Stayed overnight on official tour. Rooms are compact but well maintained and the staff is courteous. Location gets a thumbs-up… Shall definately recommend.

The hotel is situated in a very busy street and that is the only drawback about this hotel. Check in was smooth, all the staff were welcoming and well behaved. The room we got were little small. The complimentary break fast was good and sufficient.

Good place to stay in Madurai. But if you are on budget then better avoid eating here… Costly food and quantity is not sufficient. Rating is for their accommodation only.

Madurai Residency near Madurai Junction is a business Hotel. Tourist to Madurai also stay here. Neat and clean, it is also well maintained. The staff are very courteous and customer friendly. The facilities provided include complementary breakfast, Room service, 24 hour check out, Travel desk & a Bar. The AC room consists of complementary Water bottles (2numbers) & a full range of toiletries. The rooms are very small and does not have proper viewing window.

Hotel is situated very close to Madurai Railway Station but the street is little less sound since it is in a parallel lane to Main road. Staff are courteous. Breakfast is complementary and it is good. Room space is congested and there is no wardrobe to hang your cloths. Hotel staff service is very poor.

Worth a stay here! Staffs are decent; Rooms were comfortable, hygienic and worth for the money spend. On the downside, you might face issue in parking if you get your own car there. Located at the right place; Walkable to Meenakshi Amman temple — 15 mins causal walk. If you want to have your meal outside, you would get plenty of worthy options around you. Overall comfortable stay, good location and a happy customer!

Average stay. Expensive. Needs major major improvements. Washroom pretty old, plumbing not good, fittings r rusty n needs immediate attention. Room very dark n a bit suffocating. Beds were comfy n linen were average. Staff is helpful n polite. Overall at this price range the hotel doesn't offer enough. But it's fine for a night stay. Temple is close by, can walk or take auto. Bus stand n railway station r also close.

Fantastic place to stay. The staffs are very courteous and cooperative. Complementary breakfast offered is great too. Though purely south indian food only… it'll tickle your taste buds for sure. The rooms are decent for the tariff that one pays… though the bathroom n toilet hasn't been given much thought to for example there's no soap dish in the bathing area. One has to reach out to the wash basin and manage. Still a great place that I'll recommend to friends n family.

A good place. Good dinner and decent, clean as well as appreciable rooms. Friendly staff except that they weren't more specific about the answer to the question we asked. Great location, near the main road and rickshaws are also easily available. Close to the Meenakshi temple as well. Parking space is also available.

Good quality Boarding and Lodging at reasonable price and also a very convenient location. Its at walkable distance from Railway station. Has a 2 restaurants and a separate bar.

Ambience of the hotel including room is good. Amenities are good. People are helpful. Breakfast is good. Only coffee served in the room as well with breakfast was not up to the mark. Hotel is located near to Railway Stn, Meenakshi Temple & Bus Stand. Good place to stay. Satisfied.

One of the best hotels in Madurai. Sophisticated, well maintained and has an ethnic touch to its reception lobby. The breakfast buffet was great but could have added more options. We booked 2 comfort rooms, they were spacious. The room service was quick and courteous. Overall a nice stay. My family liked it alot.

It is a good hotel with good amenities. Food provided esp. As part of breakfast buffet was v good. That is the only good part of our 4 days stay here. However, the travel desk was a big letdown. They are v unprofessional, have a callous attitude towards indians and specifically sr. Citizens. They were making disparaging comments and needlessly comparing the size of luggage with that of foreigners. We were a party of six all above sixty five. It was v unpleasant in this regard. Our pilgrimage journey was of 2 parts. We were ready to pay for both stays at one go but the manager assured rooms would be available upon our return. We were shocked to hear that there were no available rooms after completing our first leg. It was only after a heated argument that they agreed to provide the rooms. This was v unprofessional behaviour from the hotel management. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Moreover the vehicle provided is very bad.

Modern nine clean service OK very well located to walk out.

3 Star hotel, located very close to the Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple, just walkable distance, inside of the property atmosphere is good but location of the property looks bad, adjacent property and road are so bad. Reception staffs were very helpful. Most of the rooms filled with the foreigners. Quality of food and price for the same is okay. Good hotel for short stays.

Small rooms. Walking distance from Meenakshi temple. If you go on bike you need to park ur bike on foot path. They will allow only cars in there parking. Disappointed due to this thing. Front desk is not helpful. Don't expect more from them. Breakfast is awesome. Authentic south Indian breakfast. Must try.

Rating 1 star because no stars rating isn't available, the worst ever service and stinking rooms. Room service is absolutely horrible and it's suggested to avoid this hotel completely. The management doesn't understand what is customer service. Expats in particular will find it a testing experience, please avoid.

Polite and professional service. Rooms are slightly smaller than expected — may not have windows, request specifically if you need. Rooms are in high demand, book in advance. Very close to railway station — 2 to 3 minutes walk. 10 minutes away from temple.

I am giving 2 stars because I faced so many issues. For the 4 days that we stayed here, 2 days there was no hot water for shower, one day there was no cold water for shower. It is too crazy I kept complaining and they sent a plumber to fix it but that guy took 4 hours of our time — 8 PM to 12 MN — that too after coming back from a trip to Rameshwaram. We had to take cold water shower at 12 MN (me and my 74 year old dad). The next day again no hot water. My last day here and now the cold water tap is also spitting out hot water. We had to take shower in that hot water. They didn't even offer another room. Also the food and tea is too expensive. Charging 65 rupees for a sub standard tea.

Decent hotel. Nicely located. Lots of nice veg options outside the hotel. Loved the roof top restaurant. Had a great buffet. Had a lil argument over room reservation done with make my trip. But gave 200rs extra and settled the matter. Nice place.

Budget hotel but served high hospitality values. Rooms were really nice. Painting near to the reception looks really amazing. Hotel is nearby to the temple. Not enough parking space though. Basement can fit in only a few cars which the hotel security/driver will help.

I stay here regularly, chiefly because the service is very good. Their food quality is just average, rooms are clean and neat, good house keeping. They also have a good travel counter.

This place was awesome. Everything was near to the hotel. The hotel was pretty good. The food, the services, rooftop restaurant, staff was so friendly. Food was delicious. The hotel was rounded with bus stop, railway station. You can go nearby places from here (Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari. Etc)

Really is a great hotel. Service almost too much. Fab that you get 24 hrs stay so if you arrive late can stay till sane time. For backpackers with more in their budget you can leave your packs there and then eat before leave.

Located in the prime area of the city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Their complimentary breakfast buffet was great.

Food is highly expensive. Wi-Fi is very slow. Only one power socket available in the room.

Don't mind the stat since I haven't been inside, but the parking is a real sh_ _. Can't take our vehicle out since its a two line one in front of other parking and is a cellar one along with a slight curve. We need to park in reverse too. Though I am good at driving, I won't suggest it. Also if we need to take the car may be a few cars have to be taken out and you need to wait till that is done.

I am staying in this hotel from last five years & this hotel is always on top of my list in Madurai. Rooms are very well maintained. All modern facilities are available in room. Complimentary breakfast is awesome, specially rawa kesari is mouth watering. Room service is very good. Room service menu is full with indian, mugalai & continental dishes. So many vegetarian North indian restaurant are nearby. World famous meenakshi temple is on walkable distance. Railway station is hardly on two minutes walking distance. Only drawback is poor service of Wifi. No signals in room. Managment must improve Wifi service. Without any hesitation, Anyone with family or solo or business traveller can choose this hotel for their stay in Madurai.

Look wise Hotel was good. We had 3 rooms booked. Room nos. 318, 319 and 320… but next day morning went to take a shower and was surprised to see that the shower instead of showering down it was showering the roof. No Hot water supply. This was in room no. 318, Room no. 319 the whole washroom was getting water logged. Room no. 320 the Wash basin was blocked…
And beware if you come out of the room without your keys without locking from inside. You are not able to open the room without the key (sensor)
Finally the food was Ok but the service was very poor. Overall paying such a price for such type of Rooms is not worth a stay… I would rate it as very poor.
