Very poor hotel. I was planned to be in the one inside the terminal (which might be nicer) but I was send to the wing outside the terminal. Small dining room, small room, no room service, no alcohol served and just foot massage. Every thing is in exstra charge. The room it self is well maintained, so at least you can sleep well and get a good shower between flight.

One of the best options for transit travellers. Rooms are very beautifully designed. Its just inside the airport so you literally walk in and out with the trolley in your hand when going inside or outside of hotel.

Truly beautiful and neat clean tidy best hotel to stay during transit halts and it is so peaceful and quiet although it is present in airport building there is not a single noise in your room there is pin drop silence! I was amazed by this feature! And they have used each and every inch of space they get perfectly! Must visit! Also it is value for money. And most importantly it is safe!

Excellent location as it is within the terminal premises. Late flight will not worry you any more. The rooms are pulsh and neat. The. Bathroom is well equipped and has all the necessary stuff to take care. However only complimentary is a couple of water bottles, prices are hefty wife you consume other stuff provided in the room. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay. I recommend.

You can't find a better place to stay if you are transiting through Mumbai. Helps you avoid the hustle & bustle of the city. It's right at the airport. The staff is polite & the service swift. Nice rooms with decent amenities.

Niranta is a great option if you arrive at Mumbai airport in the early morning after a long flight. It's very convenient and within a short 5min walk from where you exit terminal building. If like me its nice to shower and rest before you continue on your journey during daylight hours. Note there are two locations. One within the terminal and one just outside the terminal which is where I stay.

Perfect location, right next to the airport at a walking distance. Perfect food and great rooms. The only downside is probably hiring a cab from the P7 area (yes the cab won't come in front of the hotel, you'll have to walk 100 odd meters)

Excellent transit option. You can keep the airport luggage trolley in your room. Excellent breakfast spread with a concerned chef. 24 hr massage center helpful to relieve stress. 4 star only because of price.

One of the worst hotel ever visited. Flush was not working and cold not sleep overnight noise was coming. Hotel staff was also not listening to complaints. Guys I suggest you not to visit this hotel.

Three star given only because of the location. Their reception and reservation staff simply do not bother as they know that they will get business because of the location. No body bothers to pick the board telephone. They won't call you back or reply to your queries even if you write a mail. Rubbish!

Nice, clean and modern hotel located ideally for late arrivals or early departures from Mumbai. We stayed at this hotel the night before taking our plane. It's conviniently located in the terminal building, but you have to go through extra security checks to access the hotel. We received a complimentary foot massage which was very relaxing. The room doesn't have a window, but it looked new and modern with everything we needed. The lady at checkout was cold and unfriendly, breakfast had plenty of room for improvement.

Customer friendly. Cleanliness and looks are better than many European airports.

尼蘭塔機場轉機飯店, 固名思義就是機場內的轉機飯店. 直接就在孟買機場樓下. 飯店不大, 沒有對外窗, 房間小, 但整潔度, 舒適度沒話說. 早餐就在隔壁響用. 若要出機場外走走, 只需和櫃台申請通行證, 很方便. 若轉機時間過長又無法走太遠, 這裡會是您的好選擇.

Decent sized rooms but quite expensive charges. Rs. 4500/ — for 4 hours. Clean room and bedsheets. Quick check in and check out. A little bit of AC blower noise but I was very sleepy so somehow got over it. Funny part is that they you have to pay upfront at the time of check in/before using the room. Front staff can smile a bit as they too serious.

Services were good, and Valentina was especially helpful in finding me a room when I had been previously told none were available. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I don't like giving bad reviews because it affects business. However this one needs a wake up call. Facilities are fine. Like others have said the front desk staff don't have clue about hospitality. Their attitude makes life difficult. They also don't bother selling services even when customer may want them. If there is someone in management / investor looking — they should visit any other airport lounge or reasonable hotel nearby to understand what I am talking about and change / train staff. Till then I would say inept.

This place is good for few hours stay, they have a facility of stay but rooms are not soundproof the outside sound can be heard inside the room and restaurant which have a limited menu to choose and spa facility they have a hourly rates also to book the hotel but booking online is more convenient and cheaper then booking directly however staff are very helpful and knowledgeable the plus point is that they are located within the terminal building they have three hotels inside the international terminal one can access hotel without visa also in this hotel you can stay upto maximum of 2 days and they have a security at gate which is airport security they don't have any pickup and drop facility if you want to go out for hangout you need to book cab from prepaid taxi counters located at terminal itself. Also one may found difficulty while accessing the hotel as they do not have much sign boards and also this hotel is newly open so very rare people know about this hotel.

Where do I start? It's a good looking hotel with nice beds, bathrooms and showers. But their customer service?! I booked my stay six weeks in advance. I had some questions so I contacted them same day I booked, over this six weeks is enquired them to answer but the only thing they said was that I would get a reply as soon as possible. At check in I mentioned this, they did nothing about it! Don't stay here! Very arrogant staff!
