Galaxy mall is charging rs15 per hour for four wheeler parking. I believe this is unfair. What about those customer's who visit eylex. They need to pay atleast rs60 for parking. Specially in a parking where it is clearly written, 'parking at your own risk'. Then for what reason you are demanding money when you have no liability. Of course those who are spending some money in big bazar for them parking is free. But what about us who spend more than rs 1000 in eylex. Eylex is also part of your mall. This way you are encouraging people to keep their car in the parking just out side your mall. I will do the same from next time.

Visited the mall after I visited Asansol after 5 long years! I felt awesome to see many stores come up at the mall. The only thing missing in the mall as well as the city is a international level Burger joint. It is strange that nether McD or Burger King has opened up! Trust my words, it will run well in a food freak city like Asansol!
WE NEED EITHER BURGER KING OR MCDONALD'S IN GALAXY MALL! PLEASE SIR.

Horrible staff! No matters at all. Requested for a scissor to cut my airport tag and the staff said they don't have a freaking scissor! The only reason they get business is that they don't have much competition in that place! A definite no for my next visit! Should send them all to a hotel management course.

Value for money. Good taste. Served freshly made hot food. Quantity of food served when compared to cost is OK. The restaurant use good quality ingredients. Parking is free for guest.

Our hotel in Asansol which is owned by Srijan Super facilities LLP& falls under the well-known brand of Fern Hotels and Resorts presented by the Concept Hospitality Limited is set amidst lush green surroundings & offers peace and tranquility to the guests. The hotel is well equipped with modern facilities and eco-friendly toiletries.

Though the food is OK, it makes some deep hole in the pocket. If you are willing to pay more than 1.5 to 2 times you pay at Theque and Durga foods, you can visit here.

Front desk is manned by people who are trained Not to smile. They think they are doing a favor by allowing guests to stay there. Back side rooms window open in mall. So you will be effectively inside a cave with lights On even during day time. I found front desk literately Rude. The best behaving person was both the Doorman at entrance. Costly definitely not worth staying. I did a mistake. Why to pay and get insulted. 2 stars are for both security guards at the entrance.

Good place or can be termed as the only one with best accommodation available in the city. Located just above Galaxy Mall which is convenient to find being a landmark. Comfortable parking available Tasty food for those who wants to dine in with courteous service else plenty of choice available outside as well. It has a bar also but not a very upmarket, food for this city, one can still have an evening drink. Comfortable room. Overall nice for a business travellers.

Good hotel for business stay. I utilized gym and it was good. Rooms are specious. Breakfast is good. Staff was also very responsive.

Reviewing the restaurant. Highly overrated. Very expensive food. If ordering any food out of menu, be sure to ask the price before ordering. Price on the menu seems reasonable but the portions are small. Tastewise there are a lot of restaurants in asansol offering much better food at a much lower price. Ordered chicken lollypop which had 6 medium size pieces @Rs 375. Ordered Chilly chicken which was not in menu, did not ask for the price before ordering, was charged @375 for 4 very small pieces. Not going back again. Ambiance is ok.

Obviously the hotel is very good that's the only reason why it is so highly rated, The waiters are too good and they serve very well in the restaurant!

I've been here to meet aquaintances over lunch. The rooms looked quite better than standard. It was good to see such places have come up now in the city. But the lunch experience did not match the expectations as something did go wrong there. First of all, I could accept the fact that it was a festive season and the restaurant could be overloaded with orders, but that doesn't give the excuse to simply ignore or delay the orders of the customers seated in front. Secondly, the food quality was just ok and not something which could be the worth of what we paid for. Could do better justice with that there. Rest, it was nice to see a good place coming up in city.

Fern is having a quite good interior but there is a lack of space inside! Great fooding, the caterers over there is too good! Great place if you wanna do birthday parties, engagement etc! Location is good too, situated in the middle of the city at Chitra.

Good hotel. Nice ambience. Food is strictly for the guests and not outsiders visiting the restaurant as the service tend to get slow down. Limits seats and above average food. Catering for parties in their banquet are good. The green has the best banquet on the city.

This hotel is located in heart of Asansol with great hospitality and genuine rates as per service. You have a mall to enjoy while on leisure.
