Staff are very positive to serve the guest, polite, room service is very attentive, restaurant quality is fine Recommend to stay here.

Good place for both business and family outings. Clean rooms decent food decent staff are the best features of this hotel. It is located in a central location will amenities galore. Tenzing Norgay bus stand and Volvo bus stand is situated nearby. Rooms are clean and AC was working perfectly. Food was delicious. Drinking is prohibited here. Only negative aspect of this hotel is the absence of parking facilities.

Mismatch of Facilities and cost. Very smelly place as it is just Next to the chicken and meat selling point. Better hotels at better locality are available at that price.

Excellent hotel in Siliguri area. It's just near Hong Kong market. Location of this hotel is very good. We got a very good air conditioned room. Bathroom is ok. The hotel reception is polite and their room service is also very good. I Recommend this hotel for family.

If you are on a short stay at Siliguri or want to do shopping from Hongkong market this us a good place to be in. It's a budget hotel therefore you should keep your expectations low. But the rooms, staff, food are good. Basic requirements of hotel stay is taken care, don't look for luxury. Proximity to market is a big plus point for this hotel. You get fabulous food options which are cheap but very very tasty. They should pay more attention to cleanliness. At times you get bad musty smell from the bathrooms. In my next visit I won't mind repeating the hotel.

The Hotel is not OK at all the AC r not working room services stop responding after 11pm no one pickup the calls even staff r also not available at the time of check out at 8.30am. You have to carry your own luggage. I am very much disappointed & I would like to inform MMT not to recommend this kind of hotel.

Location is stone-throw distance from the Hon Kong market and the main streets. Drive from the hotel to the airport is about 40 minutes (+ or —) as traffic is a major problem. ATMs, restaurants and shops are at hand. Hotel is basic for the pricing. Food is decent. Breakfast options are meagre. I had better options elsewhere.

Condition of the room is very good but room service is pathetic. We stayed for two nights and no one showed up to clean up the dirty dishes even though we called like 4 times to send somebody to clean the room and change towels and sheets. We booked a suite room and the service is horrible. The toilet was bit dirty and I asked them to clean it. Surprising the lady just came and flush it and left. No response. No hospitality. I am not at all recommending anyone specially a person like me who knows what is hospitality and knows the hotel business.

A 5 storey hotel with no lift! Not clean, not maintained. They took almost a whole day to repair our television though the receptionists are well-behaved. Food was also okay.

A good place right in the middle of the city, but it has it's fair share of downsides too. A very narrow approach road. Traffic jams and congestion is a regular phenomenon. A non functional lift at the time of my visit.

Filthy, unhealthy, loosely organized. Least to call it a hotel. Facilities like soap in bath room is not available even if asked for. Located in a. Congested area inside a chicken wholesale market. Always stinking. Will not recommend anybody.

It is a great experience for me here. The staffs are awesome. The room is clean, tidy and all the basic needs are well taken care of. I'll stay every time I am in Silliguri.

Pros: — location is good Rooms are designed well Cons: — Stuff behaviour is not good. Male receptionist is pathetic Water leakage in bathroom My room was full of cockroaches. Lift was not operational all the time, I had to take stares to get down with handful of lageges.

Only thing I liked is Rooms are designed well with good lighting and aroma. Things disappointed me were: — the male receptionist wasnt helpful at all. We weren't welcomed with a smile. Wondered may be people are that rude there. — water leakage from air conditioner in my room. — water leakage from bathroom roof, which made the whole commode wet. — cockroaches in the room.

I stayed there for a Night during my transit from 'Bagdogra' to 'Gangtok'. My expectation was not that high from the hotel but after a night stay I would say 'It was a comfortable stay at Embassy ignoring some small bad things about it and considering the room rates'. Room — We opted for two Deluxe AC Rooms with Breakfast. One room was perfect while other room's geyser was not working. Rooms were neat & clean but small in size. It could be a trouble to claustrophobic. Location — Hongkong Market, Taxi stand, SNT, Netaji Cabin etc. Are nearby. You can even walk to 'Dhaba by Amber' for dinner. Meals — They don't have big hall/restaurant and serves limited food items. They need to improve the way they are serving food to guests. Services — I don't have any complaints regarding the services. There is no provision of elevator but I don't consider it as a problem. No pick and drop facility available. To summarize the above points, you can opt this hotel if you are looking for a night stay like us. It's an average property considering the infrastructure, services and location.

Value for money hotel. Couldn't take the breakfast so won't comment on it. Location is perfect for travellers as station and bus terminus are nearby.

A real 3rd class hotel. Lift not working. Water not available in wash room. Advice : never book room in hotel embassy siliguri. Make my trip should check the hotel conditions before posting the add in the portal.

Hi, I stayed for 3 days in Hotel Embassy, Siliguri recently. Here I found the peace of my mind like excellent food, homely atmosphere, tender soft behaviour from all the staffs, Professionalism and nice presentation. I think it's a good destination for stay in Siliguri by everyone! :).
