Very well behaved staff and rooms are also very clean and settled. Per night rate 1200 for ac rooms on weekdays. The receptionist is very helpful.

Well behaved staffs, tasty food, location is very proper — sea and swargodwar both are near, all two bed rooms are sea view from side balcony or directly.

Location is very good all room as sea view from side balcony. Maintenance issues are there on terms of plumbing fittings (leaking tap fitting & accessories) & painting required in Balcony doors.

The rooms are good, it's kind of difficult to find at first as there is no signboard hung of the hotel.

This is the most awesome resort I have ever seen. I think everyone can visit this place for entertainment.

Well behavior of manager. We stayed there for 5 days. Very nice behavior. Check out time is 7am that's the only issue. There are shortcuts to puri beach but its take 8min walking distance.
