walking distance to everything. Now, when it comes to room service, the advertise on their website being 24/7 and because I work late from my laptop, sometimes I forget to eat so I called room service at 11:15ish pm and they said the restaurant is closed, and they’re only selling drinks (coffee, tea, water and juices) luckily there was a place next door opened very late. The other think I don’t like, is that their laundry service is not theirs, they contracted the people next door, which you will have to pay for when the clothing is delivered… you can’t charge it to your room. In addition, that laundry service place ruined my clothes, they made holes in every single piece of my clothes because they wash your clothes with everybody else’s! GROSS!

Located in the Fort area, close to the two railway stations and the major attractions, everything can be reached by walking. The rooms are slightly smaller but clean. The service is super intimate. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff was asked to make a pita, a cappuccino, and a delicious muffin.

Excellent location between Gate of India and Train Station. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Please make sure you don't get rooms in the annex with windows facing air-con compressors from the restaurant below. We got 406 and the noise was unbearable.

Awesome staff, very friendly. Great lounge area with massage chairs. Don't be disappointed with the small rooms, it is a typical downtown hotel. Just go out and enjoy the city. Amazing places at walkable distances.

Really great central location, and very reasonably priced for Mumbai. Quite a drive from the airport, so not ideal for a short stopover, but ideal if you want to stay a few days and see the sights. Breakfast buffet is pretty good, with eggs freshly cooked to order, and you can get a 'proper' coffee made on request.

Hotel is very well located close to VT and Churchgate station. Single room is 10x10, felt small. Bathroom shower is big and feels like standing in rain. Breakfast area is also small but the menu is decent with live counters.

Its not a bad place to stay. The air conditionned need to be service more regularly… was having water coming just on my bed. another negative point for me is that I requested early check in. Though a room was free, I was not given early check in and had to stay on the reception for more than 3 hours. This will make me think twice for my next trip…

Pretty good place almost budget friendly and really good service.

The hotel very well. I do not say that does not clean well but our room, especially the bathroom left a little to be desired. And we are not very delicate. Other customers we spoke to told us that your room was spotless. Have a/c, tv, safe. Good stay. The breakfast correct.

Near to Gateway of India, 5 mins walk from CST station. Good Service, we got our dinner at 12 pm when it was unlikely. Neat and clean but rooms are small.

Excellent place best value for money. The rooms are modernized and each and every need of a traveller has been taken into consideration The staff is extremely polite and very very helpful. They were very kind to upgrade my room since otherwise I had to sleep on the floor on a mattresses. As soon as you enter the hotel you are served with welcome drinks and snack! the wetwipes after a tiring trip was so refreshing the room had everything that as a traveller I could want, even has a hair dryer so thoughtful honestly they do not have a restaurant but are happy to get you food and they get it from a very good diner The toilets were exceptionally clean Breakfast is complimentary and they have a wide range of food equally tasty and nutritious food the chef is present there to cook up some hot masala dosas etc the decor of the hotel is a mix of modernization and heritage. I am surely going to stay here every time I am in mumbai. The location of the hotel is also an advantage. Highly recommended whether you are a foreigner or someone staying over for business/pleasure.

Booked 30 minute before arriving and all went very smooth, good location and all within walking distance, very clean and value for money. Staff were very supportive and gentle.
