Nicely towel art on the bed it's so beautiful. Lobby was cleaned and interior was beautiful. At last but not in the list the service of the spa was fantastic… it is one of the best spa in Mysore.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Was a very good stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet is amazing. Would stay again. But, some might find the room service menu very expensive. But, as it's in the city, you can easily go out for a meal to try the local dishes.

On my birthday the entire team surprise me with beautiful towel art in the room with chocolate cake. Really it's a memorable stay for me… I will suggest to my friends to come and explore the luxury.

The best place to stay in Mysuru. This is my second time I am staying here and I like the hospitality and the warm greetings from the reception and the fast check in process. As usual the room is clean and tidy and the aroma in room is refreshing. I will like to come again and stay there.

The service was good and the breakfast was among the better ones I have had. We were 3 people and the room seemed hardly had any place left with the additional bed. The next size of room was Rs. 3000 extra so we stuck to the one we had booked since we were there for just one night. Grand Mercure is a good chain of hotels from Europe. Glad to see them starting here in India too. I would recommend it.

One of the Best Hotels to Opt for a Holiday In Mysuru! Rooms are nicely maintained. Design of the rooms and bathrooms is very good also the materials used and furniture provided are up to the mark as it should be. The expectations from 5* hotels are fulfilled here. The breakfast and dinner menu is awesome and you always end up with over eating. You get the best quality food here. Also the live food counter here is awesome and provided fresh and hot food that is loved by the tongue and delights your taste buds. The desserts are worth to mention! It's a nice place, well maintained. The rooms are good and spacious. Though it looks a little cramped from outside, it is actually spacious. The dining area is not that great. The vegetarian options provided during lunch buffet and dinner buffet are just average. For live counter, the service is very slow, and generally you forget what you have ordered. Swimming pool has a fixed timing between 9Am & 7Am, which is really ridiculous.

The Hotel is well located. It has several categories of rooms starting from Deluxe, Executive Room, Junior Suite and Deluxe Suite. There is also an option for any of the rooms with or without Balcony. The Suites have bigger bathrooms with tubs. The Deluxe and Executive rooms are small but sufficient for couples. Breakfast is good quality. Overall recommend for overnight stay.

The stay with the hotel is memorable with the service given by the front office with lovely smile quick response and always ready to serve people. The lobby is really beautiful with the Christmas theme. I would really appreciate the front desk staff for their professional services. It's been a month ago I visited to grand Mercure hotel. The property is good but the staff made me happy and worked as a silver coating. I felt glad when I saw the room which was really arranged and beautiful. And housekeeping staff was very good to me as they really took good care of me. I would like to appreciate the quality services and standard which I experienced. I would definitely like to come back soon!

We stayed for two nights and it was great. After many days travelling we found somewhere to be pampered and to relax. The staff were fantastic, check in staff couldn't do enough, Samrat our room attendant was superb and his art of folding towels to look like dolls was great. All staff in the restaurant were so attentive and the room service guy Aman was just so good. Overall wonderful hotel, staff, food and facilities. We return to England soon and this hotel will be among our fondest memories.

Great location With Tuktuk in 10min (45RS) in the town center. Very friendly and attentive staff. Roof terrace with bar and pool, invites you to linger. Spa area Small but nice. Anytime again!

Grand Mercure is a well maintained new hotel and very impressive interior. Rooms are well furnished, very spacious and comfortable to stay. There two restaurants and bar is attached to this hotel. Available food items are very tasty. Restaurant and house keeping staffs are well behaved. Swimming pool is too good. Ample parking is available for vehicles.

Good place for family stay. Rooms are bit small. Breakfast buffet is good. Clean and tidy. Didn't like the security system in the lift. Kids play area is small.

An awesome place worth staying and having food. The only place in Mysore which gives full value of money against the exceptionally good services and amazing freshly prepared food. Both the restaurants make delicious variety of food. I have never been disappointed by them whenever I have visited either of their restaurants.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Good service. The bakery/Cafe had good options. The minibar items were more expensive than room service. Smallish rooms. The main pool was not heated and the water quality was not great.

The rooms and stay is very good. Only problem is that the food in la uppu was having a lot of soda. The food served for lunch was served for dinner too.

Decent hotel, located centrally. Poor management, having a lot of teething issues. Roof top swimming pool was freezing in October to the point that it was unsafe for kids to swim. The staff seemed to be untrained and careless.

It's a very good property. Good rooms. Good verity of food. There are 2 restaurants. One is Indian cuisine and other is continental cuisine. And there is a bar. Friendly staff. There is gym.

Finest hotel in Mysuru indeed. I never knew a place in Mysuru where I can dine on rooftop, next to a pool but this is one hotel which is a super place for such quite and nice dinners. Apart from slightly smaller rooms, which this hotel makes up for in the warm service, staying in Grand Mercure is super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nice western Style Hotel. Good Service and really good Burgers. The breakfast is Western and Indian. You can decide what to get. The Gym and the pool on the top are good bot of them a little bit cold though.
