Worst ever hotel experience. Stay away from this hotel. Staffs are like goondas. They dont mind beating customers. Worst food. Charges are more than 5 star hotel. Arrogant GM. Banquet manager and receptionist. Stay away from this hotel. Worst ever experience.

Beautiful rooms and have small open terrace. Very clean and neat. Great staff.

It's a great place for stay. The staff is cordial and service is excellent. Decent in house breakfast and transportation is convenient as it is located in the city.

Best hotel and residency in payyanur. Maybe expensive but being a 4 star Its a good hotel which is like a 5 star. No disturbances. Bus stand is nearby to it railway station just about 3 kms away. Good atmosphere too. Nice services.

This Hotel is decent, but the front office manager Sanjiv is very arrogant, He does not have any sense how to talk to the customers. He behaves like a Rowdy. They have charged for complimentary Breakfast but not giving proper Breakfast. This is the worst hotel experience.

Booked room though goibibo. On arrival staff informing no rooms available. Later says if you pay another room can be allocated. This hotel is not managed well. Staff is not courteous enough as they suppose to be in hospitality industry.

Worst Hotel Staff. They would deny rooms last minute. If u do online booking and apply coupons to get some discount. They will still give away the room to someone else who pays them more cash and they would not even inform you about the cancellation. Extremely unprofessional. They even denied rooms for wedding guests after confirming the booking. So beware. They are the biggest cheats there in payannur area of kerala. Instead go to kbc green park, its slightly outside the main market area or go to juju international. I had stayed in kk residency in2015. Despite cinfirmed online booking I could get a room when I acted I am new customer and ready to pay in extra cash. That was at the time of my wedding there. Pathetic is the word. Behavior is worst.

Best in payyanur. For all types of people. We can relax ourselves.

Just opp. To Payyanur old Bus Stand. A good place to stay. A roof top Beer parlor is attached. May get stuck in traffic for a while during peak hours, since it is at the heart of a city with narrow roads.
