Best location for couples.

Resort is very nice and we loved staying there.

Place is amazing and the scenic beauty is good. However they should really work on food it was not worth at all.

A must go place. The beauty starts on the way to the resort itself. The road goes through beautiful green paddy fields which are called the "Nellara" of kerala. Its situated in the sides of a beautiful lake with an unobstructed view of the lake. They provide boat trip in the lake which is a trip not to miss. Dont forget to do fishing which will make you meet the delicious Pearl spot fish. A good destination for a family outing. Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are excellent.

Our daughter Prathipa arranged this wonderful stay at Paloma. We, five couples (above 50 ties) and one honeymoon couple everyone enjoyed to the core… Very nice reception n food. Pool experience is awesome. Never forget this wonderful experience at Paloma. Thanks Prathipa n Paloma.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are lake view and closed to back waters.

First of all a special thanks to Mr Manoj and Mr Kristopher who took well care of my child during her sick. Though the resort is located a little far from the main town it is worth to stay there. We can’t resist ourselves to take boat ride which is provided by the resort as complementary and if we want more time we can pay a little amount extra and enjoy the ride. Ask for small narrow canal path to enjoy more while riding and relax and watch the authentic Kerala architecture on the shores of the canal while passing through. Staff are very kind and polite. Restaurant food is delicious and the is no restriction for the parcels for kids if your kids are not in a mood to eat there. A massage spa also available there for normal price. Finally I really love the place, staff and the food.

Location is the attraction. Nice calm place in the midst of the backwaters. Cordial staff. Property premises are Maintained well. We will be impressed at the time of arrival. Relatively cheap. Coming to the downsides. Rooms especially the private pool villa, pool side area is poorly maintained. I doubt how they keep the private pool clean. Food is way too expensive. Overall it was a nice experience. If they put more effort on the cleanliness part, I would like to have another visit.

It is located in the kuttanad area of alleppey district it offers one of the best experience while staying jere the resort offers a fantastic view of the lake in front of it and the service, food and room here are great and people here are nice too. Since it is a rainy season the resort was flooded and could enjoy the complete resort.

Good resort and it's a new one. Good ambience. The room are very good. Pool side ambience is also good.

Wonderful resort… Great views of the backwater… Serene ambience… Friendly and helpful staffs make your stay comfortable. Amenities include pool, massages/spa, gym, speed boat ride, sole fishing, cooking class etc. Food is delicious but comparatively expensive.

Excellent location, nice rooms, swimming pool, good restaurant etc. Limited parking facilities, mud road to the resort are the negatives.

Had a great time in this resort. Amazing ambience, great food and courteous staff. What more you need on a vacation. Go for it.

The location of this is just amazing; it just mesmerizes you. I visited the place with my friends and had one night stay here, but after seeing the place we extended our stay over here. The food quality is superb and the staff is very helpful. The manager of the resort is very friendly and helped us decide the places to visit while we were in Alleppey. The best thing about this place is its swimming pool over looking the backwaters, that was one thing which made us stay back. Its a bit away from the main city of Alleppey; but I would suggest if you are there to relax and have fun it's better to stay a bit away from the city. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful resort and new property. Very close to backwaters and each room has lake view. Service at it's best. The only thing that can be improved is variety in buffet breakfast and dinner. I will still rate five.

Great place for peaceful getaway. The bonus is 1 hour complimentary boat ride…! Caveat… Own transport is a must, else you're stuck. In the backwaters Veg menu is limited.

The resort is soo beautiful it's rooms have good privacy and grate lake view, the food is great, the workers are sooo friendly. The resort is easy to get to because from the main road there is only one rout till the resort no twist and turn.

Heavenly Place, at the water's edge. Very nice pool, rooms with terrace of good standing. Meals to take at the restaurant or on your terrace, impeccable service. Quality of medium/good food. On the other hand breakfast was average, and not yet ready at 8:30. Boat rides possible.

Awesomely amazing… Lake view from the room… Room 203… Food was good… Place nicely kept n maintained… Would love to visit the place again… Complimentary breakfast but we had added dinner in our package too… Just one thing… Coffee was xpnsv. Rs. 269 for 2 including tax…

Wonderful resort. Stayed here for 2 days in a lagoon villa. It had a private pool too. Food was very tasty.

Lovely resort surrounded by a lake on 3 sides. Cut off from the bustle of Alleppey yet within easy reach. Offers lake facing rooms, a nice restaurant and wooden gazebos for viewing life on the water. Has a nice pool with separate kid's pool. Great for families!

Good resort … Nicely maintained… Less crowdy… Can improve on activities.

Beautiful ambience. Super ride and awesome lunch on houseboat and a memorable ride on the shikara through the serene backwaters. But… the service at the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Food quality at the resort itself is not that good. Below par. The Resort rooms, service and food is not worth the tariff.

Its a ok resort. Bit congested place. Not much open area. Rooms are good.

Very close to backwaters makes it special. Staff is good. Felt they were bit frugal about the food. If u wish to enjoy fullest, plan to stay inside the whole day and enjoy the calmness.
They do provide boat service free of cost and ayurveda massage on request.
Rooms are really nice. Lake view is awesome from the balcony.
Despite few shortcomings I would still rate 5.

You are visiting a high class farm and have your own room with clean and nice view. The room and food service is too slow and that's what bothers me in the hotel. The food taste is good. Rating: Service: 10/10 Ambience: 9/10 concierge: 8/10 Food Taste: 7/10

The surrounding and nature was very beautiful. The room was with good facilities with pool and good restaurant.

Awesome place. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Awesome rooms and view. No Alcohol which is a bit sad. The ambience would have gone a few notches up with a beer :) Nice pool — both lap pool and kids pool. Well lit and clean. Food at the restaurant is tasty. The chef was very accommodating. They do not have a bakery, so in case you need a cake to celebrate, better buy one. They arranged for a boat ride which was a waste of time. The lane that takes us to the resort is really really bad. Its not paved and is quite tough on the car wheels.

Place is good, nice view of backwaters big swimming pool very calm and away from all kind of noise hospitable staff.
