Excellent ambiance. Banquets are cozy. Great party place. Good food and service. Its pur family favourite to throw birthday or any type of party. Banquet manager is very helpful. Good music too. Definitely reccomend for a party for a small gathering.

Have never stayed here but a few of my friends have and they tell me that it’s a great hotel. The rooms are big and spacious and well appointed. The staff are friendly and courteous.

The first star it got for the unique position. Being near the International airport is assuring. The date of my departure coincided with a low pressure weather prediction, yet I could beat the 9'o clock traffic easily. The second star is for the restaurant. Be it breakfast or late dinner, the people on the floor are helpful with a smile and there were sensible assortment of food. The third star is for the hassle free reception desk. Overall it was a pleasant short trip to Mumbai, where I could take rest properly. The room was clean with easy supply of warm water. As a business traveller's point of view, I enjoyed my brief tenure at Mirage, Mumbai. A few photos of Mirage are also added.

Awesooooome Food! One thing I like about this hotel is its food. Tickles my tastebuds all the time. Service is good. Excellent location. Nice people to talk to. Heading in or out of the airport and want to find a good place for lunch or dinner. This is the place.

Conference meeting. Nice ambience and location for business purposes. Rooms were spacious. Near by airport and metro. Also to bar, restaurants, cafes and bus stop. On the main road it is.

Welcoming staff. Good rooms. Biryani was the best I ever had. Chef was awesome, made customized food for my baby. Enjoyed my stay.

Elegant lobby, professional and polite staff. But have some doubts regarding their service, since the seminar which was scheduled to start at 9am, actually started at 10am. When we reached even the conference room was not ready and hardly any one was available to communicate.

I had visited this place for company meeting. Nice one. Very close to International Airport. No problem to find out the place. On the main road and exactly opposite to marol fire brigade. Lobby is good. People are helpful. Room is also very good. Meeting hall having a good capacity of 70-100.

Business class hotel adjacent to Mario Naka metro station. Rooms are good but occasionally with mosquitoes if you open the windows. Nice breakfast spread and in-room facilities.

Location is near international terminal T2. Rooms are comfortable. Staff could be better. They know that proximity to the airport is their selling point and it will sell.

Rooms are good, ambience is good. But the behaviour of the duty manager/ the person at the reception is horrible. When I asked about a policy and a reason for its implementation, instead of stating it, he directly asked me in a rude way, whether I want to cancel the booking.? Improvement of behaviour is must as it a hospitality industry. This thing disappointed me the most.

Mirage is very popular especially in this part of Mumbai, every rickshaw/ taxi people knows it and this makes it easily accessible. Located on the main street of marol too. The lobby/ room/ toilets definitely gives you a feel of a star rated hotel. The staffs are good with a smile on their face always. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, neat and clean. The large smart TV add extra spice to the rooms. The restaurant serves good and healthy food. Overall a good experience. Will definitely be back her soon. Highly recommended.

Nice place. Affordable quite a bit. Thanks to new gst food became cheaper. Ambience is good. Staff is cheerful. I broke a glass there. Manager was cheerful and didn't ask me for extra money. Very professional. Try indian food out there. Eclectic Ambience.

Visited Hotel Mirage for a session on Agreements, Contracts and Dispute Resolution. The place is walking distance from Metro Station. The hotel is clean neat and tidy. The staff is very cooperative. Food quality was excellent. Had lot f veriety of veg and nonveg food with desserts.

Place is ok but don't stay for long other place are much better. Lock didn't work properly. Reception ppl behavior need training. Will give two star because of below average service.

Fantastic location (near the international Airport) and services to match! Our flight from KL was delayed by over 2 and half hours and there was no way to communicate this to the hotel. But the pick up service was present with the placard and the helpful driver scuttled his way out with us and our baggage. The Reception was waiting for us at 3.30 am in the morning and the check-in formalities were efficiently conducted. It was a blessing as we were so groggy and tired! The room was a huge comfort, clean, AC working perfectly… we just crashed in the bed. The mattress was a wee bit soft for comfort, but the ambiance of the room was so relaxing… felt almost like home. We visited their restaurant for the breakfast which was a sumptuous spread of items from south Indian, Maharashtrian to North Indian and European standard breakfast items. They even served ragda pattice which was tangy and tasty! The staff was cordial and polite too. A short stay left such deep impressions. We would surely be checking in hence forth before and after every international/ domestic holiday when stay back in Mumbai is required.

Very conveniently located hotel, barely 10 mins from the Mumbai international airport which makes it a fantastic option for business travellers. The rooms are amazingly spacious and even the bathrooms are having lots of space and a bath tub equipped. The food is amazing and the service is brilliant. The breakfast has lots of options and has tasty sandwiches and waffles ready to order as per your choice.

Good, cleaned, food test also good. Not very less variety in buffet camper to cost.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and the staffs are polite and friendly. Only one thing to highlight that the buffet restaurant is small and most of the time it's full in the evening. At that time you need to seat at the cafe and order alakarte/menu. Grilled food takes time to deliver. The food is good and delicious.

The restaurant here is great. Good waiters, apcious and lovely interiors. I went here for buffet as part of a training program. Each day they have different varieties of food.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price.

We stayed at the reflection room on the seventh floor for more than 20 days. Extremely courteous and always smiling staffs. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Spontaneous service. Food was delicious. Live music by singer Stephen on very Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 pm is all the more reason to come back again and again. Excellent job guys. Keep it up!

Extremely poor reception. … Hotel not ready to honour advance reservation instead offering lower category room at a price of higher category as a compensation. … and overall … v low category staff … no manner to speak with customers and even one of their staff Ganesh Jella even abused to one of my colleague in a whispered way… hell with this over priced hotel … they will not even share or make you talk to their seniors at any cost as has been advised by their management told kumar and ganesh. … this is what we were told … Wi-Fi is also chargeable.

Hotel run by awful people, ill mannered with no sense of hospitality, absolutely rude staff and the worst ever manager I have come across in my life, Had made my reservations through Expedia, they refused to acknowledge it, and had the gumption to ask me and my wife to produce a marriage certificate, Please take your business elsewhere, absolutely would not recommend it.

My 2nd visit to Mumbai and in Mirage too only reason my budget and my office very close by beside you would be able to enjoy as much as you pay 4-star business hotel rates I guess areas they're lacking Room management as staff doesn't pay much attention on cleaning and preparing the room — NO refrigerators in room so you may need to ask and ask again some time it takes day if in case you 're on medication which require temp control. As an business traveler you require good wooden hangers which is also a big deal in hotel its took them 3 hours to provide everything is very lean and slow in hotel even my master card or visa card didn't work. Welcome lobby full of mosquito's. I guess my advice for management to review entire hotel includes staff reviews.
