Very good location and sea view. But please try to stay away if you can. We booked 2 rooms for 6, but the bed is not spacious for 3. Air con is not working in one room. Bathrooms are not clean and taps are leaking smelling bad the entire room. Most irritating thing is staff behavior. They are not aware of the customers and their comfort. They are providing complementary breakfast. If there is an extra person they are charging 300 for breakfast. But they are serving dosa and poori only. That also not worth of money we are paying. Don't know why oyo rooms are still in tie up with them.

Very poor service. Rooms are not even cleaned properly. Bathrooms are smelly. Absolutely careless handling of customers. The provided food is not that good. It can be a place to stay if managed properly. The only positive thing is that the view from hotel is good.

Good airial view if one gets the top teracced rooms. One get a private terrace too. Room service to me was poor though the rooms were good.

Well behaved staffs, good privacy and perfect view of the sea and horizon from the property is mind blowing. Room ambience is very awesome but few problems with washroom. Don't rate the hotel with front view. Interior is too good.

I give 0 stars. To start with there was no early check in facility but I was informed that it is available. I had to wait for almost 4 hrs with the luggage before getting the room. We were 5 in total and an extra mattress was added and paid. But no mattress were given. And the rooms. Toilets were broken and wash basin didn't sink the water in one room. Water leak from AC. No bathroom locks. Poor room service. Unhelpful and rude staffs. Was forced to check-out early inspite or informing I need late check-out a day before. No cabs nearby. No restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel is available only in the morning (was not that good. ) The view was good. Try to get rooms above 5th floor. The kovalam beach was nearby (10 mins walk). Overall I expected a better stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Economical place to stay in Kovalam. My room toilet had water logging the whole night. Swimming pool is maintanance is pathetic. Disease guaranteed. This 2 stars is only for the staff behaviour which I found courteous. Need tremendous improvement to scale up the ladder.

Very small room, all over ant in room. When I talked with them they say, this is off season. All rooms below lavel 5 is not good I think. After lavel 5 second part of hotel started which is good. Also say to oyo, please delete some other photo which is not for oyo booking like wooden rooms.

Great deal for a budget hotel. A considerably premium feel for a reasonable price at Kovalam. AC rooms come with bath linen, toiletries and a bath tub. Rooms don't directly open into the beach, but the balconies have a good view of the sea and the lighthouse. The sunset view and the lighthouse beacon at night are added perks. The only let down is the weird architecture. It's like a building stacked on top of another. To access the rooms, you have to take lift, then a long walkway bridge and then a flight of stairs. Apart from that, it's pretty cool…

Rooms are good but there was no hot water. We called staff but there was no response from them, arogant.

Nice room in a nice location off the beaten path in Kovalum, with about a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach. The room we had was spacious with great views and A/C. That said, the service from the hotel staff was less than acceptable. We were charged 1360 rupees for laundry, and when we got it back half of it was still wet. The Wi-Fi kept going out but when informed of this the hotel staff didn't seem to care. If you stay here, do it for the room since the staff don't seem interested in keeping their guests happy after they've received payment.

At the end of the day they are a two star hotel. Pros 1) Very close to the beach. About 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is an internal walking road not shown on maps which one can use. 2) The view from the 5th floor onwards is good. Not spectacular but good. One can see the sea but not the beach. Cons 1) Hot water is available only in the morning till 12:00. And for hot water the water tap is a seperate. 2) The bathroom stinks. 3) we had gone there with a booking confirmation which said that no agent fees to be paid but the hotel charged us Rs 1400+ as agent fees. When we showed them the booking confirmation they did not accept. 4) There is parking only for 2-3 cars in front of the hotel.

This is the worst hotel so far The manager is unresponsive, poor attitude, if you go there you'll have worst experience unless u r from out of India… Cause they give good rooms and response only to foreigners Specially when we were telling the manager he didn't give a damn and kept looking here and there… He was very disrespectful I hope no one else goes here The photo they've posted on internet is fake They show even the side resort as theirs. Poor service and stinking corridors and rooms… At first they give bad rooms and tell that no rooms are available but will give rooms after consistent nagging Bloody fools.

Most pathetic hotel & worst location. No parking space. Rooms are stinking with no hot water. Extremely expensive. Not at all worth a penny.

Very bed hotel. Horrible experience. We have taken 3 standerd rooms. 1room is stinking horrible. In every room something is broken. No service at all. If anything ask nothing is there. I am not recommend this hotel.

Two families went for holiday to Kovalam and stayed in this hotel. There is no water most of the time. We have forgotten the holiday and our full time work was to run behind those staffs for water / AC repair etc… In 2 days stays we have changed 3 rooms. LIZARDS everywhere It had been a horrific experience… The pool was not clean, kind of had a greenish look to it, Our kids used this swimming pool for some time and got the skin itching. Swimming pool is very unhygienic… Breakfast was not good at all. It’s horrible. I will never recommend this resort to stay. We booked the resort for 2 days out of which one entire day went only in finding a room in which water supply was there.

I will never recommend this resort to stay. If you go there you will spoil your holiday. Never step in here. Great property but poorly maintained. Room had the best view. Resort is next to sea shore and offers amazing views, sound of waves and evening breeze. Food is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The place is clean and the staff is courteous. Glad to say that the resort and its surroundings were clean and neat. I was much impressed with the cleanliness of the room Highly recommended to all.

We booked super deluxe full Sea view room which was good. A bit worn out but still ok. Unexpectedly there was a bathtub that was fitted in the corner, great space management. View from balcony was nice. Pool is not managed well but still decent enough. Restaurant on top is tacky and untidy. Though breakfast experience was good and it was decent Hotel building is divided in two parts and you need to use a walkway that connects two buildings.

Pocket friendly hotel. Definitely worth for money that they charge. We had comfortable stay. We will sure recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

Absolutely pathetic resort with lot of things to hate! My views: 1. No sign boards to reach this place. 2. Worst food and its services 3. Rooms are at its worst. No proper room service. Never book it.

It's a great property. Need more care to it and road from main bus road to the property is really narrow and difficult to access. 1.5 Km road condition is also not good. Position is really good. Food may be really expensive, but safe. Very quiet and clean. It's good to rest. Recommend highly.

I stayed here from 2nd January to 5th in 2015. I regret being a member of country club. It was the worst possible experience to stay in a messy, foul smelling, filthy and kabad room of this resort. The service of this hotel is equal to that of a dharmashala. I injured myself from the numerous nails jutting out from the bed. The hospitality was super pathetic even for the members… whatever be the circumstances, do not stay in this resort…

Terrible experience. Rooms are smelling bad and overall maintainence is pathetic. ACs are not working, washrooms very bad! last stop of the kerala trip is kovalam for most visitors and my suggestion is dont make it at country ckub!
