Rooms & services are excellent. But dinner experience was terrible. No taste & serving time was too long as well as improper.

I went there for my IELTS. I was a great experience there. It is a great place to visit. It has all of the things a Best Hotel have. It also have a swimming pool inside the hotel which is totally brilliant.

Sizzlers were good in past, not now. Expensive and lesser quantity food is served. No compromise in quality though.

Our guest was here and they give us card for open room at time of check in but when they check out we was forgot that card so they charged our guest rs. 200 extra + 18% GST why you charge if you are able to cancel that card? Is this good service?

Newly opened property of ITC Hotels. Rooms are fairly large, well done with modern amenities. Restaurant and lobby area is quite bigger. Lobby experience is also awesome. Very quite and lesser crowd. Shopping Ares is too nearby at Kalvad area. I was given higher floor overlooking Rajkot city with great views. Smoking is strictly not restricted in Rajkot hotels. Driver was offered rest rooms. Check rates many time it is very attractive package being g offered. Restuarnt and food quality is good tasty. All staff are polite and helping in nature.

Stayed here for a night in a business trip. It's a pretty decent hotel at comfortable distance from the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities. It also houses a gym and a pool. The breakfast spread is also good. All in all one if the best contemporary hotels in the rajkot town.

We had breakfast here and it was so lovely. The staff here is well trained and also took ample care of the children of other friends in our group. Loved their energy & care about all their clientele.

They have lots of facilities. Like valley parking, free Wi-Fi etc. Orchid restaurant is one of the best. I like there service. The staff is very much friendly and speak all 3 languages (Gujarati, Hindi & English) Overall food is delicious and healthy. And prices are nominal for middle class families can afford. Really I like this place. Specially a guy named PAVITRA is a awesome guy while he is serving us. It was really an excellent experience.

I went there to attend a wedding function hosted at the Fortune Park JPS Grand Hotel. The atmosphere and the hospitality were the Best you could find in Rajkot city. Other hotels in the same class lag far behind in hospitality offered by this one. The food served was also of nice quality. Simply the best.

It was a fantastic stay. Best in Rajkot. A very efficient. And courteous team. Loved how staff were flexible to go above and beyond their job role. This is now my preference for this city.

The hotel itself by quality is just good in relative comparison to the premium metro city hotel equivalents. But the staff makes up for it, even more. They are fabulous in treating you. In their demanding day, they do take out ample time to get in a good conversation with you and will make you feel at home… At times, they can go out of their boundations to get things for you as per your wish. Sounds too good? May be I was lucky to have a great staff around. In this business, staff gets changed fast, so you may not get the same experience. But who knows, all you need to do is to go and start a conversation, put forth your wishes & voila!. (Disclaimer: I didn't ask for a moon, just had subtle needs. So scale your expectations accordingly)

Nice place for over night stay… Need to change the breakfast menu… Its good but felt something is missing. Staff was excellent.

Rooms at the back are quieter. You can hear the sound of the traffic and the honking from the street in the front rooms. Rooms are well designed and clean. Restaurant is good. Service is inconsistent however, from really good to less than average. Overall a good experience but with some frustrating inconsistencies.

Good place. I had ordered the food and could not eat the food completely. I have got the call from restaurant manager to check any issue with the food. Really appreciate their hospitality.

Recently stayed at FORTUNE Rajkot. We loved it. Great hotel and rooms are beautiful. Great combination of style and all the amenities. The service was incredible. Our room came with a butler who was amazing… The hotel has very good restaurants as well as food.

Took them exactly one hour to prepare the bill for two rooms for two nights. The reason they had was it takes time to check the mini bar in the room. Seriously They go cheap with the toiletries as they only gave one towel and didn’t put all the items even though they know that there as two guests in the room. The staff used the master key to enter my room at 6am without permission. Luckily I woke up and realised it and questioned him. I would suggest always keep room locked. Safety is a concern. Also the food in the restaurant is not to the standard that they charge you, I am sure you can get much better food in rajkot. Food is definitely over priced and poor quality. Management needs the work on this or they may experience serious problems in the future.

This is a hotel located on the Ring road of Rajkot. It's from the well know brand of ITC hence food and other amenities have no questions. The room is spacious, while the bathroom was very clean. The toiletries provided are of excellent quality. The breakfast spread is huge and there are even soaked almonds if one has them in the morning. No questions regarding comfort are there regarding this premises.

One of the best hotels in rajkot, fortune park has a variety of rooms with different price ranges. Equipped with gymming, swimming pool and a buffet mini restaurant. Good housekeeping facility. Two spacious party halls. I do think that the hotel is a little overpriced, though.

Good property to stay. House keeping and staff services are good. However you may like to dine out for good Gujarati food.

It's really awesome place to stay with family with warm welcome we entered in hotel delicious food, small but clean pool overall its a gud one.

The usual excellent standards of ITC. But this one is in 'New' Rajkot and with the usual traffic it can take you about 30 to 45 minutes to get into the city or downtown of Rajkot. Also, getting a rickshaw or a radio taxi is quite a challenge from here.

I don't know about rooms but the Food quality for the restaurant like this reputed hotel that could be a lot lot better. Food taste is not that good that should've been. Not much appointed.

I have experienced loss of my belongings while handed over car to valet parking. Never ever happened even while using valet parking services of other non Five star hotels. Even no responsible person was ready to take the matter on hand. Disappointed…

A very good hotel, has got two restaurants. The food here is very good and nutritious. Only vegetarian food is served. The quality of the food is outstanding! The rooms are big and very clean. All in all it is a good place to stay and eat in.
