Kofiland is an excellent choice for any traveler who is looking for a relaxing place to stay in a most adventurous area to travel. The staff will arrange all types of activities both calm and exciting, both restful and enduring. Plus, when you are done, you'll get to retreat to a luxury Bungalow with incredible views and deli food.

Good location, but service and rooms not worth the price Very poor service.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are amazing. They have jacuzzis and a lake in house. They massages and the pool were very good as well. The food was great.

Kofiland resort is excellent. Room location is very nice attached with Jacuzzi bath tub. Food is excellent. Plantation programme is very nice.

Rooms are very spacious and has a great view but very poor service from restaurant, half of the things were not available from the menu in our 3 day visit and it took almost hour to get our food and it was cold. Also the bed sheet and pillow covers were not as cleaned as you can see the stain on it. The only thing I enjoyed was visiting spice garden, Liba was great and explained everything in detailed. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as it was listed there and would not return again.

It has 20 private villas — each facing private lake of the facility. Clean, Nature surround and best customer service are the best from Kofiland. It has in-house spa, spices plantation, swimming pool and fishing arena. Better time to visit would be between June and January.

Had an amazing experience at the resort and absolutely recommend it to all foreigners visiting Kerela.

What a truly amazing experience at this amazing resort surrounding by forest and gardens. A couple major highlights for us was firstly the amazing staff who helped with a personal yoga class (included in the rate) and a tour of their spice plantation. The rooms are nestled up in the nature landscape and provide for some serious relaxation and reflection. Ontop of that location is great and not to far from the sites. Highly highly recommend you make the visit.

Amazing view and interiors. They have a man made lake within their estate which adds to the incredible scenery and a fairly informative & surprisingly fun nature walk which takes you through their plantation. The reason I give 3 stars is because the food was mediocre and there's not much to do in the resort.

It's an awesome place to spend time with your friends and family for a short vacation. Enjoyed lot with friends. Recommended.

Very nice and extensive tour of the in-house coffee, cardamom and pepper plantation. Many thanks to Leeba for explanations of the individual plants, spices and herbs.
It is also very interesting to see how cardamom and coffee are dried and processed.

Amazing place… The experience in this resort was wonderful. The resort is very clean with amenities like swimming pool, yoga, spa, spice garden tour. Would like to thank Ms Leeba for taking us to the spice garden tour … The staff is very polite and friendly … Would love to visit again … Keep it up Kofiland…

A luxury resort amidst forest with beautiful and serene green surrounding. It is blended with nature covering around 180 acres of land. Comparatively new property with only 4 year old history. Courteous staff, good food and spacious cottages. Would say one of the best place to visit for someone who is in love with nature and wants a getaway from city life for a while. Overall a pleasant stay. However did not relate to the Kashmiri clothes shop in the resort. Instead suggest to have shop having Kerala authentic souvenir and attires. Also can include few more items in the food menu.

A scenic Marvel one should stop and see.

Good place to stay. Located inside coffee plantation. Inside hotel is having lot of activities. Around two kilometer away from Kumily town and 7km away from Thekkdy boat starting place.

The service was exceptional! The location was also superb! I loved it! But the food options should be imported and food should be improved!

Kofiland resort that is worth a second visit Wonderful! Definitely one of the best resorts in Kumily. Several types of fruit trees, spices plants beautifully planted. A calm, quiet, place for refreshment. While sitting in the balcony in that rainy day was really awesome. A bird flying over the lake again & again seems she is one of the staff & wants. Making us happy. Will definitely recommend and hopefully be back. Fabulous Staffs … good service… good restorent… We have had a fantastic, relaxing week, a beautiful resort…

Wonderful experience we had. It was a very very well maintained properly with world class hospitality.  

This place is very good. Enviorment is very quite and pieceful. Rooms are with Jacuzzi.

Pros: Beautiful property. Excellent service. Extremely hospitable staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Cons: I'm listing those minor things which stop the property from being truly world class & justifying the price tag 1. Thought the maintenance is fantastic, there is bug infestation through minor gaps in balcony doors and drain pipes. 2. The water for shower etc has some weird smell to it like its being recycled (which if true must be informed to the guest) 3. No information about minibar charges till checkout. 4. Why is there no Kerala food on the menu? I mean you have an Arabic menu, but no local flavors? 5. Maintenance work at the pool was on while guests were using it, we weren't informed and the guys continued to fix lights in the pool. This was a serious hazard, one live wire would have been too many. 6. The "jacuzzi" is nothing but a bathtub with body jets, so please don't sell it as a jacuzzi! 7. Please do not list minor facilities as "amenities", visit Taj, ITC or hotels in similar price bracket and you'll understand that to qualify as amenities you'll need more than a pool table and carrom board! 8. Most important! Guys at the hotel please don't go crazy saving money on breakfast! Just have a look at the spread, your breakfast menu is pathetic, it deserves a zero! I know hotels with 1/3rd the price per night serving much better breakfast!

Quite a Huge place. They have their own Spice Garden which is no less than a forest. Place is well maintained. They have a man made lake where they provide fishing activities. The lake has lot of variety of fishes. Food is good. Staff and rooms are awesome. Only thing is that they use Lake water for Washroom and Baths after filtering it, as a result the water has a smell. Over all the place is good.

Amazing lake view from balcony. Close to nature. Must visit to relax yourself in the lap of nature. Good food and nice place for bird watching.

Nice resort to stay. Serene and peaceful environment. All lake view located cottages. Having modern bathroom amenities.

Peaceful and calm environment. Loaded with modern bathroom aminities… Spacious… Only drawback… Very limited food menu… And located within 500 mtrs of national highway. So no liquor served…

Place is nice and staff too but the Internet is slow and it was cut from the early morning.

Beyond expectation, beyond imagination… Immensely beautiful place and must visit place. Location — 5* Rooms — 5* Service — 3.5* (can be definitely improved) Food — 4* Hygiene and cleanliness — 4* Staff — 4* Will definitely visit this place again and will recommend to others to try.

Nice peaceful location. Friendly staff. Though not too many activities to keep the guests occupied but given the fact that it is still under expansion I am sure things will change over time. Maneesh, Benny are a few staff members who have been more than helpful. There is a scope of better restaurant management — speed of service, choice of food. Breakfast buffet is great. Thekkady is a short drive from the resort. Overall highly recommended. I hope the next visit will see the changes and the service levels to a higher standard.

I know you really would love this Place for your one day or two day or many more other days you would have an Excellent experience with Koffiland… because u will get whatever you wanted for a different drive from your own busy or tension life… koffiland offer's you A relaxation times with them…
