+Rooms were well maintained and compact. +Room service and Reception were good. — In my room fan was bit noisy.

Room and hotel staff were good. Location is not ao good. No restaurants within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was BAD! Seem they are lazy and don't really care about providing quality food or service.

Hotel was neat and clean. Food was good, utensils were neat and clean. The place is nearer to Madurai railway station.

The latest hotel in this area. Well maintained rooms. The service was nice. But the approaching road and atmosphere was not good. But very calm area.

I stayed hear for a week. It's a nice place for stay. Good ambience, nice staffs, Tasty food, cleanliness is very good.

I'm from Canada. I had my sister's wedding reception at this Hotel, so we've booked their huge Hall, 10 rooms, Lunch and Dinner for more than 25 people and a honeymoon suite. They had very clean rooms. Their washrooms were very clean. All rooms are equipped with AC & LCD TV. Their honeymoon suite is huge, had 3 peace sofa, separate washroom for the guests and then a blurred glass doors to enter the bedroom. The bedroom had 1 king size bed and another single bed also an another separate washroom. Everything was perfect, staffs were great, location is great. They have a very large buffet. The food is also very good, we hand selected the menu and their Chef and staffs went beyond and made it extraordinary. All 25 guest we invited were very satisfied. All of them praised their hospitality and their tasty food. I've never been to a hotel this great in India. I would compare this hotel with the best top hotels and restaurants in Canada. Would definitely stay at Hotel Sree Devi Madurai again and again.

The hotel is sparkling clean as it is a new property. The service is excellent. There is ample parking space. If you use Google Maps, then locating the hotel isn't a problem. South Indian Breakfast wasn't up to mark.

A good place to stay. The service is good. Food also available and of good quality. Overall a good experience.

2.5 km from the Meenakshi temple. 1.5 km from the railway station. Rooms are small. Bedsheets and towels were not so clean. Food is over priced and the quality and quantity of the food is very poor. They have open parking space. Hotel price is little high as per the location.

This is a good hotel. Good rooms. Good service, Food is above average. The front office manager Mr. Manikantan is very helpful & friendly. I am seeing him for the first time, but felt like friends for several years. He is surely an asset to the organization. The hotel can be recommended. Prathapsnair.

This is more than a decent hotel and great value for money. It is around 1.5 kms from the railway station. The lobby is spacious and beautifully done. The restaurant is good and found the breakfast spread to be very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Rooms are good and very smartly designed.

The room was relatively clean. No insects and duty or dirt. We were given the 2nd level and it was near the cleaners' room. As a result you could hear them on a regular basis. They also had construction going on at the entrance of the hotel for more than an hour at about 2am. Called to inform the receptionist. He apologized but the construction still went on. The bedsheets were not white. The water looks clean but the water from the wash basin had a foul smell. We took Ola for transport. Alot of time the ola drivers were not sure where the place was as the hotel entrance located under some bridge. What we hated most was that when we asked for restaurant recommendations they never recommended anything except for their hotel food and their in house food was expensive. They pretend not to know the area. Do not take breakfast deal as it's limited variety and the food was horrible. Get an auto out to the city side to eat. There are alot of restaurants at the city areas that's inexpensive and delicious and full filling.

Its a newly opened hotel with all amenities and maintained well. Good service and rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

Very nice and neat hotel facility however the location of the hotel is not great. Its under a flyover. The staff is good and friendly.

I came from US to take my parents for pilgrimage to Rameshwaram and Madurai, the hotel facility and the service is good. The Staff arranged cab for us and we took Ola auto going around to see places. The complementary breakfast is very good. Those who like to stay in calm place and keen on value for money then this hotel is the right choice.

Hotel room is decently clean. Breakfast is good. The cot in the room is so poor quality. It is so flexible such that it induces a lot of back pain. Those who have spine problem don't ever think of this hotel.

Rooms very neat and staffs really well behaved. I would recommend this place. We had breakfast and lunch at the place. Breakfast was really good but lunch was okay-ish. Only issue is there were a lot of mosquitoes for which I am not giving 5stars to it.

Neat & Clean Rooms, Good Amenities, Courteous Staff, Good Hospitality, Awesome Breakfast with lots of varieties. Ask them if you don't find Omelette or Dosa on table. There was lot of mosquitoes in the room but they provided Good night which was really helpful.

Hospitality beyond expression. Very decent and clean hotel, Excellent staff, Reasonably good complimentary breakfast. We stayed there for 2 days, and I would definitely recommend the place.

Rooms are well maintained. We stayed there for two days. Though Rs. 2, 300/ — was charged for a day, the Bed spread etc were not changed for the second day. Providing complimentary breakfast. Meals supplied was homely. It was worth its cost.

Simple the best in Temple city.

The rooms are cozy. The food is good. The only disadvantage is the place is difficult to reach.
