Great ambiance and very well maintained property. It’s rare that what you see in photographs on websites matches the reality. Bella vista was that rare exception. The rooms are neat and tidy. Very nicely crafted resort with all amenities and host of entertainment options! Definitely worth every single dime!

One of the best stays in the recent times of our outings. We stayed only for one night only though would have loved to be for more days. A pleasant vibe from check in to check out. Amazing rustic view and internal room with latest modern amenities. Loved the courteous and helpful staff. Amazing food and lovely breakfast buffet spread.
The valley view front side are the best rooms and you wake up to the green mountains on the far side.

This place is worth every penny… Beautiful resort well placed distance from Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani.

Couldn’t enjoy SPA and Pool due to covid restrictions.

My stay was on Feb 19 to 21 2020 and overall it was a superb experience. The check in and check out experience was flawless. The rooms were clean and tidy with all amenities. The facilities at the resort was mind blowing. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant ambience was too good with live music. The food was great and the breakfast spread was decent. During the stay my friend had a serious medical condition at late night and the duty manager Mr. Shivam was very helpful to get us reach a hospital at Wai (unfortunately there were no good hospitals either in Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani). He even deputed a staff to accompany us to Wai. Next day even after his duty hours he ensured that we got a driver (to drive my friend's car). The restaurant manager after hearing my friends condition arranged takeaway breakfast for my friend who was still in hospital. These experiences will not be forgotten. Thank you Team Bella Vista.

It is rightly named Bella Vista means Beautiful and pleasant view.
Once you reach the desk they welcome you with a soothing drink. Also the desk manager gave us a brief resort tour while being escorted to room.
You just relax and enjoy valley view from room.
We were lucky that we booked this resort away from the hustle bustle of mahabaleshwar. We liked location of this property and full marks to resort team for making our stay unforgettable and remarkable. We Enjoyed our stay to the fullest and overwhelmed with their services. Awesome food, well maintained and clean rooms — — thats what we require.
Do ask for chefs recommendations while ordering food. He has great skills indeed.
Room temp. Was excellent. Memorizing view from our room. Watching hills and valley and enjoying the same is one of the best experience any one can have. The staff is very nice and cooperative.
Also they have live band during dinner which very much pleasing.
All together I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend others.
Lastly don't forget to lip smack their freshly baked cookies which are offered during checkout.

Very good Resort. With all the facilities greenery surrounding it makes it perfect. Kids zone too good. In spite of all this there are many things to do to make ur vacation memorable. I love it. L am so satisfied after spending the money over it. Do visit it very calm n peaceful place in Mahabaleswar.

The rooms were really clean and housekeeping staff very efficient. We visited I January but the room tariff so way too steep for this category of hotel.

Nice resort along with beauty of the hills in Mahabaleshwar. Resort staff are very courteous and they were always ready to help for any kind of service that they can avail over there. Food taste was good. Would recommend families and groups to visit this once.

I really want to come back here to stay again. For our visit this time it rained and rained all day every day. The hotel seems to be lovely. But much of the facilities are reached by walking around the outside of the building. Not so much fun in the rain. A bit more cover would be useful. The umbrellas dotted around for guests to use are not much substitute for a roof. Breakfast and restaurant were nice enough. A bit more non-Indian choice of food at breakfast might be a good idea. But staff were very very attentive. Couldn't fault the service in the hotel at any point.

One of the best resort in Mahableshwar to stay. The room was very clean and very spacious. Their service and hospitality was also top notch. We also had dinner over there and the price was also very normal and the quality of the food was excellent. We got complementary breakfast buffet on next day and the varieties they provide in buffet is unparalleled. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect place to be with your family, as a weekend getaway. Extremely courteous staff and great service. The resort has been well maintained and boasts of being in a good location, having scenic views. The in-house restaurant offers great food and Breakfast was included and it failed to disappoint.

I had booked a Valley View Delux room at Bella Vista for two days for myself and my parents and had a fantastic experience at the resort. Firstly, the location is amazing, the view from the room couldn’t have been better! Secondly, the housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly, we were three adults staying in one room, so one extra bed was arranged on request by them. The restaurant had a wonderful spread for breakfast (complimentary with stay). My father had certain specific dietary requirements (low salt, no oil) and the restaurant staff (specifically the person taking orders, Sujit) was extremely understanding and made sure that the perfect food was served. Overall, we had a great time at Bella Vista and I would recommend it to everyone!

Great place to stay. One of the finest resorts in Mahabaleshwar. It is about 2 km outside of the main town thus this place is not crowded at all. You can enjoy the nature and the views. The food is great here.

Amazing property and very courteous staff. Our room overlooked mountains and it was a ethereal experience in rains. Very very kid friendly place. I've never seen any hotel plan esp for kids entertainment. There was ample area for cycling, badminton, bowling. And many other options to keep toddlers busy. Food was decent too. Overall a very comfortable and serene place to stay.

Very nice resort, well maintained, very good hospitality by staff, very green, good location and view from the room, good food. They have all outdoor activities one can think of like pool which is well maintained in a shaded area, kids play area, all out door games like cricket, badminton, pool table, table tennis and many more. Apart from this they have very nice indoor play area as well. They also have library from where one can take books for reading. They show movies to kids in afternoon. Then they have karaoke facility and much much more that one can think of. So there is no way one may get bored. Plus the amount of greenery they have maintained is magnificent. There are multiple flower plants and fruit trees. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Just that it's little away from the city and market so travelling becomes expensive if you don't have your own vehicle. Otherwise very nice place to stay in mahaba pesawat.

Expensive for 1 day but ok if you stay more than a day as they provide better offer. Book them by calling them and not online to get the better deal I think. Also the staff is very good and courteous. Food at the restaurant was good. Facilities are also good specially for kids. Play park, good swimming pool and kids play area. Live music in night. They have a in house singer. He is a great person to talk to and he takes very good drum sessions in evening. I can go there again.

Superb it is. We had an amazing 2 night stay at Bella vista. I totally recommend this resort to families for great housekeeping, safety & security, for beautiful breezy green lawns and on top of everything amazing food. Even the staff at breakfast time is on their toes asking and taking care of everyone’s need. And fulfilling it. I would like to stay each and every time I visit Mahabaleshwar.

Pros: Resort is very good. The food was delicious. All amenities are provided and are in well condition as well. The rooms are cozy and just as looks in pictures. Very clean and tidy. Its a very good resort for children because of various activities for kids, kids play zone and lawn area to play games like badminton. Also it has small park having swing, sea-saw, jumping etc. Cons: I am giving 3 stars because while booking I asked about elevator and authorities said its there in building. But there is no any elevator in resort. Moreover all the time to go to room and come back again till your parking its lots of steps to climb all the time. As no elevator is available it becomes so hectic after 3-4 trips. Its not at all elderly people friendly. Secondly the swimming tank for kids is too small and too deep for kids. Also the water in tank was cold like room temperature so for Mahabaleshwar weather its cold all the time. No shampoo and soap in changing room near tank. Steam bath was not working.

Wanted to be there from a long time and at last got the opportunity to stay there. Superb place for families. Nice location, very courteous staff and delicious food. Very healthy breakfast with wide variety in the menu. Especially the live counter where variety of eggs r served by the girl there. Very nice experience, nice stay.

Everything was perfect and best part was staff. Their staff is very polite and always happy to serve. Located on the main road, a bit away from bus stand but every bus passes through this resort and also lot of taxis are available nearby. Ambiance was more than wonderful. Food was a tad pricey but worth for ambiance.

Our stay during 7-9, Jan, 2018 was very pleasant. It was made memorable because of the courteous, pleasant and extremely homely behavior of the staff. Every one greeted us on every turn throughout our stay. We promise a return visit to Bela Vista.

Amazing experience in Bella Vista, though the charge was little high for valley deluxe room, it was worth of every penny. My wife and me really appreciate the hospitality provided by resort staff, everyone treated us with dignity and respect to make our stay more beautiful. Really good food and infrastructure. We took honeymoon package, arrangement of candle light dinner was fabulous and finally live music was the cherry on top.

Noise travels here. Any loud conversations or noise in the corridor is disturbing. It happened twice when my child wasnt able to sleep, but when requested the noise was taken care of. Happy with the response.
I was slightly disappointed once when I requested for some sooji halwa/sheera for my 1 yr old at dinner time, but the staff person told me it'll take time. Sooji halwa is a very quick preparation as I know it. But I understand with a full capacity it might be hard to cater to customizations. So not a big thing for me. All in all — Would love to visit again. I have visited many good resorts with food staff but u knw there theyr jusy doing their job. But the staff here was genuinely and exceptionally warm and helpful.

Good location away from the main market, peaceful yet conveniently located close to all the major attractions of Mahabaleshwar. Very well trained Staff who always greet you with a smile and helpful in every way. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Kudos to the entire team.

Amazing Valley View rooms… Good hotel. Staffs are very cooperative. Location is good near to the main road. Very near to Lingamala Waterfalls. Complementary breakfast was superb with a lot of items. Good garden, pools and huge place to park vehicle.

Bella Vista is a nice resort for a stay, especially for honeymoon couples. Away from the hustle bustle of the mahabaleshwar town. The service is top class. There is a nice view of lush green montain forest from the resort. The food is delicious and the quality of the food is also very good. Even if you are not staying here, do visit just for the food. There is live music performance on some nights while you are having dinner.

Bella Vista truly stands for its name with a beautiful picturesque location… The weather was awesome, the staff was courteous, polite and well trained. The valley view rooms give awesome view of valley… They have nice swimming pool with Jharna and slide a different experience… Spa, gym, karaoke, play area for kids indoor as well as outdoor everything had its unique charm. Would recommend to everyone and will surely want to visit again…

Good place to relax. The valley view rooms are excellent, even if we can't actually see the valley as clearly form the level 1 rooms the view is breathtaking. Service is excellent except the receiptionist. Super slow and confused that chap. The other staff members were extremely courteous and polite. The food options were good as well.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It offers a good view of the valley from the balcony of the room, the services of all the staff members is spot on and all of them are very humble and courtous. One star just for the live music during dinner and karoke time… all in all a must visit place.

The location of the property is just perfect — between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. During the monsoons, it offers amazing view of Lingmala waterfall and the lush greenery surrounding it. 3. They offer vast and varied Indian breakfast buffet spread with more than 10 dishes, though the non-veg menu is limited. 4. There are plenty of options for recreational activities — Gym, Children play area, Swimming pool, Spa, Karaoke, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom and so on. Understandably, the resort is quite a hit amongst family with kids Overall, I think Bella Vista has to be one of the best Value for Money resort near Mahabaleshwar — for a peaceful, relaxed and tranquil break in the lap of nature!

Without any doubt, THE BEST RESORT IN MAHABALESHWAR… Stayed there for 2 N in April 2016 with my better half. The place is so romantic, quiet yet easily accessible. Beautiful Lawns, best pool, great view, comfortable and clean rooms, awesome food and last but not least, courteous & disciplined staff… love every moment of out trip which we spend at Bella Vista. My wife just loved this resort so much that she wants to stay here only whenever we will be visiting MAHABALESHWAR again…

Distance from Mapro Garden — 4 Km approx. Venna Lake — 4 Km approx. Mahabaleshwar Market — 6 Km approx. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained. There is a dedicated play area for children. Great location, clean rooms, great service and good food what more do you want on a vacation? Great place to relax as it is located outside mahabaleshwar and has a wonderful view of the valley. Strong winds throughout the day keeps you cool.

Stay Over here is very calm and comfortable. Hotel staff is very well behaved and courteous. Hospitality wise it is a very nice place Rooms are very spacious and airy with a nice view. It is well maintained. Food quality is also very good only thing is that it is bit expensive. A nice weekend place to unwind oneself from a busy hectic lifestyle.

I stayed with my parents at Bella Vista last weekend. In a nutshell, it's the best possible place to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Be it proximity to the view points or in-house activities, it scores the highest in every area. The beautiful surroundings and the amazing view from the rooms made us wonder if we even wanted to step out of the resort. All the view points and the Venna lake boat club were within a short drive. Moreover, the karaoke ensured that guests had a chance to mingle and have fun even at night. The food quality was superb and seemed to be closely monitored. Finally, it was the attention to fine details which really impressed me. All in all, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar without hesitation.

" I booked Deluxe room in Bella Vista Resort, Room was very clean & well furnished & maintained. View from window was beautiful with open ground at backside.

The trip was excellent, thanks to the hospitality and warm service extended by the Resort Staff. I normally don't submit reviews but Bella Vista was an amazing experience. I am a very minute observer, but still I can hardly imagine the type of grooming the staff is being given to be available at all times to serve the guests, their body language, the way they pour water in Glass by folding the other hand behind. Most importantly, these are young boys and girls who are probably so happy to work here that they enjoy their work. Guess this resort is a good employer. The location is quite scenic, rooms are good, neat and clean. There was no dirt on the edges of the bed head rest where I normally find some dust in most hotels. Food is fantastic although I liked Non-Veg over Veg. One thing that bothered was the No Smoking Sign all across the resort. I would like to say… Let's not preach and give liberty to people. Kid Zone may please have a few more items to keep the kids engaged. An open area garden may be introduced (I saw one behind the swimming pool area next to Red Building). It may be refurbished. Lastly, the TT & Carrom recreation area may be merged with the Kid's Zone. Lastly, please improve the quality of Wi-Fi. Signals were poor and the connection was slow. Overall the experience has been perfect with weather being at it's best during my stay.

We stayed at Bella Vista in August 2015 for two nights in the Deluxe rooms (overlooking the backyard). The entire experience was fantastic. The property is very well constructed and maintained with a lawn, table tennis room, swimming pool and karaoke bar. The resort is completely kids friendly (though we did not travel with kids). We dined at the in house restaurant on both days and were very satisfied with the food. Another thing I must state is the staff at this place. They were courteous and fantastic throughout our stay. They greeted us with a genuine smile every time we came across them. The resort offers complimentary Wifi to all guests. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended resort.

Good Resort to spend time with family and loved ones. Breakfast was great The view, landscape, rooms were awesome. Vegetarian people may find difficult to get variety of items during dinner time. The chef had different way of cooking Punjabi Dishes so, it may not match up with Authentic Punjabi Dishes we get in other places. Restaurant Menu and Food needs improvement.

I booked Bella Vista Resort form goibibo 2 months back. (For July month). Goibibo offered me a great discount even below actual rates. Room: I booked Deluxe room in Bella Vista Resort, Room was very clean & well furnished & maintained. View from window was beautiful with open ground at backside. Deluxe room was excellently designed with amenities like AC, Sofa, Bed, Almirah, TV, Fridge, 24-hours hot waters & other furniture with romantic touch in room. I would suggest to add more amenities in room as per costing. Room was well maintained and clean, I would definitely recommend. Room service was very helpful & quick. Hotel Amenities: Hotel had small Swimming pool, Restaurant, Game-room, Garden etc. Amenities were well maintained. Restaurant was good, Free breakfast was included in the package, which had lots of variety in food. Dinner was excellent, There was excellent live-singer to entertain at restaurant. Location: Hotel is placed little between pachgani-mahabaleshwar road, Very easy to locate, placed at corner of valley view. Overall, I had a great stay at Bella Vista Resort, I would say 4/5 would be my rating.

My deluxe-room had a balcony with a view of the town side and with a side view of the emerald heap of Lingmala Valley. The outdoor wall gave the impression of being in the Victorian era. The hotel is ornamented with flamboyant flowers and trees which gives it a dreamy appearance. The entry path cuts through the jungle of greens with the fleet of stones heading towards the modern architecture. The heartwarming hospitality of the management is incredible. They are always at your beck-and-call and greet you with folded hands and a smile saying — ‘Namaste’ every time they come across your path. The cloudy weather, the view, the silence of the hills, the hospitality, the instrumental track and mouth-watering food adds up to your belly, as the breakfast is complementary with the stay. And we with the bloated bellies, just felt like enjoying every minute of our stay in the hotel only.

It was an awesome experience at Bella Vista. The architecture of the resort is so cozy and homely, every nook and corner is planned and designed from the core of heart, it serves the purpose of providing a completely relaxing place. Staff is really very enthusiastic and shows very good hospitality. They attended to every age group and ensured that every age group enjoyed their stay, the karaoke, bachha party, DJ, musical chair, live music at the restaurant, TT, Carrom, Snakes and Ladders, Hammock, swings for kids, Trampoline (jumping bed) and what not. It has everything. The valley facing view is refreshing. The connectivity to Panchgani, Venna Lake, Horse Riding, main market is very convenient and its a quite place. It's more than 5 star if I have to describe in words. I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Mahabaleshwar/Panchgani.

My stay at Bella Vista Resort, Mahabaleshwar was one of the best experiences. Location and Rooms: Location was excellent and the garden was very well maintained, this made us spend more time with nature. Room was great. I had booked Valley Deluxe room in new Red Stone building which gave lovely view from the window. The best thing we were able to view Sunrise and Sunset from my room itself. :) Restaurant: The restaurant served great food all the time. I would appreciate if Hotel introduces a MAP or CP plan. The staff at restaurant was ultimate, lovely service at all the times. Others: If possible Hotel should provide facility to rent a Vehicle, as it is very difficult for people who come for a stay without their own mode of transport. Overall excellent place. I would surely recommend to my friends and family.

Just Wow! Me, My wife and my little two year kiddo. Really Enjoyed the stay. Experience is like more than any 5 star. Excellent Management. Staffs are really enthusiastic. Very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed Evening activities like Karaoke. And Dinner with live music is astonishing. Singer Mr. Vivek got melodious voice. Food is also too great. Both Veg and Non-veg. Lamb biriyani was awesome.

Mahabaleshwar. As the name itself makes you feel wow!. The same wow!. Feeling will ooze out from yourself if you experience your stay in "Greenwood's Bella Vista Resort". Excellent hospitality, awesome location of the Resort (I am referring to the scenic beauty here. Fellas! ) :), delicious food and in-house resort activities, clean and tidy place to put it overall. It was a memorable experience staying @ Bella Vista! We enjoyed the stay! :) :).

I stayed with my Family for 2 Nights at Bella Vista Resort, Rooms with Valley view a best restaurant It is a wonderful experience of stay The Management's approach is very positive and all staff members are best at their service. Excellent location in Mahabaleshwar, you can see a lots of birds chirping in the morning around the Resort itself. Beautiful Restaurant is well maintained, good indoor games for kids, tasty food, all at reasonable rates.
