We booked maharaja suites. They didn’t even check the room before giving it to us. Basic amenities in bathroom like hot water, toiletries were not there. Towel had stains. In Jacuzzi we were getting dirty water. More so bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Really had a bad experience.

Had visited this resort recently with another couple friend and kids. Unfortunately they had a horrible experience at this place. There was a theft of a huge sum of money that happened in their room. The hotel has several security flaws including no CCTV cameras in the common areas outside rooms and no way to lock the door of their room which had just an easy open close latch. Also the room (Heritage 1 category) had a broken mesh in its courtyard through which anyone could enter from the back side. And the hotel staff stays on the back side of the room, making it an easy way to enter and exit the room. The resort claims that they maintain a log of housekeeping and room service staff that enter and exit the room but when we checked their log, there were entries missing. Also the resort staff had discrepancy in their statement when questioned about their entry and exit to our room.
Unfortunately, the owner of this resort also put his foot down about this whole incident and stated that their resort is a huge property and it requires atleast 100 CCTV cameras to be installed so that all the common areas are covered and secured. Not only did he clearly show his unwillingness to do the same but also he did not find it necessary to compensate the couple for the theft that happened!
The Manager at the reception desk (Mr Sunil) also very casually responded to this whole incident and asked my friend to lodge an FIR.

Pls don’t visit Ramsukh Resorts & Spa… We had unfortunate incident of theft in our room due to the negligence of the hotel and they are not willing to take ownership of the security flaws. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a courtyard with our friends Ashita Goenka and Saurabh Goenka… the room we stayed in had no latch and hotel border fence to courtyard connecting our room was broken. The road near the fence leads to the staff quarters of the hotel. We suspect when we were not around someone climbed in through the opening and entered our door and stole the money from the bag. The premises although says that they have CCTV, there is no CCTV in the common areas outside the room. A hotel spread across almost 4 acres has only 5 cameras of which 4 were working. When asked the owner he says we will ofcourse not put 100 cctv cameras to cover this expanse. And we will not be compensating u a penny are his words. They don’t even know how to even talk to guests who come for holiday and an experience to cherish but go back with horrible unforgettable experience. We were only told that we will check with our staff or else you could do police complaint. We finally raised a FIR for which we spent the whole day of our precious holiday investigating and then at police station. The hotel says they mantain a control sheet of all the times staff has visited. But when they showed us we pointed at few incidents for which they didn’t have records.

Really its very very wonderful resorts for hills stations like Mahableshwar.

Not one of the but the Best place to stay in Mahabaleshwar… you will get the best atmosphere there in and all around the Mahabaleshwar… They have amazing variety of rooms to offer you as per your requirement, don't forget to checkout all the Solitaire rooms before you book… Very Friendly staff… Tasty Food… Have no words to describe… For me if it's Mahabaleshwar it has Tobe Ramsukh Resort and Spa.

Best place at Mahabaleshwar… We were there for 3 days with family… We enjoyed a lottttt specially our kids had so much fun… food was awesome… they provided us baby food also… you must spare 1 whole day at resort… we would like to visit again…

A very good hotel with nice view and veg food. The only problem is the road which leads to the resort. It is in pathetic state and forest dept. Is not doing anything about it.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We were happy to stay there. It is near from Kshetra Mahabaleshwar temple yet it is a quiet place with natural jungle around. Few recreational activities are there. Food is good too.

Located away from mahabaleshware. So without car would b bit difficult to travel. Hotel is well maintained with good food. But only veg food available. Staff is good and courteous. Overall very nice experience.

The Ramsukh Hotel Resort One of the finest and old hotel to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Located in Old Mahabaleshwar. The hotel is simply beautiful. Rooms here are nice, clean and well maintained. Various options for rooms that suits your requirements. Food here is also good and PURE VEGETARIAN. They have full day activities to do. So no need to go anywhere once you are inside the Ramsukh.! The climate is awesome.

Wonderful resort to enjoy Mahabaleshwar at its best. The location of Ramsukh on top of a hill makes it a great place to experience the lovely weather. The food and service is also excellent, and the resort has some nice activities to offer too. Overall a great place to spend a couple of days at this hill station.

Awesome place to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Very well maintained property. This place has got breathtaking view. Food is pure veg … but so good we didn't miss nonveg at all! so many activities for kids. I loved jungle safari. Though got to see some cats only. That open gypsy drive at night through jungle itself was a thrilling fun! Sevice is good n staff is very courteous. Definately would love to visit again!

One of the best resort in Mahabaleshwar. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The view from the valley view rooms are breathtaking. There is something to do for everyone here. They have pool, kids zone, sports, indoor games area. Every evening there is some activity arranged, there was a juggler show and musical night. The food is great too.

Good property but extremely indifferent management staff. My car got damaged in their parking lot (while parked stationary) and they refused to do anything citing policy. Will not suggest this place to anyone.

Nice property. Good place to visit with family to relax. One of the best resorts in Mahabaleshwar. The views of the valley from the higher floor rooms is just majestic. The food in the restaurant is fresh and hygienic. Staff is well mannered d and attentive to your requests. All in all a must visit for a good family time.

Ramsukh is truly a mind blowing hotel, it deserves it's accolade of the best hotel in mahabaleshwar.
The service is impeccable but not obtrusive, all requests are dealt with efficiently and with a smile!
I found the extra touches and the attention to detail throughout amazing, it made my one night stay absolutely perfect… Every single aspect of our stay was perfect! The location can't be beat, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect at all times. The centerpiece is of course the solitaire rooms which is really designed with the best in class interiors never seen before. Hats off to the team who created such a beauty admist the dense rain forest of mahabaleshwar.
The breakfast selection was fantastic, and food was fantastic as well specially the thali.
The activities within the resort are also good specially the morning jungle trail was the best part, had a very close look at GAUR (indian bison) while walkin through the jungle.

Nice place, but a bit far away market. They have lot of activities jungle walks, disco, housie, movies, games room which can let you enjoy full day. Food is also great.

Good 4 star property… For family with kids. All amenities. Swimming pool on the smaller side. Room service quite expensive. Considering very old property. Even though we'll maintained. Feel its overpriced. Otherwise would get a 5 star.

With amazing view from the valley deluxe rooms, Ramsukh is a very well maintained resort. I would say its perhaps "The Best" in Mahavaleshwar. The rooms are neat and clean In our room though some of the fixtures needed attention. Room service is Prompt. The facilities on resort, such as Swimming pool, Spa, Gym, Games room etc are well maintained. The resort also provides entertainment activities such as a Valley walk and a Jungle walk. Both of these are conducted by the entertainment in charge Mr. Dominic who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Food at the restaurant is tasty and the best part about the outdoor restaurant is again the beautiful view that you can enjoy while having your food. We loved our stay at Ramsukh and would be frequenting this place more often.

A good resort for family. Very nice apartments, can fit up to 10 people with extra beds. Available amenities include: -swimming pool -games room -kids play area -discotheque -Wi-Fi -spa The food is good with Jain variety available. Overall a good stay with a lot of entertainment activities happening throughout the day. The only drawback is that it's a little far inside old mahableshwar and the roads are not very good.

Great location, great taste in decor, helpful staff but horrible food, the breakfast was ridicolous, they cater only for gujratis, methi theplas, tasteless idlis … really sad.

Best place to stay! Visited the place last week and overwhelmed with the experience. Good service, best ambience and delicious food. Property: Huge property surrounded by hills and forest. Having swimming pool, indoor game center, movie on demand, amphitheatre and disco as well. Rooms : Basically they are having two types of room views, one is towards forest and another of hills view which are beautiful. Neat and clean rooms with all basic amenities and having prompt room service Food : Pure veg food and no alcohol at this place. They having good food packages. Breakfast buffet with maharastrian — south indian, gujrathi and jain varieties. Lunch is having thali system with different variations. Dinner buffet covers all types of food like north indian, chinese, quantinental food items along with desserts. Spa : In-house marigold spa makes this place more special. We opted for basic ayurvedic full body massage and trust me its amazing. Jacuzzi is available on hourly basis.

It's an amazing place to stay if you have just come to relax, although it is very inside and the route is a narrow forested way making it difficult to travel at night. There by making up and down from the tourist places difficult. Perfect if you just want a nice view and comfortable accommodation.

Placed in the interior of Old Mahableshwar, Ramsukh has great rooms and decent indoor facilities backed with scenic view of the lamdscapes but where it lacks is the quality of food which is extremely average to say the least.

A drive into Old Mahabaleshwar upto Ramsukh Resort is an adventure especially at night. They have preserved the nature to quite a good extent. Beauty and simplicity at its best. Rains. Fog and a "valley view room" makes a holiday more pleasant and worthwhile. Food in all. From the "world of veg" is really is simply great. The spa experience is also very soothing. Good staff, good location, good food, good spa, and rains. Make a perfect holiday.

The best resort and luxury resort. I have visited many times. I tried all kinds of rooms. There solitaire rooms are amazingly big with private heated pool and many more facilities. Hospitality at its best. Food is awesome.

I was at ramsukh resort mahabaleahwar onlast week of january. It is like 5 star resort#. Excellent vegetarian food service staff accomodation suits is quite reasonable suite is a royal experience experience n great pleasure.

Located very remotely in old Mahabaleshwar. If you take the all meals included plan, it can be a very relaxing stay. The food is Gujarati style and very tasty. (Jain varieties are also available. ) As a couple — It can become annoying if the resort is full with families and large groups. New Mahabaleshwar is farther but the old Mahabaleshwar (with Mahabaleshwar, Atibaleshwar, Panchaganga and Krishnabai temples) are at walking distance. Large comfortable clean rooms.

Worst experience — theft in room. It was shocking experience to return to room and find out the luggage is thoroughly scanned and is on floor. I don't know what is the use of all amenities of resort when SAFETY is a concern — AVOID! Over the top no apology from management.
