We have booked a banquet hall for a function. Food served was cold. Food served was not so tasty. Room was not provided ontime. Servers/waiters were not dressed properly. Starter was not served till end. Value for money nil. Worst experience. Don't prefer this restaurant/hotel/banquet hall. They informed us to pay the amount in advance however they didn't inform that entire amount should be paid in advance. Generally in all the hotels we pay more than 50%in advance and settle the amount after the function. The managers came in between our function and have pestered us for the full amount to be paid also they have provided the extra plates only basis the amount paid. Worst behavior of the management.

All amenities like 24 hours hot water, tv, fridge, etc. Complementary breakfast. Good budget place but can be costly in peak season. Rooms are tidy. Staff is co operative. Hospitality is ok.

Rooms are great. Food is good. Need to work on ambiance.

I have attended for a business meet. Banquet hall and menu is excellent. I don't about rooms. Seagate Grand is comparatively better choice for middle class people.

It is a very good hotel but there is no space to sit in the hotel it is there very small hotel and the taste will be good it is a very good hotels only for take away only.

The place and ambience was nice. We ordered Kebab, Fish fry and Mutton Keema biryani. All items served on time in enough quantities. The taste was fine. Overall it was good.

Excellent Venue with exceptional service. Warm food and a great relaxing atmosphere despite harsh city conditions. Some guests commented the getting ready rooms were small & maintenance could be improved · Some guests mentioned bathroom cleanliness could be improved ·

This was my Reception venue. They prepared great food. They were able to arrange everything even for about 80 extra guests on time without any hassle. Cost was also reasonable. So, a good hotel for parties and functions.

Nice place with very limited parking. Easy access as the place is right on main road (Radhika X Road). 7 floor Structure and nice place for small events. The capacity cant be over 100 (To have some breathing space). Lifts are dead slow. Food is good and economical. Music once again is below average. Parcel Corner is always free but you would have to sit out and listen to Honking until your order arrives. Nice washrooms. Management is good.

I would say a wonderful experience visiting Hotel Swagath Grand on a Sunday. I went for a marriage of my mother's relative where-in, I got to experience this hotel and its lunch. I will try to put-forth both the positives and negatives of this hotel, Pros : 1. Very spacious for a marriage to be made for around 700 people. 2. Clear division between the event and the dining area, they have separate dining area. 3. Good parking facility. 4. Easily visible from outside the road, may be situated in one of the popular places. Cons: 1. Lift provision, Its available only for 6 people. They must be kidding, its a function hall guys, please make lifts for atleast 10-12 people at a time and they are very very slow. 2. Kind of confusion for the dining area, no proper directions within the hotel. 3. Food quality can be made bit better. Possibly bit more varieties even under the basic plan that people opt for marriages.

When to incorrect location.

Quality food and courteous service.

It is a hotel catering to the budget minded business community.
