Definitely a grand hotel with a grand service it’s usually the people that make the memories for us and for manager Rahul nothing was too much trouble. Went out of his way to arrange, birthday cakes and flowers was very attentive anything I asked for he managed to sort out. Waiter Jay was always super helpful at breakfast. Dhanarshree’s yoga classes were also a great way to start the day, with clear instructions and moves to fit your ability.

Everything is excellent and great ambiance… most importantly their staffs who are very professional and friendly, knows customers pulse and needs. If there’s anything beyond, 5***** I would love to give.

This year September last week I stayed in Grand Hyatt Goa It's a beautiful property with scenic view of Arabian sea and amazing hospitality. Food was excellent with large spread of toothsome dishes to cater to almost every palate. special thanks to every employee who makes our stay was comfortable and memorable throughout. Dey gave us best service lyk food even Dey give every comfort… I just love dis property nd every member who is working in grand Hyatt. Every1 helps us in every situation… Would love to return to such a lovely property. ❤️❤️

Great ambience great hospitality with a motto of living grand life! Grand Hyatt is definitely a great place to reside while you are enjoying beaches and sands in Goa. It’s close to the beach so the view is awesome! The food is great in “The dining room” and “Chulha” restaurants. The guests house are the great place. Some even comes with jacuzzi and cozy rooms, all while you enjoy the fresh air of the sea side!

If you are a suite room lover and expect an extra effort from the hospitality team, then surely you won't get that extra cherry on your cake. Room is enormous and beautiful. But hospitality is not upto the mark. They have the worst staff at the restaurant, who don't care about the Guets. Have stayed in other Chain of hotels and in suites but never had faced such dissatisfactory experience. Nor was the restaurant ready to take suggestions and complaints.

It's a vast property. Very beautiful and we'll maintained. Staff is very courteous. V stayed for five nights and six days. Food is delicious and very cooperative staff. It has many well built swimming pools of different depth and kids have a gala time enjoying. It has a separate area in itself consisting of adventure sports like zip lining, rock climbing, sailing etc on pay basis so the kids as well as adults can enjoy. There is also a good casino within its campus, the property itself is good to explore and has a beautiful beach where u can have scenic beauty of sea, sunrise, sunset. Highly recommended.

The serenity of the hotel and the great ambience is simply fascinating and because of the fact that it's just facing the beautiful sea, you can enjoy any sea moment at this beautiful hotel. And the other facilities are really out of the charts like the buffet, the spa, swimming pools dining area and the rooms. I'll recommend everyone to stay at this hotel once in a while just to live in a grand way.

It’s a nice hotel, good service, the rooms were perfect, we enjoyed a lot, swimming pools were designed properly.

The hotel, pool, beach, amenities were all so amazing. The staff also are incredible. I don't have one complaint and can't wait to go back! We really enjoyed bringing in 2020 at this beautiful property.

Great hotel, amazing food beautiful atmosphere.

During my 3 days stay in the hotel I experienced absolutely outstanding servis and hospitality. We had a conference and very long hours of training. It was so great to experience when I walked in the Spa, after walking on the beach, I was welcomed so warmly and after taking a shower and enjoying jacuzzi a lady provided with a dressing gown, towel and there were also good quality shower gel and even a comb. My swimming costume was kindly dried and put in a non-plastic bag. Furthermore, there I discovered a yoga class with an amazing yoga teacher Chetan Indulkar. I would like to express my gratitude to his fantastic class, where via breathing and several asanas I got rid of my stress, tiredness, and pain in my shoulders. Moreover, Chetan took my photo when I asked and also advised me on yoga retreat places after I enquired about it. I highly recommend this resort as all place is clean, relaxing and if you are looking to recharge your batteries in a secure environment, this is the place to be. My best resort experience! Hyatt is absolutely spot on when it comes to customer satisfaction! The staff is kind and very helpful. The resort, my word, is beautiful! From the private beach the expansive lawns to the pools and the spa (with jacuzzi) are things that make you feel like a king. Highly recommend this property, even though its slightly pricy.

Quiet nice property :) Private beach has some locals most of the time but they didn't bother us, so, can't complain! Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet, lovely and vacation full of scenic beauty and architectural beauty, you'll get it all at Hyatt :) Well Done.

Fantastic experience and stay Truly world class staff who really care for your comfort who will go out of their way to make sure you have an great stay. This is a Huge property on Bambolim Beach. The best rooms are beach facing one higher floor. The rooms are lavish and beautifully done up. But the highlight is the washroom. It is wonderfully sectioned, spic and span and well done. The pool is awesome… Even in the rains you swim in the warm water… Which makes it so enjoyable. The pool has temperature control. Always provided dry n laundered towels at the pool.   The food and drinks are very tasty, thankfully so as there aren't any restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel. So the days you are feeling too lazy to go out, Hyatt has you covered.

Not all impressed with the way I was welcomed into the hotel especially by the front office… it was like some trainees put together and asked to do reservations. No questions on whether it’s your first visit and is there something I need… my room was booked, passport copy taken, keys handed over and I had to look for myself… it’s as if they did a favor to me… my transport organiser helped me to find the way… the hotel doesn’t have much information for travellers in terms of information… Nor there is much staff available to check through, … lucky I am here for 2 nights only … will check tomorrow and give you my final review,,,. But the first impression left a bad taste, hope it becomes better tomorrow…

Very nice and beautiful property, amazing view from balcony, but during check out they take 1 hour to get the baggage’s at the reception that is annoying, food is very tasty and there homemade ice cream just takes like haggen Dazs.

It's very nice place. It has very good atmosphere around hotel. They have enough parking place and staff to serve you good service. Their staff is also cooperative and calm. They have many more enmities for customers. It's Grate place to visit.

One of the best properties in south Goa. Enjoy the sea view from the room… Property has a private beach and it's well maintained… Only con is you can't get cabs at affordable prices as this hotel is little away from main road…

Being Travel advisors it's our duty to review honestly. Our Grand Hyatt Goa, India experience turned into a nightmare when we saw Chef Darsan tasting and cooking with the same spoon at The Verandah. Sou chef Rupesh tried to cover up by apologizing, but Nitin F&B director was courteous enough to suggest to discuss with the GM and give us an official response. Grand Hyatt Goa is out of our recommendation till we receive the official course of action taken to make sure such instances don't occur in future.

Fabulous place, Quality ambience, sometimes you just get confused, the hotel is that much big. Having indoor as well as outdoor pool, really very soothing environment, best place for family holiday as well as for business meeting. Further looking to visit again.

Very nice place to stay. Heritage building with their private beach and attached garden to ground floor rooms makes your stay enjoyable… I stayed in sixth block. Food quality is good but not the best.

The property is just perfect. The hospitality, staff, food, rooms everything is upto mark. Even though I got to visit and stay at this property for my work thing, it felt so relaxing here. The connecting beach and lawn area with Hammocks is the best part of it. The staff is courteous and well co ordinated. I had a wonderful stay here. Hoping to visit again soon.

Grand Hyatt is quite spacious and has huge lawns for holding weddings or events the rooms are well made and luxurious. The lawns face the beach and there is a small detour to visit the beach, and the hotel faces an interesting landscape. There are nice places to relax and chat and the pool is large The ambience is soothing.

What a wonderful experience it was… Amazing ambience, world class quality food, rooms were so clean. Best service. It has beautiful beach in the property itself. Need not go anywhere just relax at the pool and beach. Worth spending 3 nights. Would love to visit again. Thank you.

Very classy & well maintained but in terms of food it’s very expensive & nothing no hotels nearby… so u r almost stuck with only option of eating at hotel, it’s abt 8k/ 11k per day, buffet &a la carte pricing is very much the same… not everyone would like the taste of 5*, very bland food & less options. So people beware of this … I know everyone doesn’t want to spend so much … the private beach is not worth, with no waves but stony shore & unlike other regular beaches in Goa … otherwise a good property with all 5* amenities…

Wow hotel. Was there for a meeting. Luxurious stay. Quite a bit costly. Food quality is awesome. Swimming pool is clean. Rooms are luxurious. Price depends upon season.

One of the best family breaks ever, such a friendly and courteous staff that they make sure u feel like a king all your stay. Manohar, suraj and others from the Dining hall made it sure that we had the best time of our life by allowing us to spoil ourself with their sumptuous meals.
Beach, sailing, restaurants, casino, pool all exceeded above expectation.
Would surely reccomend this hotel above all others for stay in Goa.

It was an amazing experience to be staying at the property. The property was huge and beautiful. There were a lot of adventurous activities a small private beach and a few awesome restaurants. Overall one hell of an amazing experience staying there. And the staff and hospitality were amazimg too.

Great resort for stay. Huge area for recreation. Good swimming pool. There is an adjoining beach. Rooms are very good and spacious. Service levels are quite slow. Any request takes quite a long time for execution probably owning to distance between different blocks. Food served in buffet dinner was average. The buffet breakfast included in package was quite good.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful and luxurious. Ideal to stay only in the hotel grounds. Local area has not got much to offer, need a taxi to travel further. Beach was some sort of disappointment — black dirty sand, dirty water, no way I would go for swimming there. Swimming pool staff should be more attentive — uncleared rubish and empty plates etc. Does not talk to the guests much … robotic. Really enjoyed international restaurant and superb staff there. Breakfast was served there too which was very good! Housekeeping very friendly and does good job. Fantastic rooms!

I happened to go to Grand Hyatt for an offsite and it turned out to be a perfect place both in terms of location and hospitality. The place is good for corporate meetings as well as for leisure travellers. The best part about the location is the access to the hotels private beach. This place offers good facilities for recreation and I recommend this hotel for travellers looking for luxury on a budget of approx 15k per night for a basic room.

Have been coming to Grand Hyatt Goa since it's pretty opening around 2010. It's amongst my most favourite hotels in the world. The charm of the hotel has increased over the years and they keep their game up! Fantastic Architecture, Spa, Food, Pool, Gym, Sunday Brunch, and all backed by an excellent staff! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. The rooms are excellent. The buffets have a huge spread and variety for both veg and non veg. Outside spaces have been created for a good stroll. You can walk out to the beach though it is not very well kept. The pool side area is scenic. MICE hosting is efficient. Though faced a lot of problem with Wi-Fi.

Best place to stay… I promise you won't regret staying here… You should stay here at least one night before you die… Such a beautiful hotel… It has its own casino too. High-tech machines at gym. Splendid experience.

We stayed for 3 days here. In the beginning the room that was to be given to us ie beach facing was not given but the next day everything was taken care of so smoothly. Our room was upgraded and then it was the most amazing experience. Loved the food, the club ambience and the green surroundings. Aqua sailing was fun.

Amazing experience. Great rooms and banquet facilities. My room had three delicious apples which was a treat. Food is good and lawns are amazing. Good pool and open spaces to enjoy. Since it's goa you can't be far away from a beach.

We just returned home from a week long stay. The hotel was so enjoyable! It was a great breakfast buffet every morning with servers so helpful. I would say the only thing that could be improved on would be more umbrellas and loungers provided on property overlooking the beach. I know we were there during a busy time but to lay around the pool is nice but with older family members we would have much preferred the solitude of watching the waves. This is the only area that I can see which could be improved. The rooms were clean and spacious and everyone so nice and engaging. Thanks for the great memories and looking forward to returning one day!

Visiting this place from 2011 onwards, every time the property becomes better and better. Extremely good ambience. Perfect seashore location. Extremely well maintained. Superb food across restaurants. There is a casino inside the premises too. Rooms are luxurious and spacious… Overall a nice place to be, a sought after hotel for destination wedding, corporate meetings etc…

This hotel is what you call a real luxury Hotel. It has apartments like rooms. You feel like you are home. Very close to beach or you can say bay. Having one of the best swimming pool I have ever seen in a hotel. Nice Jacuzzi. And very nice service. There is a upscale Casino and Nice Spa there.

Beautiful hotel located right on the Zuari river. The architecture and design is unusual and worth a visit even if it's just to have tea on their expansive lawns with old banyan trees! They even have an old church on their grounds.

Calm and quiet resort at the sea shore. Best for family vacations spending and relaxing. The rooms are divided on 8 blocks 1, 2… 8. There is a casino inside. Spa, gym, bar and restaurant also available.

Just checked out of Grand Hyatt, Bambolin, Goa today after a 3 nights stay. Fantastic hotel, classy, good service. Had 2 rooms overlooking the pool on the ground floor. Good ambience had a wonderful stay. Good food. Would love to stay again. Good Hospitality, Super Spa.

Restaurants are sub par when it comes to food options and quality. Damp patches in rooms due to seepage from higher floor bathrooms. The lighting in room is kept dim so you cannot see this easily. Checked out early despite paying for an additional night plus breakfast. I stayed during August which is off season so maybe that's why they were so lousey. Hope they improve.

Excellent location with many private spaces to unwind just beside the sea beach. However the beach is not the kind we visit Goa for. Rest — the location, local roads and houses and greenery. Especially inside the hotel complex… Is just excellent.

The beach is almost private. Guests are treated with utmost hospitality. The lush green expanse of 28 acres adorns the guests. The staff is very very courteous and becomes familiar very soon. The resort in itself is a journey as well as destination.

Beautiful, classy and cosy hotel with tastefully done interiors. The food in the restaurants is with a excellent staff eager to help, guide and take care of the guests. The only down side is that there nothing walkable from the hotel property and therefore have to depend on expensive taxi service available through the concierge. The pool is amazing, did not really care for the adventure activities provided by the hotel, a waste of time, very amateurish. The hotel provides baby sitting at very reasonable prices, so parents can certainly relax on their own if they wanted to. Would highly recommend the hotel. Like the food, the property, the people and the Wi-Fi flies compares to anything else I have experienced in India.

The stay at this hotel was very comforting. The service and the food was also amazing. Buffet is totally worth it. It's ideal if you just want to relax and enjoy since it's a little in the outskirts.

Every thing is good in this hotel. I really advice any one to book in this place. One thing is disadvantage that the beach is so bad which is view in bay. If you want nice beach you can take the hotel taxi to take you to a beautiful beach that have ArabianSea view.

Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The view was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds was well kept and beautiful. The pool area was nice and I spent two days just relaxing by the pool. The rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel was so nice I didn't even want to leave and explore GOA that's how amazing this place was.

The facts: 1. Goa in August is as wet as wet can get and 2. I am no lover of monsoons. Yet, the Grand Hyatt in Goa was a delightful place to be in during this time. Last year, I was there for work — an event — and I ended up loving the hotel to the point where I wouldn't mind going back again — in the monsoons! The architecture is Goan-Portugese with, quite literally, a modern tweak in towering, conical, red roofs. The food is fabulously flavourful and the staff helpful and cheery. One of the only downers was a open bathroom with an huge window facing into the room. That can be totally romantic when you stay with your partner, not so much when your bunking with a same-gender office colleague. All-in-all, I'd highly recommend a visit.

One of the amazing resort we have been in, ambience was very good, delicious food, try thin crust pizza and sandwich is one of the best in India. Cocktails are a must try. Staff are very polite and decent.
