Overall awesome service, well mannered staff and cool ambience. However there is still a need for improvement in taste of food.

The hotel has the most unfriendly fornt desk staff… worst food ever … the break fast served was horrible… only good thing is the house keeping staff is good n helpful.

Loved the hotel. Their linen/bed and washroom were super clean. AC working perfectly. Food was a bit pricy but the person who served it in my was super polite and well-dressed. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

A great place to organize gatherings, events and get together, I have not seen the rooms but looks like rooms will be well maintained too. The entire event I attended was very well organized and came across professional staffs who were cordial and helpful.

A hotel situated in one of the prime and posh locations of Kolkata. It may fit in for you if you are in Kolkata for short business trips within Salt Lake city area. Restaurant service is little slower but food is great. Deluxe rooms are smaller compared to other hotels under same price range.

Qube is a great hangout for large groups of say 15 people. Good service and ambience.

This place provides a superb buffet breakfast everyday at a very reasonable price. The spread consists of English, North Indian, South Indian and Continental items. It's a must try for every foodie.

An amazing place to unwind. The hotel is dedicated to provide a great comfort level, best service to its guests. A special thanks to Mr Somesh (front office) who was kind to have helped in making our stay comfortable. Will visit again soon.

Stayed here two times. Location is excellent, service is good too. But the hotel especially the bathroom fittings need an immediate upgrade. Breakfast menu could be improved too.

This place is a very good budget hotel, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner etc at given periods. The hospitality is good and they also have laundry system. I came here with my college friends for a trip and everything was managed well.

Decent place for dining out. Has a bar as well. Food is quite good, only issue is quantity per dish is not enough. Good news for smokers — this place has a smoking room on the same floor with the restaurant — so one doesn't need to climb down for a quick smoke.

Good place but food needs to be more good! Good hotel nice ambience it's kind a quiet place not much hush hush! Near to Salt Lake City Stadium! It's quiet costly but one can taste non veg here its better than veg food and nice view from the first floor!

It has been one of my favourite place in Salt lake always. Especially the restaurant and the Qube lounge. Service is too good.

This is a stndrd hotel for stay of the IT ppl who comes at IT hub n ambience n locality is very cozy. Very near to salt lake stadium. Very near from nursing home n petrol pump. There is good restaurant also.

A very nice and posh hotel the cost for night I will not say is cheap but a fine place to accommodate your office colleagues. If they are on an official tour.

Excellent service provided. Their concern about customer satisfaction is what makes them an exception even in such a competitive market. The best part about this hotel is that they never turn back customers no matter what. Just like it happened with me on my birthday that I was supposed to give a b'day treat to my friends. We got late and the restaurant inside The Sojourn, ie, Flambé shut down. We were really hungry by that time and desperately wanted to have lunch. We were surprised that they accommodated us inside the bar alongside and did provide us with every dish that we wanted as lunch without any fuss. I'm extremely thankful for the friendly staffs and of course the exceptional hospitality they provided. This hotel is located in a well known area easy to access from all parts of Calcutta via EM Bypass. After all it's a perfect place for having lunch and dinner with your family or friends or someone special on special occasions or even as casual visits.

We are a regular visitor at Flambe. We like the food — prepatation, quality and service are exceptionally good. Not very expensive.

The hotel is good but the food is avarage. The time taken to serve food is really long. The staff are nice and helpful.
