Worst food quality need to improve the of environment.

Worst service. Food quality is very poor.

It should be more clean and tidy.

Dhur. Dam onek. Kichu e drink kore posalo na.

Bed sheets are very unclean with lot of marks. Looks like they don't change the bedsheets after the guests check out from the room. You get filthy smell outside the rooms. Food quality is bad. Bar and restaurant is there in the first floor. Entrance is very difficult to find. Bathrooms are good. Clean and neat.

Rooms are fairly good. Staff is cooperative and listened to our demands. But food was initially pathetic and serving portion was too less, later it was improved upon complaint. Location is not good. Go only if you are on a quick business trip, not with family.

Location is great, right on the main road. But parking is a problem due to that very same reason. Decent ambience and food.

The reception hall was good but they don't have proper car parking.

Hotel thames is quite perfect place for stay. Hotel staff is so helpful and supporting they provide everything anytime. Their stuff is so clean and rooms are well furnished.

The location of the hotel is good. The overall experience was not very good as I was denied my online booking due to a mix-up between the hotel and the online portal, which delayed my check-in by an hour. Apart from that, the hotel itself has spacious rooms with good facilities and clean bathrooms. Rooms on the second floor are not recommended due to the loud music playing in the bar on the first floor.

The room is very good but food and cuisines I don't find of my taste…

I am not giving any star of this hotel, absolutely 3rd class service and rooms and staff no one available in reception as well in the room service fake commitment given in website. I am a corporate employee I never expect such type if facilities provide by this hotel so don't go worst experience ever in Kolkata.

In the heart of Gariahat resides this wonderful hotel. Lovely ambience, poshe location and good view. Go there and experience it yourself.

Nice bar and good room service but quite costly.

This place is located near Gariahat Crossing. Opposite to Fern Road. And Raj lakshmi Gold Factory building. Went there for attending a social engagement. This hotel is very neat and clean with good hospitality. Only it's demerits is short of enough area. Otherwise I will give it 7out of 10.

Terrible service. Absolutely inhospitable staff. So many hidden charges. Extremely unsatisfied.

Staffs are nice polite and friendly. Overall service provided was good. I booked the hotel through oyo. If you are planning for a marketing in Gariahat Bazar its an awesome place to stay for because its located in the heart of Gariahat. Kalighat temple Birla Mandir are places that are very near to it. Nearest metro is Rashbehari.

There is a club which keeps playing music till 12. The whole room vibrates. Staff was not friendly, and food is extremely overpriced. Absolutely not recommended.

Maintenance and cleanliness is not up to the mark. The Wi-Fi was faulty during my entire stay and the food was not good either.

Live orchestra is very loud voice goes into rooms. 11pm room service shuts. Not good for families.

Very Good location. Staffs are cordial & helpful. Needs improvement in sanitary fittings. Room interiors are ok.

Rooms are good however cleanliness of bedsheets pillows are little doubtful. Good location Bathroom nice and clean Lifts available. One particular thing which I didn't like it's that this hotel doesn't allow outside food and not even cold drinks, and over that the guards are arrogant enough to ask you what's inside your bag… Insane… .

Very convenient and pleasant sataff.

My wedding reception party was held in this place. The staffs were very well behaved and very prompt in their service. The reception hall is well maintained and I specially liked the chandeliers. Food preparations were really great and all my guest liked them.

Booked it through OYO which stated that it was "premium". But that was hardly the case.
