My daughter's wedding was on 19th December 2021. We were told that 8 waiters would be arranged for 250 crowd but there Were only 2. Horrible service. Management has failed to satisfy the customers demand. Will never recommend it. U deserve no stars at all
no parking available for the guests who came for the wedding. There were local guests from the hotel who ate at our wedding n staff were rude so also manager n guy called rohit very rude.

This hotel is nearest on the beach, fantastic views awesome.

Best in class facilities and hospitality. One of the best Beach Resorts in South Goa. Will definitely recommend to spend some time here. 👍👍👌👌

1 Service is third class 2 The taps in the bathroom are of 3rd grade quality. 3 I had requested for reeom cleaning which dint happen and I m still struggling to get hold of them. 4 Plz do not Visit this hotel 🙏🏻

Having a wonderful vacation here. This hotel is nearest on the beach. Friendly services, comfortablest bed I ever slept, great beach and everything was like dream.

Not very friendly to English guests, very very Russian oriented and as you can imagine rude! I would definitely say it’s a no go for the price! We traveled the whole of Goa with a child and enjoyed every moment (not one complaint, and we stayed in some not so 2* accommodation) until we reached this hotel! It was our last three days in the beautiful place and wanted to treat ourselves, so we booked here 4* supposedly? We were greeted by a grumpy rather large receptionist. We booked via booking. Com what we thought and paid for a deluxe room with a balcony/terrace. What we were given was a stuffy hotel room with one window that opened. It’s such a shame it spoilt our last few days in the such beautiful Goa. Ps we have never before been people to complain and usually always take things face value but I would never recommend this place.

Very friendly environment which will make your stay a memorable one.

Location & room was nice but services not up to the mark, especially food & beverage Dept, Housekeeping and travel desk. Was declined coffee due to non availability of milk on the first day itself. Any thing ordered by room service takes more than a hour. Also we have to ask house keeping to change linen alternate days and also to clean the room. The travel desk person was never reachable or available at desk during our stay. Overall the view from room, new renovated room and pool was nice.

Awesome view from room. Right in front of the beach. They beach is not that crowded so you can enjoy. The food is not good. Out of the big menu they have very few items are available, that also did not taste good. The service is very slow. I had wait for long time after every request made.

Awesome place. Excellent and cordial staff. The beach is just 2min walk, the swimming pool has kids pool too. Go for the luxury sea view rooms, they are just adjacent to the pool. The food is average nothing great, seafood is nice. The main drawback of this place is that they don't have a round the clock kitchen and if you need something to eat at dinner late night, the kitchen is closed. But the saving grace is a lot of restaurants nearby from where you can get the food. In the end … the location is amazing.

Nice family room. Room service is very bad Asked for mosquito coil couldn't get even after repeated requests. Room is good with one side pool and other side beach view. But this type room is only one. Remaining rooms have only beach view.

Nice hotel with beautiful grounds and tasty restaurant. Of the Cons: water in the pool is to change or filter more often. At arrival there were small problems, but on the second day all have decided. Air conditioning in room 219 in semi-working condition.
From the pros: Green area, nice spa with massage, a large selection of national dishes for breakfast and dinner.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food 3 + A lot of spicy food, not given information about the degree of sharpness, all checked by an experienced way. Food is contraindicated in diseases of HOUSING and communal services, requires medicinal support.
The Staff is not fluent in Russian. A Contingent of guests Russian and Hindus.

Longuinhos Beach Resort in Goa is very nice place for family tour and travelled. Very nice looking front area and front parking place. Lobby also good looking. Restaurant is very good and food served and food quality is very good. Room quality is good and clean. Beach location is very beautiful.

I loved the hotel. The rooms are spacious with good furniture. The kitchen in the hotel is more close to the European. They cook delicious. The service is excellent. The grounds in the hotel are clean and well maintained. The beach is also clean!

Nice place for couples to chill out.! Staffs are formal not friendly. Good ambience, cost is affordable, but it's very Interior from the city. Food taste is really awesome enjoyed a lot. Again it's a beach resort.! Beach view from room is awsome. Feeling to visit again. Just 18km from airport.

Very very slow service, one needs to wait for 45 mins minimum before the order arrives. Good is also not worth the amount being paid… Almost all the food items ordered were having too much of garlic the taste was similar. I personally didn't like this place and would never recommend this to anyone… Rates too high.

Nice place to stay, very close access to the beach. Great location, just few minutes from Colva beach center. Good service and pool! Calm, serene and picturesque!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On some things it is necessary to close eyes: rubbish, prices (still below Russian). The rest were satisfied. I write, still staying in the hotel. The beach is nice, clean, spacious in all directions, huge selection of places to stay.

Went to the hotel for the second time in March 2017g. The room was very spacious and the hotel was very well equipped. The food was spoiled, the meat was specially made very spicy, came once for dinner at 8, kapets, just nothing left, at all, no water, no meat, no ice cream, just a little salad and all. Constantly forgot to put the shampoo, the balm (by the way, hair balm candid g…, better to take), then gel. And since we all (3chel) were constantly after the massage, it was fundamental! The animation in the evening is good, in the necks of Antonio and Pina Colada is better not eat, drink took and lie on the sun loungers, on the beach Walk men call for massage.
Here is a massage in general they fire! You will not regret it, women better not to do, weakly. Location is incredible but the service is pathetic. Food in the restaurant is very good and the prices are reasonable. Lost a few personal belongings as the house keeping staff left the door open after cleaning up. No satisfactory response after I filed a complaint with the front desk. One icing on the cake was a guy by name Hans in the restaurant who went beyond his call to make as very satisfied.

Awesome place. Great hospitality. Good breakfast. Loved walking to beach at sunrise and sunset. Great staff, helpful housekeeping. We stayed with our 7 month old child, can't complain at all. Good value for money too.

In India is not the first time, there is something to compare. The beach is dirty, lots of glasses from the broken bottles. And all this around the neck, just do not clean. Cooking is also not tasty in most of the sheiks. They argue that people are many and so will come. And the main thing is not to take hotels on the central street, in the center of the beach is not suitable for bathing because of the very large number of Hindus, they are crowds in clothes sitting in the water. It is necessary to undress run after girls and children with cameras. Overall not recommended.

Beautiful resort at awesome location. If your looking for safe and peaceful stay in Goa then this is perfect place. Just a few steps away from colva beach and have direct approaching rear gate to the beach. Rooms with awesome sea view are really good and clean. Food is great and staff is also very good at service.

Excellent ambience and good service. Food could improve (chicken tandoori and grilled fish to be exact). Great place if you're with family or just out for a romantic dinner with your spouse. Not recommended for an evening out with "the boys" as this is more family oriented. Live serenaders who visit each table are the highlight.

The hotel is right on the beach! and if you take the beach facing rooms, you can enjoy the sea view throughout. Rooms are good, staff courteous. The food is a bit higher priced, but if are willing to walk a bit, the area has other good restaurants. The hotel is around 10 mins of walk along the beach, from the main Colva entrance which has proper dining and shopping.

Rooms are very nice and clean Pool are is good Garden area is good Close to beach and beach shacks and Beach beds at just 1 min walk Room service and staff service is ok (not that great) There is no happening pubs or night clubs nearby as the resort is a bit secluded (might not be safe for late nights)

We went there in the last week of September. Amazing place. Right beside the beach. This is in south goa & a lil away from Colva market (not too much, you can reach the market within 10mints max by walk), so it was kind of private beach. You can enjoy the view right from the bed. Every morning you can experience the busy & struggling life of fisherman. Overall it was a very nice experience. Though I think, menu can be a little updated, taste can be a bit more improved & more options should be there.

We booked a super Deluxe room with sea facing view. The room was good but in front of the balcony there was huge garbage disposed. When we talked to manager about it, they suggested us to move to a small deluxe room with the same charges. Highly disappointed with the service.

Horrible place not worth the money, bad service good location.

If you are looking for a calm & quite place far off from city then this is the right place to stay. Location was perfect in front of beach and market was also within reach from hotel. Total experience was good and breakfast was also ok but so many cats were roaming around. Need exterior to be renovate.

Well maintained resort, spacious well lit rooms. Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, toiletries, swimming pool. Best feature — right on Colva beach secluded from main Colva beach circle. Ideal for everyone. We had a pleasant stay here in August.

The stay was good. The rooms are luxurious and well maintained. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The staff is friendly but should be more cordial. The location is good. Food is average. Nice place to stay. A little on the costlier side but worth the experience.

Amazing views of Colva beach right from the room. The hotel opens directly in the beach. Nicely maintained resort with all the basic amenities like lawns, restaurants and the swimming pool. The room service was quick and prompt. Breakfast served had limited options but was sumptuous.

One of the best resorts in Goa. It has an old world charm with modern amenities. Attended a get-together on the lawns and the service was amazing. It is right on the beach and yet shielded from the hustle bustle. Calm and cozy settings. We had a few cats for Company, and unlike some places where they can be a nuisance, they were wonderfully friendly and unobtrusive here. They added to the charm of the place.

Were in March 2016g. Excellent hotel, Yes, does have its drawbacks, but in general all decently. Staff gave us wrong information which cost us a lot, especially since we had counted on their honesty and were very keen to stay at their resort. Apart from that, great location, ok rooms, decent pool.

Excellent location right on the beach. Well maintained property. Courteous staff. Great breakfast. Food quality was good but could do better with the local Goan food (would have given it 5 stars if this was taken care of). However, there are local places nearby that can fill the void. Buffet dinner was not that great. Overall the stay was quite comfortable and pleasurable.

I travel to Goa every year with my family and stay at this Hotel, after renovation rooms are of 4star standard. Good place to stay with family.
