Ocean Heights Home Stay Hotel

Room was good, nice view of beach from room, owner was cool and soft spoken. We stayed here for almost one week. This room is located a bit inside, so u need to travel more often for popular beaches in north goa.

Its good. Peace full place. With only waves voice which is coming from the ocean v get to hear which relaxes our mind. Every erly in morning you will enjoy these voice with a cup f tea. Best place for resting n relaxation. Those who r tired of their daily routine job, business, ny work load can definitely visit this place n relax n simultaneously enjoy other stuffs in Goa. Im sure u vl definitely get fresh back to ur regular working life. Me and my hubby liked it a lot. Surely try it…

Stay at hotel was good, Rooms were clean amd spacious, Owner was good View feom the room was as expected Place is at very inner side feom main road, so bike is must required for coming out. You can find near by Veg Reataurant. Worth to money, but breakfast is not at par, very limited item in breakfast and that also they are not preparing at house, they are bringing from outside Overall good.

It is most warming place I have ever been in Goa. The owner, Mr. Schubert is such a genuine person. We really had a great time there. Though we were not there for long (make my trip sucks) I really look forward to meet the couple again. The perfect view from their house makes the place a heaven in itself.

There have been many reviews that boast greatness about this place. We stayed with our 2yo child for three nights. We didn't like the place. Service was pathetic. Room was not cleaned for three days. Nobody came to check if we needed room cleaning. To make things worse, though the room was booked by is and we had confirmation, the rooms were given to someone else, we had to wait on the road for an hour. Domestic help is no good and did not get any basic help. 4 idli were given for two adults and a child, can you beat that! Owner of the house was friendly and that's where the good things end about the house. No books/reading material, basic maps, first aid etc were available. No option to have even a good coffee or tea. I will stop whining here.

Staying here is a wonderful experience. The rooms are huge and spacious. A wonderful breakfast is served. Highlight: Amazing Wi-Fi! You get download speeds of up to 20MBPS! The owners are amazing people. They'll also be able to give you really useful guidance regarding places to visit in north Goa. Being in a central location, it is quite safe. Most of the rooms face the river and it's a beautiful sight.

Good locality with serene environment and the house situated overlooking the beach makes one introspective, the room. With attached kitchen makes one feel home a couple can stay and cook own food.

Airy rooms with AC, balcony, comfortable beds, cleanlinnes, hospitable staff, very good breakfest included. Quiet location, sea views.

Room has a view to die for. We spent most of our time in the balcony overlooking Dona Paula Jetty. Room was clean and functional and has that old world charm. Dayn was very helpful and prompt in responding to all our queries. Morning breakfast was delivered at our door and we had the most amazing breakfast with a gorgeous view. All in all we loved this place for the view, location, comfort and for the lovely hosts. We have already decided that we are coming back soon to Ocean's height.

My boyfriend and I stayed with them during our last week in India. The room was beautiful and impeccably kept, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. They took such good care of us during our stay. Our every need was looked after! We can't wait to visit again on our next trip to India!
