I went for dinner at Taimo and the service is below average. Seems like I came to any normal restaurant. The f&b service people are least bothered and are working as per their pace. The touch of hospitality and the welcomeness is missing. Not worth CONRAD where the brand is synonymous to Uber luxury and attention towards the guest. I felt like dining in any high end restaurant in Indiranagar and I would say their service and associates are more attentive. My value propositions and expectations from a CONRAD brand is not meet. I would grade 5 out of 10 in f&b service. Guest satisfaction 6 out if 10 Ambience is 10/10 Live music 10/10 (in-fact that’s the only thing I and my wife enjoyed) Wow Experince = 0

It's the only hotel in which you can't find anything wrong or mismanaged or I can say one should complain… The decor in the lobby, caretaking of staff, mesmerizing view, spacious rooms combining it all making a perfect stay.

Loved my staycation at Conrad Bengaluru. The beautiful suite with a view of the lake took my heart away. I’m grateful and thankful to the staff and the chefs over there for the amazing hospitality and delicious food. My favourite restaurants are Tiamo and Mikusu. The spa was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Will definitely visit again.

It was one of the worst experience for me get such an unwelcoming gesture from the front of house staff at Conrad Bangalore and it was happening. To be the manager on duty. I was treated so badly and was not trying to help out for an early check in and rate her charged extra than what I was paying for 2 nights. It was not about what I’m paying it was all about the behaviour of the staff. She was very rude, unhelpful and also treated me as I should get out of the hotel right now. If you are looking for a peaceful stay and a great hospitality please don’t think of staying here …

A luxury hotel with awesome infrastructure and really good staff. I was here for few hours loved the food.

We went down there for a team dinner. The food was great, the organizer (from Conrad) was very friendly. It was fun just to talk to him. We dined near the swimming pool on the third level in the open which was also pleasing. Over all a great place to be.

Fantastic hotel. You can see it towering across the Ulsoor lake. The staff are very helpful and the hotel ambience is second to none. I went there for an international MBA event. The bar and restaurant are fantastic.

We went there for dinner at Indian Darbar. Amazing staff, chef was too understanding and helpful in making us our type of dish. Well groomed and courteous people.

The conrad Hotel was very nice. The meeting rooms and ball rooms were spacious and well decorated. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The overall decor of the hotel was very good.

I was there for a townhall and I had a good time there. As it was a corporate event, food variety was not there as expected but they did fulfill the promise of serving tasty food. Ambience is really good. Only thing they don't have lift service in parking. So if you have walk your way up after parking. I can it's placed at a good location where no one should face any issue searching for it. I say it as I am new to bangalore and I didn't find any difficulty getting there.

My overall experience with the hotel had been good. Rooms are really good and built well with great facilities. The rooms have a very new look and are quite impressive. One thing I didn't liked about room was the cooling system as they were quite strong even after increasing the temperature. I stayed to attend a wedding at the hotel which also had few events in the hotel. While dining during the events, 2 consistent problems were faced, first was the taste was food to which I couldn't connect at all and the other was cutlery which was very inappropriate with spoon and fork continuously falling off the plate due to their size & structure.

Truly amazing place for corporate meetings & conference. Buffet menu & spread was interesting. The ambience is well done & displays class. Courteous staff, smooth entry & exit, prime location etc — makes this place of no regrets.

Hotel Conrad is an amazing place to host events and programs. The ambience is really good, good lighting, good food and very good service members, I really liked my time spent here, there is valet parking available and people there are very nice overall it was an amazing experience to come to hotel Conrad. It's located in the heart of Bangalore. Make sure to visit this place if you want a breathtaking experience.

We spent just few days but we felt in love of this amazing place at the first sight! Ti Amo Restaurant is our favorite place: excellent restaurant, great staff! We are now totally addicted to garlic tum sauce…! We want to say a big thank you to all staff, in particular to:

If I could give you 6, 7, or 10 stars out of 5, I would! The Conrad Bengaluru took care of me from the moment I stepped in to the moment they loaded my luggage in the cab to the airport. Loved my room, the views, the restaurants, the endless pool, the custom breakfast, and much more; but what I really, really appreciated it was the sincere royal treatment I received from much of the staff. If I have the chance to come back to Bengaluru, I know I’ll stay here again. Many thanks.

Located in a Central venue — Conrad is a great dining option. We hosted a farewell dinner at the Caraway Kitchen — One of the kitchens at the Hotel. They dinner buffet costs 2000, Why I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it misses to feel like — Value for Money. The staff is really amazing and wants to serve you and bring you whatever you like. And the ambiance is great and the place is nice and silent. About the food, As I said, the food misses to meet the value for money mark. In starters they have a very finite set of options especially in the Indian Menu. But they serve really nice Dim-sums (Loved the Non-Veg Ones). However the Pizza was pretty bland & just fine, doesn't match the standard of the place. (Would appreciate if the team works on it) About the Salads, A decent spread, however in the same price a lot of Buffets do offer a greater variety. In the Main Course, I guess they have one of the best spreads to enjoy. Be it sea food, be it Chinese, be in Indian, be it the Pasta Counter, they have a huge variety and really tasty dishes (I would easily give a 5 for the Main Course. ) About desserts, they have a good variety in desserts, Mouses, Tarts, Waffles & Pancakes made to order, cheesecakes, 4 flavors of premium quality ice creams. Something or the other for every sweet tooth. About the drinks, they serve all brands of liquor and some really good collection of Wine. They cocktails are also interesting. Do try the Madras Cafe Cocktail.
