Very nice with all setups everything is OK but location is difficult no matter if any shine board can be put in such places where it should be easy to locate the place will be much better.

It is absolutely defining the name "homestay". 5/5 for cleanliness, ambience, food, behaviour of staff, owner and the location of this property.

Very neat and clean home stay.
Good staff. Very large sized room. Food was awesome and very much budge.

Rooms are not hygienic. The food and tea served is also the worst of taste.
The service staff argues with customer for no issues.
Surprise is that they provide room at a rent of 1500 per day as said but when ur checking out they add an extra cost of rs 500 as per booking charges exclusive of room rent that to without prior information.
Bathrooms are also not cleaned.

The homestay was one of the best experience, the location is little outskirts the city but near kiit square, rooms were large, bathroom has all well equippped arrangements, large ac clean room, the most attractive part of it was attached dinner room and kitchen, felt like absolute home. The staff behaviour was extremely good, on time service and were helpful.
Would recommend here if u are looking for a homely environment near kiit square… the locality was a bit undeveloped but uber and autos were readily available all the time.

So far this guest house is concerned, the word poor is a very small word, it was worst. Usually I don't write negative reviews but in this case I had to for good. There are several reasons I am writing this for-1. They create hell lot of problems if the booking is online and they create pressure for subsequent direct booking and payment of total amount of money as advance in regard to subsequent intended stay. 2. The employee out there of dark complexion is very much inattentive, incorporative and money snatcher. Serving guest seems to be secondary for them but only and only money 3. Foods are worse. Tasteless. 4. The employee and the owner are very much harasive. 5. The itineraries they provide online and in reality are hell lot different. They charge for breakfast when itineraries online show breakfast is free. 6. Flow of water in the washroom and toilet are not at all upto the mark. 7. They charge very much higher for the quality of food they provide compared to the market. 8. The quality of rice is yellow ration rice. So A BIG NOOOOOO for this guest house, if you want peace of mind and good stay. My advice would be straight away NO. I won't step in there never ever at any point of time and at any cost. Ever.

Great home stay at reasonable price. Located at Chandrashekharpur, near KIIT chowk, Bhubaneswar. Well behaved staff. Cleanliness and furnishing is quite impressive. They serve freshly cooked homely preparation as per your order. Loved the stay with family. 8 out of 10…
