Calm, Serene, Beach facing. It cant get beautiful than this. Highly recommended.

Great location and very friendly hosts. Nice place for some quite time by the beach.

I wish there were mosquito nets.
The construction caused the roads to be horrific driving experience.
Wi-Fi, it was off after 8pm. When complained, it automatically came on. Lol
Plus, the front desk clerk is always MIA. He stays in the back room and we had to yell Hello several times before he will show his face.
I was so looking forward to our short stay, but was very disappointed: (

The place is very nice but they don't provide you lunch and dinner.

No parking, not even a bottle of complementary drinking water. Nothing in room. TV, glass, tea bags, heater jug etc… just towel n a soap. Dats it… no proper entrance as in u won't able to locate dis easily as it's 20m inside d last road n dat 20m is narrow pagdandi n yes dey don't have any restaurant or anything which can serve u on request, so don't go hungry dere… but yes it is on beach. U can see beach from Ur room but beach is not very clean n maintained.

Our stay was really short but pleasant. The hotel is very carefully decorated and located in a very calm location with beach right in front of the hotel. The owner is a German lady so you can expect some western comfort such as toilet paper and bread n butter in the hotel. The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful as well. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent location, just at the beach and very calm. You don't hear any cars, just the sea and the birds. Very friendly staff and rooms are very clean.

Oasis of calm in beautiful setting right on the beach. Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation with thoughtfully chosen decor. Outstandingly hospitable and helpful owners who went way beyond duty and were extremely kind — organised all transport, backwaters trip, and an ayurvedic massage and even dropped me off at it on their way into town in a rickshaw and would not accept payment for the ride; offered me from their own personal stock some oil lamps I liked but had not been able to find in the town at cost price; generously gave lots of helpful advice about restaurants and things to do. Delicious lunch (one of our favourite meals not just in Kerala but in our stay in India) and breakfasts, generous portions. All the staff were really friendly and helpful in a totally genuine way and made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience being there. I highly recommend this homestay and cannot imagine a better place to stay in Alleppey.

This is definitely one of India's precious gems. The people running this beautiful place are to kind and their level of service has no limits. I had a truly lovely experience staying there and I'm thinking of coming back soon.

The staff is extra nice here. In Alappuzha, I was doing the Backwater tour. The staff organised everything for me and even dropped me at the location where the tour starts. They were extremely helpful during my 2-day stay and helped me with their insights. The room was clean and well furnished, and the location is outstanding — directly on the beach and close to the railway station 10 minutes on foot. I doubt you'll find any better accommodation than this one in Alappuzha. ;)
