Basically I'm from Kolkata, due to job related issues we are posted here for last 7 years.
So, when I visit Polo towers Agartala, I'm overwhelmed with their hospitality.

I recently checked out from this homestay, and the experience was truly wonderful.

Everything is fine and room quality is very good, service is also very well.

Nice museum, all kind of historical aarticles are on display, no photography is allowed inside the musium, still it's around an hours treat, entry fee is rs. 50, roadside parking is available.

A must visit place if you are in Agartala. The evening light and sound show is very engaging and informative. One of the best light and sound shows in India. Very well maintained property.

The most overrated place of stay in Agartala I can stay.
Pros-
1. Breakfast get served by 7 Am.
2. Has Bar facility, I think only 2 hotels have bar facility in Agartala.

1 star less due to chef dont know how 2 cook Prawns, remove shell than cook.
First time seen, shell marinated.
Rest all ok.
Room is small.
But good value 4 money.

It was quite a nice experience staying in Ginger hotel, Agartala. The staff behaviour and room services are mentionworthy. The complimentary breakfast is also very good.

I stayed in Ginger for two days (19/02 and 20/2). It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and others whenever they visit Agartala.

The kitchen closes by 10 pm. I think they can keep it open till 10:30 at least.
The service team is good, but needs to be soft skill trained.

Rooms are near and clean. All the staff are very well behaved with the guests. Staffs are polite also. Beautiful roof top restaurant whose interior with bamboo looks beautiful.
