It is very good and clean safety place in and near by very good society Bustaan Appartment.

This hotel needs full maintenance, all walls in the room needs painting. AC for room 311 is not working well. There are many scratches in the room… The toilet door need to be changed and room door look like has been painted many times. YES, thia hotel needs full maintenance… The hotel restaurant foods are delicious.

Nice and cozy, it's not a five star hotel but it certainly gives you a relaxing environment. The breakfast served is enjoyable.

There is a McDonald's restaurant a minute walk. I would not advise you to stay in this hotel in general. The staff need to be trained to treat costumers in a good way. The room doesn't have bottled water. They provide tap water in flasks which I find I'm healthy. Room needs better ventilation.

Rooms are good but services is not good at all there is no facility food not up to the mark they are charging extra amount for any services poor management house keeping or service boy they are not give respect to the client. If you are talking over the phone without listen conversation they disconnect the call.

Hotel bakwas was one of the most graetest hotels in Mumbai, very luxurious and with affordable cost for an overnight stay I have been to it many times.

Just the food is good. Rest pathetic.

Hotel facilities is too good, location is also very good, good staff, clean rooms, 24 hour hot water available for bath, only room space is very low otherwise facilities is so good!
