The name is big and hence the expectations that the basics would be correct is not too unrealistic to think of. Well I was disappointed the moment I entered the room (318), it was a very small room with seepage on the walls and it smelled damp, the wooden floor is coming off and a lot of other hygiene issues. I immediately asked for a room change so I was shifted to a room right across where I was (now 312). The seepage on the walls was apparent, I showed displeasure but I was told, this is the only room available and that they might change it the next day. When I went into the washroom, the dustbin was full (from the previous guest). In the uncertain times of COVID, when every body is ruthless about sanitization and client safety, this was the tipping point. I had to be vocal about it and I informed the reception. They said they will look into it and then I just kept waiting. When nothing was done, I called MMT to ask for a resolution and only then the manager came and assured me of a better room. This was a horrible experience and I am dreading the next two days as I have to continue staying there and I have already paid the money. Stay here at your own risk.

One of the worst experiences here, worst hotel we have been to. There were no basic amenities, there were no towels, rooms were stinking, there were stains on bed sheet, tables and chairs. The dining room was so filthy. There were no guests and the waiters were standing there doing nothing, the tables weren’t clean, the cover napkins were lying around. The worst part is, there no feedback form, they provided us with a white paper, stating they will take this up to higher management. A four-star hotel with no feedback form, no services, filthy rooms and no good food! I strongly believe and suggest everyone to avoid coming to this property. Especially in these times of covid, where hygiene is utmost important, these people made us live in trash. We carried our own baggages to the rooms and vice versa, due to lack of services apparently. A humble request to the higher management of Royal Orchid Central, kindly improve on everything under the sun for your property and for heaven’s sake have feedback forms printed. You are a four-star hotel, act like one! Thanks, Dhwani Bhatt.

‘Royal Orchid Hotel’s Gold Card membership programme’ is turning out to be a money making racket where the terms and conditions of the membership are twisted to suit the unscrupulous hotel management. The complimentary stay which is part of the package that we pay for is always declined by the participating Royal Orchid Hotel. I demand a cancellation and refund of the amount paid for package, also recommend the package be scrapped and advise people not to get lured by these false promises.

Good place for a short stay. Their buffet is excellent and worth the money. Rooms however need to refurbished especially the bathrooms.

If you want best service then come here. Here you will find happy smiles on servers face. Let’s accept the fact that smile is hard to find on people’s face these days in 21 century. We had a dinner last night at the ging oriental bar and kitchen on 10th floor of hotel. Delicious food and wonderful setting. Love the roof top.

Don’t let the old outer appearance deceive you, this place has good rooms, great staff, good location, and rooms are brilliant (stayed in a club room on 3rd floor), breakfast is good with continental and Indian food with fresh live cooking for omelettes dosas etc at Pinxx also the food and bar on the 10th floor ‘Ging’ has Chindian food quite tasty, good hotel overall and compliments to all staff.

I must say that I made best decision by choosing this hotel for my trip. This was my first trip to Bangalore and I wanted to stay near MG Road, The location is best and so is the hotel and their services pleased me. Best location, neat and clean rooms polite stall, one of the best continental breakfast and best thing is connectivity. Metro Station, Shopping destinations everything is just at walkable distance. I spent a quality time here.

Hotel is good, I had been to some. Session here and find the good ambience, kind staff, tasty food. The amin problem is they maintain worst restrooms which are un hygienic and always choked. So please be careful in using them.

Royal orchid central I have stayed more than 20 times in last one year. Location is really good and rooms are also neat and clean. But breakfast menu is too much limited for a north indian.

Not able to easily spot the entrance. Rooms are not cleaned properly most of the time. Wi-Fi wont work properly in few rooms. Not for long stay.

Nice place to hangout for the weekend specifically if you are visiting Hampi the world Heritage site. It's best to visit Hampi between September to December as the weather will be pleasant and windy. The hotel has a well equipped swimming pool as well which you can enjoy during the day time.

Good place to have meetings, conferences, stay. It's in heart of the City. Very close to M G Road. Calm place. Food quality good and variety were more. Enough parking space is available. Great ambience.

Awesome experience with variety of great quality food, bar in the open with a romantic view of the city and the lake night and day… Great music, and fantastic house keeping… friendly, accommodating staff…

Attending a weekend educational course, so saw the conference rooms only. Food tasted good, very professional and courteous staff, very welcoming ambience. First timers might struggle a bit with the parking.

Pretty good rooms. Club rooms are spacious with good amenities. They offer a lot of varieties in breakfast — continental as well as south and north indian. Dinner was not too impressive.

Its good place. PMI Bangalore conducts mostly all sessions here.

The service at the hotel is very good. Expect everything that a luxury hotel provides for. Room service is quick. Their restaurant pinxx. The menu spread is great but the taste is mediocre. We had a nice stay here. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Front desk staff is helpful. PS: The entrance is a bit tricky.

Attended the new year party this year, and to my surprise it was not up to the standard. Few points I will like to put it here : 1. There was no proper management by the hotel. 2. No separate queue for people who did online coupon and on asking they created separate queue. 3. Management was not aware of how many guests were about to come, as they were in short of entry pass. 4. They have kept only 2 liquor counter for so many people, which in turn person has to wait for minimum of 20 mins to get the order. And to my surprise the person who were in counter they were refusing as well to few guests saying the drink which u ordered is finished that to it was only 11 PM. 5. The only good thing was the food spread, taste was good but that to by 11 max of the counters were empty. Overall I will rate 2/5 to experience with Royal Orchid.
And I will really think next time before visiting this place.

Stayed here one night. Good hotel friendly staff, but lacks any kind of vibe and has no pool. The view is spectacular and the breakfast is good.

I attented 4 day seminar in this hotel. Average facility. Especially only one WC in wash room. And the seminar was accommodating 35 people.

This hotel is the worst hotel in the world. The staff here is indecent and unco-operative. My worst experience staying in this hotel. Please check your checkout bills in detail before you pay as they charge unnecessary charges without your knowledge and they are BIG Thieves.
