Location is easily accessible and is right on the highway, rooms are decent for the price but it is a surprise it has been rated 3 stars since 3 star quality is severely lacking, there is a restaurant which provides room service which is a relief, service was quick and staff were very cordial, rooms are well kept too.

To be frank, it's the best place to spend your foodie times, imo. The staff is very good, giving us the best service. Good atmosphere, and about taste, so delicious food!. Good parking area, Highway side, easy to find.

Really good place, nice and fast service are given by there staff. The food was delicious and budget friendly. Empire plaza is situated at maradu kochi.

Have free parking but Low quality food in the restaurant. The breakfast too bad. I recommend you not to go there.

I have been to the restaurant of Empire Grande Suits, its a neat and tidy place with good choice of Indian, Chinese, Arabic food. The staffs are really courteous and the food is really delicious and the price of food are moderate compared to the quality of food served.

Good budget hotel. Food is great.

Rooms are good food as well but service is very bad in restaurant we had breakfast order for dosa the guy vaisak served without chutney. And there was no water served at all and we order for coffee which came with sugar that's to too much sugar. We ask him to change suddenly vaisak (that was they told that waiter name the only guy who is in black skin) was shouting with us u should tells us before with r without sugar. I was surprised when the coffee came with sugar again surprised he was shouting us that we didn't say that we don't want sugar. Fine he was saying that he will give without our sugar and he will make a bill for that and they made bill for both coffee I went to complaint about this that cashier was saying that in Kerala they will make with sugar only. Than I have no words to express. While paying the money visak crossed and saying that this Patti (dog in local laungauge) should tell me before ordering coffee. Now my question is if they r serving to dogs in the restaurant than who r they? I complained about this in reception but there was no action taken if there is a diabetic patient will u serve the same tea r coffee?

Food was brilliant especially the beef fry and roast, kudos to the management who were more than willing to serve us even though we reached there at time of their closing.

Not sure of its rooms but for a short stop for a meal, it server good food. Specially with biriyani.

The food is good. Although only rice is available until dinner. And in dinner as well only rice parathas. But the quality, taste of food was pretty good. Hygiene was as well well maintained.

Really an outstanding experience. The best place for a anyone to spend their time for relaxation.

The hotel ambiance is more or less like a 3 star hotel. However whatever may be the quality of the room the front office staff does not know how to speak to customer. The quality of service is too low and pathetic. Please do not use this hotel. The staff does not know how to behave with a customer. Even their credit card machine does not function properly. I had asked for a morning tea and it took almost 40 minutes for them to get me a tea. Since I had called them two to three times for tea they could get it within 40 minutes. When I checked why it was so late to get one cup of tea, the front office manager quotes " we do not have staff in this hotel hence you need to wait for the service". I told the front office manager that it was not my matter of concern about they not having enough staff around and if they do not have staff it is better to close the hotel for some time. When I made this comment the front office manager started talking to me rudely (he sounded like a fisherman in the market) and banged the phone on me. This is the way they treat customers. Nobody has a smile on their face. Everyone acts as if we have been paid by them to book their hotel. The worst non considerate hotel at Kochi… I would strongly not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or enemies if any.

Worst experience ever. They take people for granted. Highly recommend everyone to skip this horrible place. The owner is just sitting there to cash the money. Zero customer service. Had a horrible experience. We had food and asked if card is accepted. He said its customer's duty to enquire.

The location is the main advantage, the food is very generic and average.

A strictly 'okay okay' hotel. Average service from waiters. Reasonable rates. Clean.
