I went there to see the service apartment for monthly rental. It was very small with just one washroom and no utility area. Also there's no ventilation in the flat I saw as the construction of other building is going on and it's just a ft away.

Great hospitality, great flats.

In Indiranagar this is a good place to stay at reasonable cost and they don't have a restaurant but they offer breakfast with limited options on payable basis and lunch or dinner can ordered can be outside from their tie up restaurant usually takes 30 mins to deliver. All in all a good stay with homely feeling.

It's an old residential building converted to commercial hotel apartments. The furniture is old. Plumbing in toilets is terrible. The bed linen are not so clean. Boasts of a kitchen but not even a spoon is kept. Only an refrigerator is kept. It's next to a working women hostel. Unless you have the GPS location, it's difficult to reach. No close by landmarks. Breakfast is brought from outside by taking order The plus points are being in heart of city and the staff are very good and cooperate.

Clean, staff is OK OK. Won't get room for local couples. Faced issue while finding. Looks like renting apartmental houses, rather than hotel rooms.

Very bad experience. No proper staff to respond on issue in time, we stayed 2 days and all time we had issue with water stagnant in washroom and they didn't worked on this all the days. And, more importantly they are asking only cash they are not accepting money transfers or card swipe. Not Recommended!

I stayed here for 3 days. We booked a 3 BHK for a group of 7-9 people. Stay was decent with spacious apartment. Courteous staff, great locality. High speed Wi-Fi is an advantage. Spacious balconies, TV per each room. On the hind side faced issue with one of the restrooms where there is no way for water to go into drain. It was over flowing after use. Though staff responded by cleaning whenever​ requested. Gym has only one multi purpose machine with weights not the regular ones we see at hotels. I would have preferred atleast one treadmill. Very near to 100 ft road of Indira Nagar. Crazy place with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping centers and metro station. Overall a decent stay experience. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Good place to kick back and relax after a day out in the city ;) only snag is that you are not allowed to bring up non staying guests to the apartment.

It's clean enough, and has a bed and bathroom, but it is nothing like the pictures on their website and does not have the amenities as promised. The location is decent and very close to great shops and restaurants. — Kitchen is empty with no real stove (they will bring you a hot plate if you request it). — No iron or ironing board in the room (they have one for the entire building) — More like a cheap 2-star hotel rather than a real apartment-hotel — Units are old and shabby Staff is nice but don't be fooled by their advertisement.

Well maintained but a bit costly. Hotel staff is friendly, service could have been better.

Clean. Close to metro and main areas of Indranagar 100ft, 80ft, etc… good price on cleartrip.

I stayed in duplex it has decent and clean rooms, service is good enjoyed the view from the terrace.

My company made this hotel booking as it is vicinity to RMZ Tech Park. Initially, I felt apprehensive as I’m single lady staying for long stay but lately realized this is the safest place and staff’s behaved well mannered and professional Managed. The breakfast served was all-right but lacks in variety of options. Inside the refrigerator is totally empty. The suite is more spacious and comfort as good as home, with living hall, big lounge and balcony. Linen was clean and bathroom was very tidy. The Hotel name competence truly signified of being serene — ‘Serenity’, as this is located in residential lane and on this at road end. Hotel has to improve on additional amenities. But overall stay was secured, comfortable and peaceful and close to Metro and reputed restaurants. I shall recommend for the travelers in of city.
