I was in this place during May. The climate was very humid. We stayed 1 day in the house boat and 1 day in the resort. If you have never had a house boat experience you can try this. Othwewise one can always visit the boat jetty and take a boat on hire for some hours. The rooms are spacious and good. The food is very tasty. As compared to outside hotels the resort food has good quality food n they charge reasonably for it.

Location of the resort is very good and staffs are kind. Rooms surrounded by water. Resort so neat n elegant but the food is not as expected and also it's costly too.

Good experience! It provides pleasant view of backwaters. They could arrange houseboat trips which we can really enjoy the scenic beauty.

Excellent resort. Great facilities. There are activities for all of us to perform like karaoke singing, campfire, bingo, etc. There are fitness gym. The buffet food is great. Overall it is a great resort for families going on a trip if you have some budget.

Very nice ambience. Stayed only for a day, Staffs (few we interacted with) were good. Room amenities are decent, not too luxurious. Staff provided with additional amenities like extra bed, pillows, iron box, etc upon request. Located right at the edge of the lake, so excellent view. Right on the lake side, outdoor party area provided. That's very nice. 2-3 hour boating they provide is also a good experience.

Well… 'PARADISE'… The name itself indicates the ambience of the place.
The lush green lawns, well maintained premises, backdrop of backwaters with houseboats lurching around, is a treat for the eyes of every nature lover.
Irrespective of the age, everyone could equally enjoy the quiet and calm aura of the place where Earth blends with Heaven, making it Paradise!
The well-maintained rooms, hygienic surroundings, quality room services are very much appreciated. And above all this, with budget friendly rates, it’s truly amazing.
We, a group of 15, had a collage reunion party in one of their houseboats, which was another wonderful experience.
The food served was excellent and delicious.
Overall it was an awesome treat, especially for me, an outsider from Maharashtra.
Will surely love to enjoy this serene and beautiful location again n again.

First impressions are extremely good when you visit the resort. Sprawling place with a beautiful garden, wide open view of the lake and spacious cottages. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. The devil is in the details, though. Electrical and bathroom fittings can be much better. Our a/c remote was literally broken and worked only to change temperature sometimes. The bathtub and shower had visible signs of wear and tear. Food was average. Nothing too bad, but definitely unexpected after the impression the rest of the resort makes.

They have cozy yet spacious cottages near the back water lake. If you don't have your own transportation, it's a bit of issue as it's quite inside from the main road and the last in a row of many Resort. Staffs are very friendly. It's a great view of the lake and you can sit and enjoy the sun set.

This is indeed paradise!
The property is breathtakingly beautiful. We had a lake facing room and it was nothing short of a dream. We had a superb time in the evening looking at the sunset by the pool. The food was delicious and the staff members (all of them) are warm and super efficient. Would love to come back to this property anytime. Instead of staying in Munnar, I will anyway prefer staying at this place and enjoy the backwaters! It was my sister's birthday and Mr. Jobin had arranged for a cake which was just perfect! Loved the stay!

A very beautiful place. Amazing view of the lake. Everything was perfect, service, food and people were very nice. We had such beautiful days there.
