Today we gone for Buffet Lunch Really a Royal Buffet lunch. Tastey Briyani, Dalsha, Saladas, Both veg & Non veg Dishes, Excellent Grill chicken. Inbetween unbelievable Olive oil Pizzza, Fresh juice and Desserts. And main thing Hospitality and Hygienc is top most there. Me & My both kids enjoyed for more than hour. Highlight is Royal Court MD welcoming with lovely welcome card with our Name. That image I attached in photos. Best place for family bez here no bar no liquor. Kids enjoy at lobby. I strongly Recommend Royal Court for Royal Lunch Buffet.

Decent and clean rooms, friendly reception and house keeping staff, buffet breakfast was good. Family friendly.

I was staying in executive room: Positives: Spacious room Clean sheets Well maintained bath Very near to Madurai railway junction Very near to Townhall road Negatives: Noisy room. Was told that there was the air-conditioning unit above 5th floor. Not sure why you would pay premium for such a noisy room? Also you get lot of road noise from outside. Limited restaurant options Food was kind of bland.

Good and Clean Hotel. Located at a prominent place. Multicuisine restaurant. Buffet system. Parking facility available. Food is good. Reasonably priced. Meeting halls are there. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Good property. Spacious rooms. Lobby small but good. Dining area comparatively small. Staff is courteous. Corridors smell a bit atleast they did on my floor. Value for money. BUT food need to be improved. We had a bad tummy after having food here. Variety for vegetarians is limited.

Decent hotel for the price with good amenities, few are missing. Really polite staff and food can be ordered to room itself. Morning breakfast was amazing, good options to choose from and main highlight of the the whole experience.

Staff is not welcoming! (Very much important for me) (Looks like staff is untrained). Rooms are quite good, but the views are horrible (obviously because it is in the middle of city). Room lighting is very dim. (Minus point for me) Very less vegetarian food items available. (But thank god, there are some good vegetarian restaurant near hotel). Overall I won't stay second time here because it is not that appealing to me.

This is one good place to stay at Madurai. There isn't anything that one can complain for the price we pay. Food is good, rooms are clean, arrive requests are attended promptly, courteous staff… one gets the five star feel at a much lower cost.

A very nice property inside the city, but once you step in it's a different feeling altogether. It's full of greenery and nicely done property which gives you an ethnic feeling and great amenities with a beautiful poolside restaurant and activities are done during the evening!

Inexperienced and uneducated staff. I don't think they know how to behave with customers or have hotel management degree either. Not afraid to lie to customers. Very cold response. They just want good ratings in TripAdvisor, so they're behind innocent customers to write good reviews and eventually get it. Waste of money and time. I will never ever check in to this hotel.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and then too if you are looking to leave Madurai soon. Gross negligence and apathy towards guests and the only source of food is their dimly lit underground restaurant. They won't let you check in even if they have rooms ready. Also, while checking out early in the morning be sure to keep some time to wake up the receptionist and get your bill.

Good and Comfortable Hotel at Madurai. Morning Buffet breakfast was awesome and tasty. Spacious Rooms with mild and contemporary designs. Wi-Fi very weak, even after trying so many times unable to connect. Location is very near Madurai Railway Junction also near markets. I would recommend others.

Excellent hotel with 3-star facilities for reasonable price in this temple city. Before selecting this, I hesitated whether it would be suitable for a vegetarian family visiting the temple city for pilgrimage. Perfectly suits. The crystal restaurant is perfectly suitable for south Indian vegetarians. Buffet breakfast is complimentary. Buffet lunch and dinner are available for reasonable price I have seen the North Indians and also foreigners enjoying the food here. South Indian snacks are not available in the evenings. Staff are very courteous. My interaction with Mr. Yasin at reception is excellent. Check in time is 24 hours, if directly booked with hotel. But it is 12 noon, if booked with middlemen.

A good hotel in central location, lavish breakfast. The staff are polite and very courteous. House keeping guy Arumugam and his supervisor were helpful.

Excellent hotel to stay with family. Great and clean rooms at affordable price. Very near to railway station and bus stand. Easily accessible and easy to walk to Meenakshi temple. Complimentary breakfast has a great spread. Overall a pleasure to stay at.

Just opposite the Madurai railway station, 30 minutes from the Madurai airport and just a km away from the famous meenakshi temple. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous and prompt. Food is good. The morning breakfast spread is decent. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Highly convenient for people who come to visit the meenakshi temple.

Nice location. 300 meters from Madurai Junction and approximately 1KM from Meenakshi Amman. 3 star property and it is worth it. Rooms are neat and spacious and gives you a bit of royal feel.

Food spread in buffet is good but still it can be served hot. Good place for get together with friends. Quality of the food need still improvement. Fish served during buffet is full of oil and fried properly.

Party hall was simply super. Food is also very good. It is located near to Periyar bustand and Madurai railway junction so it will be easy for visitors to go there. Rooms are also available but only thing is that rate was some what costly.

One of the most best hotels in the city and the hotel staffs used to treat customer as friendly and arrange room with clean and neat good laundry services available inside the company and then used to supply our clothes with in a short period of time. Then we gone for the short trip around the city and the managements itself arrange the guide and treat well I ever seen monuments in my life and the person used to arrange for the lunch and food is specialized and related to the lands. Then airport and railways are near to the hotels and people used to go with in a time it is the hotel to choose is the best option in the city.

We were there in this hotel on 18 jan'15. Rooms are ok, hospitality fine but dining area was congested and did not smell good because of too much of non-veg food in small room. Must cater for vegetarians.

The Buffet is probably the best in Tamil Nadu. Great Service and Value for Money. Prime Location adds to its advantage. Overall I would say its Highly Recommended. Dont miss the weekend special buffet.
