Checked in Late and was left with two of the worst rooms in the property. Bathroom had window broken with little privacy left. Breakfast was supposed to be provided at room but no one came. AC remotes did not work as the battery has drained out. Please renovate this property before renting it out. The walls have stains and did not showcase Treebo quality. We feel cheated with the whole experience. The only good thing about the property is its vicinity to Meenakshi temple.

The hotel is like a two minute walk from the temple, has car parking and elevator. The rooms were very neat and clean. AC was good, TV was good and they provide hot water round the clock. Rooms have mini fridges, cutlery, spacious wooden cupboards. They allow extra person per room with extra charge. The ambience was real good, staff were warm and price was mvery much value for money.

The hotel is near the Meenakshi temple, I was able to go to the temple when ever I want as it was so close by and my family was really happy with all the staffs as they guided us properly and Mr. Vinu in the front desk was very helpful. He was so approachable and friendly with us through out our stay in the hotel! The room overlooked a central area, so no view, but this meant there was no noise either. Access in to the hotel is a bit unusual too — through a parking garage, but the location was ideal, only a very short walk from the temple, and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean white bedding, and the bathroom was lovely and clean too, with a good shower and plenty of hot water, Basic toiletries supplied, and there was a kettle for making hot drinks. An Indian breakfast was delivered to the room. There was no choice available. We enjoyed our stay, found the staff helpful and friendly, and would recommend it for a quiet, comfortable and convenient stay.

Very good place to stay. Rooms are really spacious, well maintained and in good condition. Location superb — just near the temple. All local markets are very nearby. Completely satisfied with my stay. Very prompt in service and cleanliness. Only drawback is they do not have own restaurant.

Not good at all. Infact it is not a hotel, more like a guest house with basic missing. Only good thing — it is very close to temple.

Hotel is good. No problem is cleanliness or anything. Nice location Just one misunderstanding took us to wait for 2 hours. We confirmed for EARLY CHECK-IN on phone call at booking. But there were no rooms available. And in early morning at 6, the staff was not willing to co-operate too. They did but after 2 hours of wait. Also, no breakfast facility at indoor premises. They order from outside.

A Good Value for Money Neat Hotel very near to Meenakshi Amman Temple.

Good place to stay in Madurai. Walking distance from Meenakshi temple.

It has the location advantage. Three minutes walking distance to the famous Sri Meenkshi Temple. Other tourist main tourist attraction namely the Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace is aprox 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are moderate. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Only good found was ease in checkin and very near to meenakshi Temple. Room size good. Bathrooms could be better. Breakfast provided was fixed (only Idly and Pongal rice). That too was in adequate for us. All items provided was for 4-5 people only (group of 6 adults and 3 children. ) no hot water available at 6 am. Reception told not available as they have solar water heater.

Accommodation was good. But the logic of Cheking in at 12 noon and checkout at 11 is not ok with me. Instead 24 hours logic would be fine. Though I checked in at 8.30 pm. Because of 12 noon checking in rule and 11 o’clock check out I ended up paying extra half day rent though I effectively stayed for less than 48 hours. Infact the Hotel guy demanded fully day rent for extra few hours. I said I will pay but complain to treebo Management. Then they agreed for half day rent. May be again I have travel in Dec and may stay there.

Nice place to stay while visiting Madurai meenakshi temple. Close to temple easy walk. Clean rooms. Serves breakfast. Cons no restaurant and hard water.

The hotel rooms are small. The location of the hotel is on the crowded street, hence driving into the streets in a car is challenging, moreover the parking is very limited. No spacious parking. You will have to park the car and give your key to the manager. No restaurants attached and you are not allowed to eat non-veg, consume alcohol and smoke inside the premises. This hotel is meant only for pilgrims and not meant for corporate or casual stay. The complimentary breakfast is room serviced and not a buffet.

Situated between all historic place specially Shree Meenakshi devi temple and all branded shops are nearby and easy to visit.

The location is the plus point, walking distance to Meenakshi Temple, Spice market, Banana Market, and Shopping areas. Breakfast is room service, no much variety and you won't get your breakfast if you left early. Need improvement in cleanliness. Toilets and bathroom area need alot of cleaning. Nevertheless, it's a very safe and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Has parking also. Highly recommended. Free Wi-Fi that works! The pronunciation is 'sima' with the 'p' silent. This is needed when you are asking for directions or telling your local transport :)

This hotel is as clean and comfortable as I could have hoped for. We (a group of 15 Aussies visiting India for a friend's wedding) arrived one afternoon after a long, bumpy and terrible bus ride and the staff got us in the rooms and comfortable with no hassle at all. It was customer service as it should be! The rooms were nicely fitted out with everything we needed and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the whole stay. Especially Rajesh, the 24 hr supervisor on duty during our stay. The best overall value hotel I've experienced anywhere in the world.
