Nice place to make get together, awesome pool, villa is perfect for staying as it has all facilities which fantastic everything is good.

Nice place in South goa, but far from city night life and has 2, 3 restraunts around 10 min, pool a bit small but grt place for a night stay, spacious.

Nice hotel. Located at a distance 1 km approx from the colva beach. 2 min from the market.

This place is good for the budget. It has a small swimming pool and a hut nearby where you can chill with your friends. The room was neat. It had a hall, one bedroom, one washroom. It also has attached kitchen. The staff there was very cooperative and allowed us to keep our bags there for two hours even after checkout. There are good restaurants nearby and Sunset Beach and colva Beach are just few mins away.

Great stay! Looks like an old house but has good amenities and latest. Great view from the balcony and environment is typically Goan. Facility to do induction cooking, meaning it's got an induction stove and a working RO for pure drinking water. Money is not to be stated as it's a tourist spot but very conveniently located.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Friends don't belive on fake review which was posted before on this site. I gave 5 star for extremely orogant behaviour and horrible experience of me and my family. I am stay here from 15 feb To till now at the date 18 feb. And continue for 21 feb. Because I had booked for 6 night but I have very bad experience here. Place and owner are good but room services and service persons are very bad and orogant, his name is ali and noor bloody terririst, it is worst experience in my life about room service Staff are very orogant. They dont change bedsheet, they dont clean your room and thats not only they said this is not their work. You change your bedsheet yourself and gaali is free like abe, saale, gandu If you are a room servent please come to stay here, I will not stay here in future.

Awsome place to stay in colva with all amenities, very helpful care takers, beach is about 1 km.

Nice place to stay. But still there were some services that were promised to be provided but didn't deliver.

The best place to hangout in Colva… Nearby to most of the south goa beaches such as Colva, Majorda, Trinity, etc… Provides the best in class services such as Oven, Barbeque grill, induction cook top etc… Ideal place for having a poolside party or night out for Family, friends … 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK villas available!

Swimming pool is good, stay is average as they charge more for less comfort. They should reduce the price for the stay or increase the features to it.

Rooms are just OKAY. Bathroom are having leakage. Toilet showers are hardly working. In the same premise, 2 buildings are there (I think of same owner), so pool is shared with other guests also. In kitchen, bare minimum utensils are there. But considering the price, you can stay.

Silent and peaceful in south goa colva beach but No cook and only induction cooker was provided, usually when u booked villa u get all two. Too much chlorine in pool, keep ur eyes tightly closed. Garden is different from airbnb pics.

If you gotta stay in Madgaon, this is the place to be. Good service and the owner Mr. Laurenco is so cool. Cozy place.

We had a pool party there. N it ws really an osmm n beautiful place. Had lotss of fun … such a nice place.

A decent place for stay. With pool. You many have to travel a while for food as there is no shops or restaurants near by.

Ambience, cleanliness, location are excellent. As colva is near we got all amenities, If you wish to visit south goa its best place to stay, remember if you are planning to visit north goa then be prepared to ride for 100kms…

Place is good. Service could have been better. Its very far from north goa where the main attraction is (calangaute beach, anjuna beach etc) Its very inside the village 10 mins away from colva beach)

I stayed here with my family for a day. I booked through AirBnB and the owner contacted me over phone, confirmed our check-in time and shared the exact GPS coordinates. The apartment is located in a peaceful environment, bit away from the main road. One can find it with no difficulties. The beach is just few mins away. The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer basic toiletries — soap, shampoo, bath towel etc. The apartment is well equipped. You name anything and they've it — TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooktop, water purifier, washing machine, basic cookware, coffee mugs etc. The fridge is stocked with Kingfisher Premium pints and soft drinks which are available for a small premium. A nearby restaurant's menu is also provided — you can place your order and they'll deliver to room. Though the owner was not in town, we had nothing to worry about. The caretaker was helpful and readily available on call. To sum it up, a great value for money property with good parking space, easy access to beach, helpful owner and staff. I'll be coming back again.
