Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Puri Beach and Jagannath Temple. Rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was warm, courteous, and always helpful. The food was tasty with good variety, and the overall atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. Great service and value for money — highly recommended for anyone visiting Puri!
Just a suggestion to extend checkout time for the convenience of guests keeping in view of the train timings available mostly travel by Vande Bharat that should be taken into consideration.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Puri Beach. The biggest advantage is definitely the location—it's extremely close to the ocean, and you can truly enjoy the sea breeze and easy beach access anytime.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay quite relaxing. The service was also very good, with staff being polite and responsive throughout.
One of the highlights was the in-room dining experience—quick service and great food quality. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good variety and taste to start the day.
Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort, good service, and a perfect beachside location.

Front desk staffs are very smiling and co-opertaive. Specially I should say about Mr. Ghosh, he greeted us and handed over a nice gift hamper at the time of check-out.
Hotel Check in time 8.00AM and Check out time is 10.00AM. They allowed us to stay upto 9.00 AM without any request on the check-out day.
Not satisfied with travel desk. Booked Chilka Lake trip from the travel desk. The lady misguided us in terms of time as well as places to see.
Lot of varieties at the Buffet breakfast. Very tasty food at the restaurant. But some improvement required at the room service area.
Ample parking places are available inside the hotel premises.
You can plan for outing like Konarak Sun Temple (one hr from hotel) and Chilka Lake (one and half hour from hotel).
Overall it's a very happy stay.
Value for money.

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Tree! We stayed here for two days, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety — everything tasted delicious. There is some renovation work going on, but it doesn’t affect guests at all (no dust or noise). Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Had a lovely stay at Golden Tree resort.
Although some part of the hotel is under renovation, it did not affect our stay in any way.
The service was very good.
Food overall was good.
We were provided with all facilities like baby chair, warm milk and soft khichdi for our baby.
The hotel is right across the beach which makes it ideal. The sound of the traffic on the road was barely audible and was not disturbing at all.
All staff at the hotel were very warm and courteous.
Ms. Varsha, our housekeeping staff was also very courteous and made sure our room was clean and stocked by the time we would return to the room after sightseeing.

This was our 3rd visit and stay at Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. Since our first stay here in September 2024, we love this property and choose this as our accommodation every time we visit Puri.
Hospitable staff (special mention for Barsha from the housekeeping team), good food, great location with sea facing rooms, not very far from railway station and Shree Jagannath Temple, makes this hotel a perfect choice to stay in Puri. There's lot of parking space too. Price is a little on the higher side, but the other factors compensate for that.
The reason I've given 4 rating this time instead of 5 is because the hotel's front look is gone due to ongoing construction work, and the service of restaurant staff was a bit slow. Otherwise, it's all good 👍

Firstly, the room was great. The amenities available inside the room was equally good. Room Service and HouseCleaning were prompt to answer requests.
Second, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had selected dishes from a variety of cuisines.
Finally, the staff at Golden Tree are welcoming, polite and thoroughly professional.

We stayed at Premium Room no. 401 for 3 days. Location, room and ambience was excellent. Sevices and behaviour of staffs all departments are fine and cooperative.
Food qualities are ok, but prices are little high. Though it's matching with the status, though in my opinion the authority can give a thought on it. We enjoyed a real quality time over here.

Located on the New Marine Drive in Puri, this Hotel gives you more than what you pay for. The rooms are top notch and equipped with the latest amenities and facilities (only downsides — some of them are a little small and many of them don't have the best view of the seaside). The room service is prompt (thanks to Varsha and her team for ensuring that). Overall, highly recommend.

This was the 5th time, I stayed at Golden Tree. The experience has been similar all 5 times with respect to service and staff behavior which is top notch. But and a big one, the food taste has taken a nose dive. It seemed the cook has been changed, none of the dishes except the indo chinese were as good as we had tasted the last 4 times. Hope they look into the matter. Special mention about Mr Jyoti from the restaurant team, thank you so much brother for taking care of our son's food prep. He likes you more than us now. Looking forward to staying in future as well. Hope they make considerable improvement on the food front.

We had booked 2 rooms. One is Super deluxe another one is executive. Super deluxe side balcony sea view was very nice. Lovely property. All staff behaviour was excellent 👌

I recently stayed at Hotel Golden Tree, Puri, from 13th to 17th October, and it was truly a pleasant and memorable experience.
I had booked their Premium Room (Side Balcony Sea View), and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony view where I could enjoy the sea breeze every morning. The ambience was calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxation after spending time at the beach.
The staff members were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciate their quick service and warm hospitality—it made my stay feel like home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and also close to local attractions and eateries.
The housekeeping was prompt, and every request was handled smoothly. The food quality was good, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my stay.

I stayed here for 3 Nights and 4 Days the overall experience is really great, location of the property is very close to beach and the temple the rooms and the washrooms are neat and clean they have good and secured parking facility too and the food is also great they have a in house restaurant where you can get good quality food including sea and Odisha local dishes too and special reference to Mr Jeetu, Satya always for helping and providing us food as per our requirements.
Special thanks to Mr Debashis and Hare Krishna and Mr Vijay always ensured that our stay is good and there is no problem.

Great location, had a lovely stay there. Staff here are humble, polite and willing to help you in every matters. Great room services. Their inhouse restaurant surfer is decent too. If it has a pool I would have given 5 star otherwise 100% recommended.

I went with my parents. Its a kind of boutique hotel. The location is very apt for enjoying the scenic beauty of the vast ocean and enjoying the pleasant smooth breeze from the Balcony itself. Staffs here are very cooperative and breakfast complementary is very good with variety of choices. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. See you soon Golden tree in the upcoming journey to Puri again. The room was nice and well-maintained. The staff and housekeeping service were good and responsive.
However, the quality of the food was inconsistent — sometimes good, sometimes below expectations.
The complimentary breakfast included salted peanuts and a mixture instead of dried fruits, which was quite disappointing.
Also, charging ₹120 for just 5 slices of onion salad seems unreasonable for a 3-star hotel.
There are no facilities provided for drivers, which can be inconvenient for travelers.
Overall, an average experience — good rooms and staff, but the food and pricing need improvement.
