Good neat rooms, good service.

Good food at affordable rates. Spread is decent enough compared to other hotels and easy on your pockets. They do have buffet breakfast as well.

Went there for a friends reunion. We decided to celebrate with a few drinks. This hotel has a gorgeous entrance and the lobby is large and well lit. Interior is super. Entered the infinity bar which is on the left side. Great customer care and service. Food is great and the service is very fast. We ordered a few vegetarian dishes and a new drinks. Everything was excellent…

Great cozy hotel with pleasant staff and good location. The rooms are clean and spacious. They do their best to upgrade you if possible at no additional cost and they do strive to make every visitor comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Their food is quite delicious too as an added bonus.

A fairly new hotel in the Trivandrum central area, the Central Residency offers stay comparable to most 3-4 star hotels. Nothing too fancy but it has all the amenities of a modern hotel. Staff are friendly/helpful and the food is average. It is a fairly expensive hotel compared to others around but it has a great location and all the amenities to match. I am not completely sure but I do not think this hotel has smoking friendly rooms, although there is a smoking balcony provided for guests on one of the floors.

I booked an "Executive" room for my parents. This hotel was chosen keeping in mind the distance both from the airport and the railway station. It is perfectly located in that respect. Based on previous reviews, I called the hotel and requested for a 'quieter' room (away from the road noise). After my parents checked-in, I came to know that they were upgraded to the "Deluxe" room and they were also allowed early check-in. Now coming to the rooms and service, both were top-notch for the category. Thanks to Mr. Ajit for his cooperation.

New hotel and great restaurant. The breakfast buffet is wide spread. Rooms are spacious and at prime spot in city. Temple is just 1.5km. Railway station and bus station at 1.0km away from hotel. Near by lots of hotels. Wi-Fi speed is good and parking space too available.

Had excellent stay. Lobby & Room ambiance were very good. Well maintained room. Staffs (from bell desk to managers) are very help full & courteous. All the tourist attracts are near to the hotel even airport is just 20 mins drive. Keep the Same standards.

Was absolutely blown away to see the spacious and neatly maintained room. At a very prominent location hence it was pretty easy to commute anywhere in the city. The staffs were very courteous and the overall ambience and service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious with excellent ambience in the restaurant area. Overall, a perfect place for all kind of travellers.

Amazing place for their rate category. They have almost a 100 rooms I thing, most of the double rooms are of 2 single mattress beds, comfortable for business crowd. Good health club and a nice food court. They should open a bar soon.

Good Business Hotel. Good Breakfast. If you are looking out for ambiance this may not be the place. However, being a new hotel it is very good in terms of neatness, rooms and service.

Good clean and neat rooms but after ordering the food, bit takes ages to reach your room. But the wait is worth it. The food is tasty. They say, everything tastes better if you are hungry, maybe the chef knows this secret ;)

I went for buffet lunch here. Facility is good but lacked the quality than my previous visits. But cant say it was bad. Cost effective.

Built in contemporary style has good interior decoration. The halls are nice and well equipped to conduct conventions, seminars and conferences. The food is good enough though full potential of the place in this aspect needs to explored, that is to say much more variety and different cuisines need to be included. The halls call be used for parties and other fun events. The rooms are nice and assorted with modern facilities The location is near the bus stand and railway station so the commuting is also easy.

I stayed one day at The central residency. This is nice place to stay with family. With reasonable price. Rooms are very neat and clean. Best place. And center of city.

I stayed in Central Residency for 4 days. Having travelled by bus from Pondicherry for more than 12 hours, I was thoroughly drained when I reached the hotel. But the reception accorded to me drove off half my fatigue. The staff at the reception were exceptionally cordial, courteous and helpful. This culture was also seen among the housekeeping and catering section personnel. The food was very good, the ambience too. On the whole it was a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose The Central Residency any time I come to TVM. On the whole my stay was.

Nice place. Good food. Lot of choice for food. Price was also reasonable. Kids play area should be provided. Just a small play area for below 5 year old kids is necessary. Then only adults like us can enjoy food.

A wonderful hotel. Wonderful service but there is always scope of improvement. The hotel is relatively new and hope that the maintenance is kept going.

Found this hotel very comfortable to stay in. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. There was a sit out area and a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet is really very good. Overall money well spent.

The hotel is well maintained, staff are courteous and friendly. Parking facilities are available. Dinner buffet was just average… the food was typically traditional Kerala fare and too spicy for children (had to order something different for them) … expected something better… we had a kid's birthday party… so you can imagine the confusion! But the decor/ambience was good. I would definitely bring my family and relatives again if the buffet is more Continental.
