The Thai food festival is a flop… the flavours never made to authenticity and the charge is a bomb. I did not try the rooms so I dont know. I am commenting only on the Thai food festival.

Went in there with some amount of expectation… Especially on seeing the pretty decent review on Google… But unfortunately I I did not have a good experience. This is what I have to say: 1) Food was not tasty. Probably even so because the food was cold. Even the soups. 2) Service was poor. A lot of time was taken just to get the food which was surprising taking into consideration that the food was not hot. Which could only mean that the food was made early but not delivered. People around us were also annoyed at the late service and the cold food. 3) As you sit there waiting for the food for long periods of time, you can't help but notice other things — the plates were not clean and were rather wet. And unfortunately I had a lipstick mark on my table napkin! (Which was quite a bummer) Overall I think it's plain wrong by the side of the hotel to be providing a poor service for the money that is spent.

One of the best hotels in Trivandrum. Amazing, courteous well trained staffs. A very interesting Restaurant, well maintained with variety of tasty foods presented well Thank you everyone.

One of the premium hotels in Trivandrum to host an upscale event. They've got fantastic facilities and infrastructure that would aide your conferences. They also have a nice bar alongside served by courteous staff. Hilton is definitely expensive, but this is an ideal spot to host your function for the purpose of showing off your dollars and upper class life.

I'm a frequent customer of the restaurant for dinner buffets. I and my guests about 10 of us reserved a table for 7.45 pm but we were slightly late till 8.30 pm after calling up. When we went to the buffet we could find that various dishes were not replenished, salad bar was a mess and half desserts were over by that time. The waiters didn't care after several requests. We really had to eat whatever was left over. Since these guests were so important for I didn't make any hue and cry. The food standard has gone down and is going down steadily. This hotel was known for its food quantity since the beginning. But since last one year it is pathetic. Sorry I have to write this. You may improve.

We went for a team dinner. They are providing two packages for dinner. One are 599 and other are 899. We took the 899 package. Regarding the food, the options are minimum. Starters were good. Main course have only very limited option. Desert was good. They provide unlimited drinks during the dinner. Also they provide free wallet parking. The staff were very polite. I was expecting better main course.

We been there for Team dinner. Ambience was cool. Its been calm and quiet. Lots of variety for Veg lovers. Mr Prashant was very friendly and approachable. Pros — Calm and peaceful ambience Good variety for Veg lovers Good options for domestic beverage Con — Less Non-Veg variety.

I have never seen so much hair on the bathroom floor as I did in this hotel. The room and hallway smelled mouldy and uncared for. The crowning of it was when I was just ready to roll into bed I found my sheets with numerous tears. It could be a nice hotel but is totally run down. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff were really nice, courteous and helpful. Not a chance I would stay here again.

Visited the hotel to attend a function. It was a good experience. The meeting took place in the banquet hall. Good ambiance. The tables were arranged nicely. The food was in buffet style. The reception lobby was too small and too close to the entrance The food was fine. The staff was courteous.

Good room, service was really good. Had buffet from the restaurants. It was average. Felt like they could improve the food quality. But don't mind bringing my family to this restaurant. Overall stay, was good.

The restaurant is great. The ambience is good. Tables are well spaced giving adequate privacy. The food is awesome. The paying s very nice so as the taste. Portions are larger than expected. Only setback was the A/C was not quite working as usual. It was hot inside, with constant starting spoiling the mood.

I was here for a retro night so can't speak for the hotel overall. They have an outlet inside called the VBar. I went there for the little event. They took 45 minutes to give me my order. As for the hotel, the staff seemed nice, interiors looked posh and parking was definitely up to mark, and had that classy feel to it.

Hilton garden inn, Trivandrum is the best hotel in Trivandrum, if you're looking forward to hosting a party or having a conference. The banquet halls are pretty huge, and flexible. The hotel interiors are upscale, trendy and classy. The Architecture in general is world class. Placed ideally in the city centre is very much accessible to all parts of the city, and airport. Professionally trained staff can assist you with everything. There is also an open restaurant which serves amazing food, and with luxurious suite rooms, it's a perfect place to spend your weekends.

Superb place for a great party with great food. It will be difficult for you to take choice in the foods so much is the options available there. This will just give you the best experience ever you will have.

We loved the hospitality of the staff at Hilton. They made our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Chef Nimesh and his assortment of pickles at dinner buffet. The prawns and the beef pickle were noteworthy among the rest. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

The hotel is beautiful, especially if you are considering it for any event. Great ambiance, splendid location and overall a very soothing experience. What I would advice against is the food that is served by the hotel. I've had much better, especially for the price they gave it at.

Good dinner buffet spread. The spread has a very Kerala touch to it with mostly all the famous Kerala dishes. Enjoyed the ambiance a bit more than the food. Good service.

Very good hotel. Located at the center of the city. Staff if very courteous. Buffet spreads are nice. I tried breakfast and dinner. Pool is small but good. The gym is just for namesake, don't expect too much. Hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Rooms are amazing they are spacious and clean. Room service is also fast. Now amenities they have great swimming pool, gym and restaurant. Location is also good, it close to MG road which mean that you are very close to the heart of the city.

This is a 5star hotel establishment. A mini-franchise of Hilton group of hotels (America) Even though this looks like a small hotel from the outside, it is very large inside. It is a very lavish and very 'upper class' (classy) Hotel. It has all the facilities and Amenities of a good quality star hotel and all of the staff here are very well behaved and are highly educated, as-in well versed in english & french (universally accepted and used foreign languages) And of course, Rooms and facilities are of very high standards too. Ideal place for business related travellers who needs an excellent place with a lot of privacy and confidentiality along with great view of the city.

Was here for a meeting and lunch. Facilities are good, staff were polite. Meeting facilities were really good. But the lunch was a disaster. It was not buffet. They tried to serve it so bread came after rice, rice without side dishes, melt ice cream etc. Not worth the money.

Regarding the DJ party alone. Not about the rest of the hotel or the dining. Dining is actually pretty good there. Coming to the topic at hand… The DJ was playing some romantic slow trance. No club hits. Instead He played some old hindi numbers. When I Asked for a song.? One of the fav club hits. All I got was a nod and he kept playing some lame old house music for which nobody was dancing. Was a horrible experience I must say. I really wanted to have fun. But it was beyond help. Pathetic. Never coming back again. DJ wants to play stuff he alone enjoys. Lol.

Nice upscale Hilton in central location… but I would not classify it as a 5-star hotel… but definitely a good place to stay if you are not looking for a resort style atmosphere.

Food is average. Never have any Kerala items from here. It doesn't taste good. Also during the noon time, good luck getting a waiter to serve you if even the restaurant is empty.

Liquor is very expensive. Food is average. Especially the buffet, not worth the money in case one is a small eater. Staff are very polite and helpful… Went there again after a long time… Tables were not cleaned after guests left. It took us half an hour to be served a drink, after a lot of confusion… The kid who served us compensated later on with excellent service… Choice of food on the menu and bar menu limited… House wine is offered for 400 bucks a glass, but was not available… … 5?

Its a buffet… but its alright… its better than many other buffets in Trivandrum in terms of variety of items… ambience is good… few options for alcohol r available… can try once and decide for yourself!

Pleasant and relaxing stay in the centre of the city.
The local Hilton corresponds to the general standard applicable to this group. It is located in a "good" area of the city, which is called in a government and administrative district, the rooms are quiet, although not really generous, which is also true for the too small bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with everything, and missing things are brought immediately. Visually, the small hall and the – with this equally connected – restaurant are not generous, because quite flat built. The style is modern, the tables are properly covered and this – far too many – staff will take good care of the guests when not busy with themselves. The offered food or the very extensive buffet, are neat. Wishes are taken into account. Everything is very clean. By the pool or in a courtyard that is on the level hall, business center, restaurant etc. Can be smoked. Otherwise, as everywhere in India, public and public buildings as well as the public areas of the hotels, absolute smoking bans apply.
Almost all good hotels in southern India offer an outdoor swimming pool, which is understandable in the prevailing climate. There is really no need for indoor pools. This non-deep and not large pool is surrounded by beautiful potted plants, where elegance is also important.

Had a small birthday get together with friends at the restaurant in the ground floor. The staff were very courteous (especially Mr. Mithun) and helpful and ensured that we were comfortable and felt at home. We are sure to come back.

Went for lunch buffet. Waited for 5 minutes expecting a welcome drink or some snacks to get started. Nothing came. Food was tailored for foreigners with minimum spice and masala. Not much variety in food. Ordered and waited for pizza for half an hour. In the end I got a dosa with cheese and chicken toppings. Desserts were ok, but again mostly of western nature. Those who go expecting desi Gulaab jamuns and all (like me) will be disappointed. I went here seeing good reviews online but they flattered to deceive.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The food at the Garden Grille was amazing! All of the wait staff were very courteous and paid great attention to detail. During one dinner, our chocolate fondant dessert arrived late and they gave it to us on the house. An unexpected gesture that left us feeling rather touched. Was there for my bday with parents & a friend. I liked the buffet… wide variety of choices was there. The welcome fish tikka was ordered a repeat. & the salad corner and even veg items were gud. Tasted almost all dishes including every desserts served… bit by bit… apart from extra ordered chappathis & nans. We all liked it … though the restaurant waa a bit too noisy. The bar menu was the only disappointing factor. Very few cocktail & mocktail items. Compared to taj vivanta. If there was a gud mocktail my bday dinner wud have been perfect.

The restaurant was horrible… way over priced nothing on the menu. Drink selection was terrible. The staff is friendly but it took ovet 45 minutes for a hamburger fries and key lime pie and shirmp to be brought to me there was only 1 other couple in there. And the hamburger wasnt even cooked fully. Might be a good hotel but food is not good will never go there agian. If your looking for a good place to eat check out the rib chop house next door. Amazing food.

Lunch buffet experience Staff and service is amazing. Food is not value for money. Based on the amount you pay, i. E. ₹1000 per person including taxes etc, it's not worth! No starters and non-veg options are almost nill. With this kind of charges, I am sure you can find a better place with hundreds of options. Yes, but I would like to mention that they have a wide range of options for desserts.

Surprised by main entrance and driveway. Very small. But then space is premium these days. Lobby was bright and nice. Had buffet lunch. Great spread in terms of choice and food quality. The seafood portions were very sad. Ordered grilked fish, got served two (really really small, not kidding) pieces, not even fillets of bada fish — not fresh. Kerala is known for seafood and fish, wonder why the ridiculously small portions. Rest of food were definitely excellent by Kerala standards. Desserts were excellent. There was a non descript low tqble away from buffet, that had some sad looking sandwiches. Staff were very good. Clean and smart looking hotel. Definitely one of the better ones in Trivandrum.
