Nikhil Residence Hotel

Accommodation and pool was nice. Ambience was mediocre, a bit of a walk to get close to the cliff and beach but not too long. Rooms were reasonable and staff were friendly. Visited during April which is considered as off peak period. It was quiet and nice. Worth while if you're planning to escape noise.

Close to the varkala cliff. Well maintained and clean rooms. Facilities provided are great.

I really wanted to like this place but… so here's my positive view first. 1. The security guard was very nice. 2. Good location near the beach (5 min) Now for the criticism… this is no resort. 1. Pool dirty, literally a hygiene hazard. 2. Never did figure out housekeeping, 5 days, they never came but the door is locked with an actual lock soooooo. I had to do all of my cleanings. 3. Beds very, very, very, very, very, very hard. I almost checked out right away but then found a stray mattress (yes, there were strays) in the hallway and put it on top of the bed. 4. Cafe — Don't expect anything but simple fare. Service was horrible, lazy. No fans in the cafe. Enjoy your breakfast while sweating your tuckus off. 5. Hotel throws its trash behind walls. Doesn't pick up trash on grounds, like it's invisible to them.

Worst hospitality ever we never expected these kind of people there. Money is the ultimate goal of the concern. They don't serve the guests properly n the food tastes yucky Think twice before you book here. It is waste of every penny. There are better places for the same cost.

Very poor service to guest. Cheating for money. Foreigners please be safe They will loot all your money. There are good resorts near the place.

Worst hospitality. Staffs were really rude. No proper food. Not worth for the money yu pay. Please find a better place to stay! It looks beautiful but not very good.

The room door didn't seem secure. Wardrobes were too old and couldnt be locked. Other than that nice and clean place with reasonable price.

The massage people are criminally bad. Avoid at all costs.

Unfurnished rooms, bathroom water heater was not working had spider web in the corner. Worst resort I have visited till now.

We have been there an whole day. We have a custom buffet luch. Food is tasty good. But no more things for entertainment. Only swimming pool. Bachelors can enjoy.

Small place but has good ambience. It is difficult to locate the place as it is biy inside from main Road.

Who ever wrote all rooms good did not see C2. For tariff of Rs 3700/-, least one expects running hot water. No hot water of any sorts running or standing. The staff is going to bring two buckets of hot water. No water jug or tumbler in the room. No sunshine. A public path/roadlet runs adjacent to the room. Motorcycles zoom now and then especially in the evening. Dogs and cats bark and yowl resp. Saving grace is that the AC works fine. Bed (double) is clean. One towel per bed and soap. Tea on demand … Rs 30/ — of roadside quality in drippy cup. There is no paper napkin in sight. I am telling about my experience in C2. Other rooms and the pool appear to be fine. Staff is in short supply. I am moving out. Quitting.

Nice calm and neat place to enjoy weekends.

Very neat & tidy place. Properly maintained Swimming Pool. Beach is not visible from Hotel. 10 minutes walk to the cliff side.

Even though, Signature Residence has no sea view from the rooms, its very closer to the cliff end, the best thing about this Hotel is the silence at the premise, Signature is situated at the middle of north cliff, where you find all most all the famous restaurants and resorts, just one minute walk to the cliff end from Signature, their restaurant provides very tasty food with lowest cost comparably.
